Nestled in Mission Beach, this charming condo for $376 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy your beach vacation on a quiet court steps to the ocean. This is the perfect getaway for couples or small families. The house is located on the ocean side of Mission Blvd, six houses from the beach and about a 2 minute walk to the calmer water on the bayside. The large patio out front is shared with the owner occupied unit upstairs. There is a large table and seating area on the patio, with your own gas BBQ. Inside, the bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. There is a pull out couch in the living room as well as a full & twin in the bunk room. All linens and towels are included. The living room also has a large flat screen TV with cable. The house includes wifi, speakers for use with an iPod/Android.

What a wonderful place to experience Mission Beach! Well equipped in and out. Very short walk to the boardwalk and the ocean. Close to restaurants. Friendly and responsive hosts. We will be back.

This place is beautiful. Great location, clean, and with a desirable parking spot. It is tight, but I was able to park my 4Runner without too much trouble. Thanks, Mandy. We hope to stay again next time we visit Mission Beach.

We loved our stay here! Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The rental was super clean, well furnished and a great location! The Dutch door was our favorite! Mandy was super responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We just returned home from a fantastic stay at this property. It is clean and updated, a quick walk to the beach, and the owners are so friendly and responsive. They provided fun beach accessories so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Comfortable, clean house with everything you need and the best patio around. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism is no A/C and booking details were not clear on that. Weather was great and didn’t need it but windows need to stay open at all times to keep it cool which adds some noise and possible security concerns. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

This is the perfect getaway property for a party of 3-4. We loved the patio and spent most of our time there as it was a perfect temperature all day! The house itself was small but had great flow and everything you need to be comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and on the ready if we needed anything which included helping get the beach cruisers in and out. Highly recommend!!!

I almost don’t want to say how great this place is, because I want to keep it all for myself. 5+ stars… cozy, comfortable, steps from ocean. Bay across the street. Market on the corner and a few close by eateries all within walking distance. Host are awesome and provide all the beach necessities ( chairs, umbrellas,towels) they have you covered. 😊

This property is great. It has been completely renovated and everything was clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a beach cottage, and it's location to the water is perfect. The owners were wonderful and very welcoming. We would love to go back.

We found the right spot for our San Diego beach getaway. Really convenient location in a quieter part of Mission Beach. The space is well-designed and had everything we needed. Nice coffee counter and small market a block away! Thanks for creating a great place!

We absolutely loved our stay. So relaxing, and close to everything. The rental was super clean, newly remodeled and had everything we needed- well stocked with all necessary paper items, soaps etc. Having all the beach gear and bikes available was also was a huge perk. We will definitely be back:)

I would love to give it a 1 star rating and make up some stuff about how bad it was, just so others don't book it. That way it would always be available for us to book. I can't do that though, because it does in fact warrant a 5 star rating. We read through the reviews before booking, and they were spot on. Great property!

A very cute and well-appointed property in a great location with plenty of room for us and our 6 and 9-year olds. We had fun relaxing on the patio and Mission beach as well as exploring all if the nearby attractions in San Diego. We followed the host’s instructions for parking in the guest spot and had no problems parking in the mini-van we rented. While the spot it narrow, there is plenty of room to unload from the back of the vehicle.

We loved our stay at this property in Mission Beach. It was just as pictured and a great location just steps to the beach and close to Belmont Park. Would definitely stay here again when traveling with another couple or with my teenage kids.

We loved our stay! The place is the perfect size for a family. The location is right next to the beach. Every little thing was in place from soap for the washing machine, locks for the bikes, beach towels and a beautiful kitchen. Thanks for a great stay in San Diego.

There were three adults vacationing over 5 nights. We absolutely loved stay in your VBRO. The set up and like new condition were perfect. We so enjoyed the large patio and close proximity to the beach, restaurants and walking to everything. We will definitely recommend this home.

Family of 5 with 3 children stayed at this property in July 2022. Great location on Mission Beach with easy very walkable access to the beach, bay, restaurants, and Belmont amusement park. Also very close to Sea World. The house itself was recently remodeled and is very clean and tidy. Also well-stocked with cooking supplies, beach stuff, etc. Property is shared with the owners and they are very friendly and helpful without being overbearing (which can sometimes happen on a shared property). Check-in/out process and communication with owner was great. Would stay again!

The kids and I spent five days here. It was perfect! Very clean, had everything I needed, and was just a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay so much we want to make this an annual tradition. The owner was very attentive as well! Thank you for allowing us to create such great memories!
