Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $332 per night is a great option for your next break. !! GOLDEN LOCATION!! Beach Colony Oceanfront Resort is located on the exclusive Golden Mile, which is a much less crowded and more family-oriented section of Myrtle Beach. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing get-away that also offers an incredible number of activities and entertainment options within just a few miles. Because our condo is an end unit, it has more windows, more space, more privacy, and less noise than the standard units. The additional windows flood the condo's living spaces with light, providing a bright and comfortable "home away from home". The balcony is situated so that it provides more privacy than most as well, allowing a gorgeous OCEAN VIEW of the beach and ocean. HOME AWAY FROM HOME Our condo's full renovation includes updated cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops. You will enjoy modern and comfortable furniture throughout as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The condo has 3 Smart TVs with Cable TV (including HBO), and free wireless internet access. We have provided plenty of books and games as well as a highchair and portable crib for families traveling with small children. The condo also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. The overall size of the unit was a little small, however it was not a deal breaker. We were disappointed in the beds and bedding. The mattresses were not plush. Felt like we were sleeping on springs. The floors felt gritty (cleaners need to do a better job). The property location is not in walking distance of the “strip”.
Last, it should be some sort of posting or information provided regarding the beach. We were not able to use our own tents on the beach. We were forced to rent the umbrellas provided by a private company.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach.
I do not think we will rent this unit again.

Our stay in Myrtle Beach this past week was amazing. The weather was beautiful as well as our condo. All of the necessities that were needed for our stay were readily available. Teresa and Curt were very sweet and made sure that if we needed anything that they could be reached with a quick phone call.

The room was wonderful and very clean upon arrival. Our family of 4 fit perfectly as my kids each had their own beds in the 2nd bedroom and had their own bathroom. Everything was as described in the listing and it was great having the garage connected to the building. The pools were nice and didn’t get too over crowded in my opinion; and the outside area was well maintained. Would definitely recommend the property and Curt and Teresa were very easy to get in touch with.

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It is so clean and close to everything. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly. This complex has a restaurant, bar, and ice cream shop on site. This was so fabulous the day we arrived. We were able to stay on site and eat.

My family (myself, wife, 13 year old and 11 year old daughters) just stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was beyond amazing. Everything was exactly as described. There was a very good supply of beach toys for kids, boogie boards, chairs, almost everything you could need at the beach. The resort itself was awesome too. We got drinks from the poolside bar every day. The staff there was beyond friendly. They even had a DJ playing music at the pool. From there it was a short walk to the beach.
The unit itself is an end unit, and it was very quiet. We didn’t have any problems at all with our stay. It was very clean upon checkin. Communication with the owner was perfect. They emailed us about a week before our stay with all the info we needed. I even emailed them a couple times during our stay and they responded very quickly. They also leave their personal phone numbers on the fridge if you need them immediately.
Overall, great host, great property, we will definitely be back!! Book it now, you won’t regret it!!

Great communication by the owners. The condo was perfect and all we could ask for. We really enjoyed our stay. I can’t recommend this unit enough. Our family was jealous that stayed at another condo on how nice our room was.

Overall it was ok. Their was sand on the floors when we checked in and the condo looked bigger in the pictures than it did in person. Also, we didn’t know the condo overlooked the parking lot of the neighboring condo and not the beach. You can see the beach if you lean over the handrail. The beds were clean and the AC was ice cold.

My family had a great vacation stay at this condo. The owners provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with necessities. The showers were always hot, and the beds were comfy. Our kids loved the beach toys and the pool areas. We have zero complaints and will book this condo again in the future.

We were disappointed w/the weather, yet still found fun! Great staff (CannonBallz staff took care of my major sunburn after our only beach day, Mon..."bar dog's" Dad)) We did leave umbrellas to pay fwd, extra TP, Master handsoap, & "emergency" feminine products as well. All of which we needed & assume others may, too.

We had our five young children staying here with us and we really did have enough space for all of us, though not much extra! There were lots of toys and things provided for us which was helpful. Owners communicated well but we didn’t have any issues or need to touch base with them while there. Pools were pretty crowded for spring break and resort property was under some outdoor renovation but overall it was still a really nice week with our family. Location was good too! Thanks for a great stay!

We all had a wonderful time. The amenities are fantastic even though we only used the hot tub, we go for the beach but nice to know they are there. Teresa was such a joy to work with and made you feel like you were part of her family. We will definitely be using her condo again. All the things you would ever need in the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was stocked well and had almost everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The garage was not as bad as other people made it out to be. Thank you for having chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for us to use. Would definitely come back for another vacation.

The room was great, clean, modern, and perfect amount of room! Was very nice having the washer and dryer. The balcony overlooked the lazy river and you could see the ocean to the side. The only thing I wish was different was the the way the parking garage was. You couldn't access the room from the sixth floor parking garage so you sometimes had to go down walk across and then back up just depending where you could find a spot. The kids enjoyed the arcade and there was a Starbucks right next door in another hotel so that was nice. Overall I would stay again!

We thought the property was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The location was great and a short walk or drive from many different restaurants and attractions. Great family vacation spot
The condo was just as described and came with plenty of amenities. Check In was a breeze. The Hosts were easy to communicate with. We have been going to this resort for quite awhile and just love the laid Back experience and the location of the condo. Perfect vacation that we hated to see end. We will definately be back and plan to book with the same hosts!! Thank you for everything.

We just stayed at this condo 8/14-8/19.
A short trip with my son and his friend celebrating high school graduations.
The condo is just as described. Communication was easy with the manager. No issues getting to the condo and getting in (condo owner gives you a code for the door). The unit was on the 6th floor and faces the next door property. Balcony is not ocean front - we knew this and it was fine. Towels and bed sheets were provided. The mattresses are covered with zippered linens. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. We didn’t have to contact the front desk for anything while we were there.
We did buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags, Lysol wipes, hand soap for our stay. What we didn’t use we left for the next renters.
We did use the beach chairs provided by the owners - so nice to not have to purchase those for a short trip.
Pro tip: since the unit is on the 6th floor, we parked on level 4.5 or 5 and took the walkway over to the 5th floor elevators and then up to floor 6. YES - the garage is a tight fit while driving in it (basically a 1 way/1 lane) use the mirrors on the walls and drive slow you will be just fine.
Notice: the indoor pool and spa will be going down 8/23/2021 with no date when it will be available again.
The property is traditional style for MB in my opinion- out door walkways and buildings that could use some TLC. That is no way a reflection on how this condo in particular is maintained. The condo is well maintained.
I am happy with our stay. I would recommend the condo for smaller groups.
