Family had a great time at this house. More than enough room inside and had all that we needed. Best part was the boat dock and water toys. The dock is in a relatively quiet area and the water deep enough not to worry about hitting the bottom. Spent most of our daytime hours in the water. Great time.

Absolutely loved the dock! It was large and shaded! Our family enjoyed playing cards, kayaking, paddle board and the lily pad!
Great location on the lake! A lot of steps!

Our family group of nine adults and eight grandchildren had an enjoyable week at the home. The kids especially appreciated the water toys (kayaks, paddle boat and lily pad), which gave them lots to do. The home is located in a cove with limited boat traffic but with easy access to the area's attractions, including The Cave, a riverside eating spot practically around the corner that has small swimming and toddler's pools in addition to the dining area in the manmade cave. The property manager, Rick, was helpful when we ran into an electrical problem and it was fixed within an hour. The master suite is huge, including a large bathroom with tub and shower. Another bedroom on the main floor off the family room has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom for general access. There are three bedrooms and another common area on the lower floor that share another bathroom. The one downside is that there is limited seating for meals indoors (one dining table with six chairs), but there are two additional tables on the deck, accessible from the indoor dining area.

We stayed with two other families over the fouth of July and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. The pier was fantastic. We rented a boat from the Marina that was referred to us by the owner and had a great time.

Loved our stay! The house worked great for our full family including grandparents and kids ages 6-18. Grateful for the toys at the dock and the location provided great privacy and safe areas to play in the water.

This was our third year at the lake and our first time in this arm. Rick was extremely helpful with directions, restaurants, jet ski rentals, boat docks, parking etc! We called him on several occasions for various questions. He was always quick to answer! The house is beautiful. Yes there are a lot of stairs so be prepared for that. But ample space on the dock to store coolers etc, for less trips up and down the stairs. The view from the house is amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a crockpot! It does get warm in the family room with all the windows. Before you head out for the day pull the blinds down and turn on the ceiling fan. That made a huge difference for us in temperatures in the family room and kitchen. The house is laid out nicely to give everyone space. We had 3 families. 13 people in total and we all fit comfortably. During the week the lake is so calm. It did get busier Friday and sat but still less lake traffic than up north. We would definitely rent this house again!

Our family of 18 fit perfectly in the house. We had many small children so the bunk beds worked well. The lake is beautiful even in the fall! The kayaks and paddle boat were such a blast to use. Only thing was that the hot water struggled with even one shower. We are looking to stay again next year.

We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our parents 50th anniversary. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved all the different water toys and fishing off the dock. Great communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, three kids, spouses and granddaughter stayed for a week in early October. They house is roomy and accommodated us well. We enjoyed dining on the deck overlooking the lake, and we loved fishing and playing on the lily pad at the dock (it was still warm enough to swim.) The location was wonderful. Being at the end of the lane offered more privacy than most of the lake houses I previewed. We had a fire one evening in the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. This house and host deserves the five star rating. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful and spacious home that accommodated our big growing family. We had 8 adults and 4 children ranging from newborn to 5 years old. The home and views were amazing! We enjoyed the dock and swim mat, paddle boat and board and kayaks. We brought our pontoon boat and went out on the lake every day. We even took the boat to the Bridal Cave one day. There were a lot of steps, but they were doable. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He responded immediately with any concerns we had. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for such a beautiful week!

We had 2 families here (4 adults and 7 children ages 5-15) and we had a great time!!! There was plenty of space and plenty to do! Loved the water toys right at the house and the kids and adults had a great time swimming. We also rented a boat one day and they brought the boat right to our dock and picked it up that night. Our host was very responsive to any questions that we had. We cooked s’mores over the campfire and grilled out on the deck each night. We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to the area!

We had an amazing time on the lake. It was three families (6 adults and 6 kids). The lake and the dock were just amazing, we spend all day and night swimming, fishing, and relaxing, on the dock. We even set up a projector and screen to watch a movie since there was outlets on the dock. The house had amazing views from multiple bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and the walk out lower level. The inside of the house is updated and perfect for a relaxing week on the lake. Even with the amount of people and kids we had everyone had there own space and places do the activities they wanted to. It was an amazing vacation and this house was the perfect place!

Terrific property on the lake
This property suited our family of 6 adults and 5 children extremely well. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone. The covered dock on the lake with the large, covered sitting area was delightful. Although the house is older it is well maintained and very clean. The deck off the back for meals was also terrific. We were able to ski and tube directly from the dock, which isn't the case for most properties. Although there was quite a bit of boat traffic over the Memorial day weekend, this channel is not a main channel and therefore not as busy. During the week there were very few boats. The manager was easy to work with and responded quickly to any of my requests. Everyone in our group wants to come back again!! As stated in the website there are approximately 70 steps from the main floor of the house to the dock - so definitely get a work out.

nice view
We had everything we needed there. There are alot of steps going to the dock. We are old but just took our time. The kids loved all the water toys. They used them all. The view was beautiful from the living room, the kitchen, the top deck and the bottom deck. It rained all day Saturday so there was a ton of little nats on the windows. The grandkids want to go back every year! We loved it and Rick was great!!

