Great house and great location at the beach.

Great house for a bachelorette party! Walking distance from the beach, breakfast spots, and some bars. Just a 15 minute Uber to downtown

We enjoyed our stay but were most displeased with the cleanliness and overall condition of the home. Light fixtures and fans that didn’t work, hair in the bathrooms, grunge on the appliances and floors, etc. etc. The spiral staircase was tough for our age group but some of us could manage. But when all was said and done we had a good time. The online photos were a bit misleading🥴

Had a wonderful stay, spacious property, clean with everything we required for a comfortable stay, close to a wide range of amenities and just a short drive into st Augustine, highly recommend.

Nice access to the beach, spacious. Great local coffee place to check out called Zaba’s, Perfect distance from St Augustine.

This wonderful home with rooftop deck, one house from the beach, has plenty of parking, and is only a very short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs. The huge Master Bedroom has a very impressive panoramic view of the beach and the kitchen great room was perfect for our group of 11 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our host was super responsive to every question or concern, and with the home's generous refund policy we have reserved a week to return next year.

5 families- 16 people and was the perfect beach house get away while my daughter got married downtown. Loved the walks to taco shop, Putt putt, and anything needed nearby. Many balconies spots to have quiet time and great hang spots with all inside and out. Very clean. Great experience. Large master suite. Morning rooftop coffee. Would definitely rent this again.

Our original house had to cancel on us due to damage from hurricane Ian. We had to scramble 2 days before our vacation to find a house big enough for our family. We couldn’t believe this great house was available! Plenty of room and beds, incredible location! We would definitely stay here again!

We have only good things to say about this property - the location was perfect, there was a ton of space enough beds for a large group. We had a blast!

Everything was ok. Needs some updates and fix hot/cold water in master bathroom for tub and shower had very weak water pressure. Location was great and things were clean

The property was so accommodating for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room . It was very convenient to the beach and we utilized the drive on beach access which was perfect to drop off all of our beach stuff . It was also very convenient to all restaurants and stores .

Plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy a beach vacation. My favorite is the proximity to the beach access - it's literally right outside your door!

Worked well for a family group of 16. Nice place with plenty of room, and steps from the beach!

Very easy to rent, they were quick to respond when asking questions, but they didn’t always accurately answer them. They would send a link to look at their real estate website. Very easy to walk to the beach and to get food.

Great Place, Plenty Spacious and Accommodating for a Large Group. Loved the views and short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. House was nice but is about ready for some updating. Couch leather was quite worn, kitchen was also older and not perfect. Place worked well for us. Our priorities are cleanliness and functionality. If you like a property that is perfect, this may not be good for you.

Lovey visit with a house full of work colleagues. Plenty of room to scurry away and work independently and come together. Huge kitchen. Sooo many balconies to read and work on. Will try and come again with family trip next time.

It was a perfect size for us but needed some repairs. The spiral staircase was missing some screws and a little dangerous. The bottom stairs going to the lower level was small and one of our girls fell on it. The door didn’t alway lock with the code access. We did enjoy the location and size.

Large house with lots of bedrooms, common areas, and a fully stocked kitchen; literally steps from the Beach, A1A, Beachcombers, etc. Rooftop deck was ideal for watching New Years Eve fireworks, although we had to sneak through one of the bedrooms to get up there.

The checkin and checkout process was very easy and the property manager was very responsive. The home has lots of indoor and outdoor room and we loved the views from the roof. The place is a little outdated but otherwise great for a large group with lots of sleeping room!

Pros: Great location on St Augustine Beach, lots of cool restaurants within walking distance & easy access to beach. House has 2 outdoor showers & lots of porches with ocean views. Spacious house, AC worked well. Cons: Overdue for update. A number of rusted items, a few things not working (cold water for master tub, drain clogged in master shower), & just a bit dated. Despite cons, house served us well & was a fair price for the size.

The master bedroom shower drain was clogged. The master bedroom tub only had hot water. The sheets in master bedroom had blood stain. The floors and counter tops in kitchen were dirty. The master bedroom shower tile had black mold in between the tile cracks. The location was excellent but the house needs better maintenance

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. The location was even better than we were expecting. Just steps to the beach and walking distance to so many great restaurants! This was my family’s first time to st Augustine and it won’t be the last. We loved the laid back atmosphere.

My entire family of 15, 3 daughters and 3 sons in law, 7 grands, plus a guest for my teen granddaughter and our Nanny, making the total 17 stayed happily with plenty of room. Best features are the location to the beach, to restaurants, shops, fiesta golf, Marineland and the Wednesday market. The ample kitchen with extensive space was also a big plus. We enjoyed the downstairs patio! The circular staircase and stairway to the rooftop were fun, but a bit scary with the youngest children who just turned 4. A suggestion from my realtor daughter is possibly some 4 by 4 braces for the balconies and outdoor staircase for safety. Loved the outdoor showers. The house is very “beach” friendly. Could have used a few more large pots and serving trays., Kitchen utensils and hot pads. One other issue for us was that the only one bathroom for the main floor. As long as the couple in the main BR doesn’t mind a little traffic in their bathroom, it works out fine. All in all, we had a fabulous and memorable trip. Thank you Sea View!

We traveled with my best friend's family with four small kids. The proximity to the beach was perfect for quick trips to and from the beach, especially when you have to make a mad dash. The street is silent and at the end of the road so only one house between you and the beach. The house has lots of space, but could use a lot of love. There are not a lot of bells and whistles or above and beyond accommodations. Carpets had stains, the tub in the master only had piping hot water(cold didn't work), fridge water didn't work , and screens were torn throughout. There are balconies all over the place, so the views are endless. They provided a lot of beach towels and a small charcoal grill, which was a plus. If you are looking for a great location with a house that does the job, this one would be a good consideration.
