Located in Mission Beach, this attractive condo for $340 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summary: This sparkling new condo is fully equipped, from the bedroom to the beach, we got you covered! Wonderfully located in center of Mission Beach and the bay, so you'll be 1 block to the boardwalk, and conveniently close to the bustling business district on Garnet Ave as well. The Space: This wonderfully updated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on bayside in Mission Beach just south of Santa Clara. Completely renovated with no expense spared you will not want for anything during your stay. Fully updated and stocked kitchen. The step in shower and updated bath are spotless! There is a queen bed in the bedroom, In the living room a small chaise folds flat into a single bed and there is also a futon that folds down into a double bed. This is enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids (if 2 children sleep on the small double. And did we mention the air conditioning? We have all that you need for the beach (chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogies boards) and even have space to lock up your bikes in the courtyard. This is the upper level 1BR and it is sits above the courtside patio. Guest Access: The patios are a shared common area but each unit has its own set of outdoor furniture. Note you outdoor furniture is on your balcony. The Neighborhood: Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach". Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away). Getting Around: Please note that there is no parking at this residence and street parking tends to be difficult find in peak season. You can always park in alleys (just look for breaks in the fire lanes or on Mission Blvd (Just check the street sweeping signs). If you head east on Santa Clara Pl towards the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, there is free daytime parking (not for overnight use). Next to Santa Clara is the Mission Beach Women's Club, which offers paid parking when they have it (look for the envelopes by the door. Finally, in a pinch you can drop stuff off and then park in Ventura Cove and grab a Bird scooter and jet back to the property. Most of our guests never use their car once on site since everything at the beach is walkable (or Uber-able in a pinch). Other Things to Note: There is a fully stocked kitchen with all items needed to bake, cook or grill, pots/pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, outdoor plastic dishes, tin foil, knives, cutting board, blender, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, first aid kit, a/c & heat, wifi, Smart TV, hair dryer, iron, iron board, washer-dryer (coin operated), luggage rack, hangers, extra linens, pillows and blankets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and patio furniture. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled. Interaction with Guests: We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.

Location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Parking was not convenient, but it worked out.

I have been coming to San Diego since 2009 when my son started college at USD. We have rented VRBO in Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach and once in North Park. This was the best one yet! Recently redone, well stocked kitchen (for those of us who like to cook a definite plus! ) fluffy towels, nicely furnished, close to the beach and bay side. They have beach chairs, umbrellas etc and laundry on site. They were very responsive to questions and did all they could to accommodate! Highly recommend this unit from Vacation Rentals by Aaron. I’ll be back!!!

It was a good stay, with the property manager being prompt and responsive. The two hiccups we had were a clogged toilet and hot water stopped running but the property manager offered some solutions.

The apartment was conveniently located between the bay and the beach! It was clean and had everything we needed! It was perfect for us. Parking is a bit of challenge but we lucked out and were usually able to park close by. We would certainly stay again!

This place was perfect for my husband and me. Everything seems new and super clean and the bed was really nice. It has everything you need including coffee. In addition to being steps from the bay and ocean, it was walking distance to restaurants and shops. It's nice to be on the bayside because it is quieter. I would stay again.

So Aaron was totally communicative and made everything so easy to follow. He even messaged to make sure I got in okay! I felt cared for. The place was a perfect place to be. The renters staying in the adjacent VRBO were insanely loud till 1:30a and smoking a lot on the property. That was a bit deterring at night; but, otherwise the area is actually super quiet safe, homey, comfy, and the perfect beach getaway.

Wonderful condo, in a perfect location. Close to everything. We rode bikes or walked everywhere during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. On-site laundry was a plus. Aaron would quickly respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was l attractive and good natural light given that it is on the second floor. Everything was as described and Arron was attentive. I thought parking would be a problem but it wasn’t although summer might be a little more challenging. Would stay again.

It was a unique property and was a little confusing to find but once found it was all good. Parking is not convenient at all, but there is a public parking lot within 3-4 minutes of the condo. Pacific Ocean is a minute or less away and 100 steps to the bay. A lot of good restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Aaron's place is kept up well and comes fully equipped with all essentials. Communication was very professional, and Aaron quickly responded to all questions. The apartment is truly just a few steps from the beach. The neighborhood is full of rentals homes in all shapes and sizes, giving it a bit of a patchwork character. Thus Mission Beach is great for a quick stay on the beach, but might not be the right place if you're looking for something more tranquil and cozy.

Cleanliness could be better a few ants in the bathroom, towels with dirty spots, tiny closet for your clothes. Over all a good stay, nice apartment, good location, quiet, good amenities and for the beach too and host Aaron Beard agency very attentive to your stay and very responsive in case of problem. for future renters smart tv only no regular tv. For us it was ok.

Wonderful, only issue was other renters taking more than one beach umbrella so there wasn’t enough for everyone to have one but that’s just people not following the rules. ☹️

This place was a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation for two. We love to cook and were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen has everything we needed to cook, even a few pantry staples. We would definitely stay again and longer next time.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and would have extended if it hadn’t been booked! The property is perfect, pictures do not do it justice. Just feet away from the bay and a 2 minute walk to the ocean makes it the perfect location. Parking is totally do-able as long as you pay attention to street sweeping! Wi-Fi was great, comfortable bed and clean, and the beach chair access was a huge plus. Can’t recommend this place enough!

What an amazing stay!! My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights here and could not have had a better experience! The host was responsive and helpful, the place was clean and comfortable, and the location was incredible -- not only super close to the beach, but we could hop around to almost any part of San Diego within a quick 15-20 min drive. All the amenities were great (I worked from home one day and the wi-fi was perfect), and everything lived up to/exceeded expectations! Highly recommend this spot for your stay in SD!!