This house has plenty of space for a large group. Our group of 15 (including 9 kids) didn't feel cramped at all. The kitchen is stocked pretty well with the basics, as well as dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. I even found a cheese grater when I forgot my own. The air conditioning works great, which is important for the hot summer months. (Downstairs stays cooler than upstairs.) The dock area is fabulous for lounging, playing, swimming, and splashing. The big water mat was perfect, just perfect, for the kids, from babies to teenagers. Hours of fun! The kayaks were a hit, too. No need to bring your own pool noodles. The paddleboat unfortunately doesn't really work. Rick the property manager was quick to respond and helpful: he brought over a full propane tank when we discovered the grill was out of gas.
I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but I have to be honest. With a few improvements, it could be. The listing is confusing: the address isn't even correct. As far as we can tell, there is no ______ Dr. The house is on _________ Lane. It's right there on the road sign, as well as on a big sign over the dock. The listing calls it both a 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom house. (There are 5.)
The two biggest drawbacks for us were: #1: the hot water heater is completely insufficient for big groups. No one ever got a decent shower. The water would swing wildly from cold to scalding hot with no warning, and only a handful of people per day got any hot water for showering. We resorted to turning the water off while shampooing and soaping, and put 4 kids through the same bathwater.
#2: The exterior, especially the back, is pretty gross. What should be a nice view of the lake through the living room windows is nearly ruined by the thick, copious spider webs filled with dead bugs. Even the easy-to-reach window at one end of the deck has clearly not been cleaned of spider webs and their thick load of dead bugs in a good long while. There are wasp nests above the sliding glass doors to the deck, the paint is peeling badly, and some of the deck furniture belongs in the trash.
So again, overall a fantastic spot with plenty of space, and we recommend it—hopefully the owners spring for a couple of needed updates soon.

Rented this for a bachelorette party. Went out on the town one night then spent the entire next day at the house. It had everything we needed and offered plenty of space to lounge and eat together. It was awesome that it came with a water mat, paddle boat, and a few other water toys. It was clean and comfortable and private. Rick was awesome to work with as well Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family of 16 drove from Michigan, Colorado, and South Carolina for our annual family gathering. The house is in a quiet area with plenty of parking. The large doc and water toys were a dream come true for all the kiddos! The paddle boat was broken, but we enjoyed the Lilly pad and kayaks. The upstairs deck was a nice place to have meals together. A chair was broken, but we made it work. There was also a broken chair in the kitchen, but the kitchen was well-stocked and very nice otherwise. The den has a beautiful view of the lake, and was a nice place to start and end the day. There was a refrigerator in a downstairs bedroom that we plugged in and used for overflow food, not knowing that it was not working properly. The food was a loss by the time we realized it, but we are partially to blame for this since we assumed it was just unplugged. We would just suggest putting a sign on it for future guests. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Our favorite aspect of the rental was the location. Here in November, there seemed to be no-one else on the lake. Pretty secluded, tons of parking and room to play "in the yard". Dollar General about 15 minutes away for emergency shopping. Homemade pies up the hill, and about 30 minutes from Osage Beach, which is HUGE. We took family pictures by the rocks - and they made us look pretty good! BEWARE. It's a hike down to the lake - good steps with railings. But, lots of them.-This house was perfect for our family getaway. It was very comfortable, yet not overly "nice". Just right for our family.-The internet worked pretty well, we had 2 guys working sporadically during the week. But, it seemed they couldn't work at the same time and be satisfied with the speed.-Kitchen had everything we needed.-The dock was such an addition to our trip! The kids played in the water a bit-even though it was cold! And we all enjoyed the nice chairs and chatted for hours.-The paddle boat provides a great workout, the kayaks were fun too.-We used the driftwood at the end of the cove to fuel our fires in the firepit. Worked great! Bring your own matches.-There's a home with a pie shop at the top of the hill as you turn off the main road. Stop by and get a pie - or two - they were excellent.-We really appreciated, and used, the washer and dryer bring your own supplies.-Everyone agreed. If we come back to Lake of the Ozarks, we should rent this house again!-Don't forget the deck. We used it a lot too! Overlooking the lake and the dock.

Thanksgiving in the Ozarks
A perfect halfway point for our family in Wisconsin and our family in Texas. The house is at the end of a dead end road, and the road to get there sometimes felt like a coaster ride, but it was so private and the views are amazing. There was plenty of space for cousins to play. It was too chilly to fully enjoy the water (November) but all the toys and the dock must make for a perfect summer getaway. Just bring down a pitcher of margaritas because the stairs will give you a work out. We all stayed healthy throughout our visit- but it would have been a perfect place to quarantine! We do recommend, we would stay again!

This house was fantastic. Plenty of space for kids and family. Fully stocked house so you don’t have to bring anything. This house is very secluded and peaceful right on the Lake. Stock up with food/supplies in town, as it is about 30 min away. Highly recommend. Will be staying here again.
