Located in Quepos, this lovely house for $370 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our 3BR Casa Heron yet tropical home, is especially great for families with kids, or also groups of friends traveling together. Newly decorated, with furniture, televisions in all the bedrooms, and tiled outdoor terraced, and pool area. Full Air Conditioned for your comfort Settled over a hill, it's surrounded by rainforest which may be appreciated from the upstairs balcony or whereas grilling on the deck by your exclusive pool. Equipped with cable TV, Fiber optic internet, telephone, washer/dryer and all of the kitchen amenities you may need, including a dishwasher. The whole house is Air Conditioned and essentials like linens, towels, tp, and soap are provided. Casa Heron is located within the private gated community of Manuel Antonio Estates. The grounds are covered in luscious rain forest and wildlife like monkeys and exotic birds will be visible from the home on a daily basis. Our office is right here on site, so we will be able to help you with anything and everything including tours & activities, restaurant recommendations and general information on the area. We also have our rejuvenating Raindrop Spa right on site! Check in & check out cleaning is included, for full week stays we include an additional mid-stay cleaning. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am, however, if we don't have overlapping reservations, we may be able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. Other things to note: - If you have a rental car, we recommend a 4x4 as the driveway to the house is steep. Or you can park near the office and walk the 5 minutes. - If you don't rent a car, it's a 10 min walk into Quepos or 5 to the bus stop to the MA beach & park (+15 minutes bus ride). - In Quepos you will find all commodities including grocery stores, restaurants, ATMs & banks, and the marina. - Taxis are available 24/7 and tours will pick you up right here at our Manuel Antonio Estates office. - We are happy to help with arrangements around your stay including transportation and tour bookings like canopy zip lines, guided park tours, white water rafting, ATVs, horseback riding, spice tour etc. - The rates will vary for larger groups - base rates apply for up to 4 guests, and there is an extra guest fee for the 5th and 6th guest. Please inquire for available discounts for weekly stays or if you travel with 2 small children, then we may be able to adjust the extra guest fee for you. *** We offer private, family friendly home rentals within an exclusive gated community, guarded 24/7 for guest safety & privacy. Daily wildlife visits guaranteed! Makes staying at home very enjoyable! Fiber Optic WIFI connection for those working from home All homes have their own private pool with an outside terrace and BBQ. Private hiking trails and onsite waterfall El Salto are available for guests within the community to enjoy the surrounding jungle areas and spot local wildlife like scarlet macaws, squirrel monkeys, iguanas, white faced monkeys, toucans and many more. Take out & delivery available from local restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores. On call concierge service for any questions & concerns, tour & restaurant bookings or delivery requests 24/7. Deep disinfectant cleaning before every check in. Additional free cleanings are available for free twice a week. The stay was awesome. Definitely need a 4x4 vehicle if you want to drive up to the house. Andres and Julio are wonderful and managed to get schedule us a fishing charter which was fun. Great location to either Quepos or Manuel Antonio! Really like the area and will be back in the future.

We chose this villa because it had 3 bedrooms (kids didn't need to share a bed), laundry and air conditioning. It was fantastic! The property manager was amazing. He suggested a place to visit while the villa was being cleaned at check in as well as other suggestions in the area. The driveway is steep! We were a little nervous turning the corner with our car. We saw beautiful wildlife on the property including monkeys, birds, butterflies and lizards. The property manager was also very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a family friendly place close to town.

Beautiful home. Clean and well kept, if a bit dated in terms of paint and finishes. Agree that the driveway is a doozy—especially in the dark. I was glad we had 4-wheel drive. The home can be quite warm (at least in March), but the bedrooms are well air-conditioned. We did not use the pool—it was attractive and the water was clear though it was on the smaller side and didn’t especially interest the kids (early teens). The location was convenient to Manuel Antonio, the beaches, and local restaurants. Andrés and the staff on site were super friendly and great to work with—provided many helpful recommendations and were very attentive to the one minor issue we had (disruption in hot water/water pressure one evening). Would gladly stay again or recommend to others.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The house was lovely and as described. We enjoyed the pool and a/c in the bedrooms. The hum of Cicadas were a little unnerving until we figured it out, but we also enjoyed monkeys, Iguanas, Butterflies and Hummingbirds. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The one downside as described by others is the very steep driveway. We did not have a 4x4, and it was scary and rough to go up and down. We got a couple of tips on how to best tackle it by a neighbor and that helped. Walking up and down the hill is an option but I only walked UP once and I was done. Great location for activities and beach.

We had such a great stay. The communication between the staff and us was exceptional. I love how transportation was arranged to pick us up right at the office. We could definitely go back!

My adult son and I spent a month staying at this property in Quepos. It was perfectly situated between the practical town of Quepos and the exciting Manuel Antonio. The house was very clean and maid service was included. The service from David and Andres was spectacular. Any questions we had they answered instantaneously. The pool in the back patio was delightful on the very hot days. It also provided a wonderful show of wildlife every afternoon and evening. The only challenge was the incredibly steep walk and driveway. Get ready for some exercise! And, watch the bottom of your cars. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Very nice home near Manuel Antonio

We didn't need a 3-bedroom home but we loved the location near Manuel Antonio and the private pool. Being summer 2021 - privacy is important. My girlfriend wanted out of San Jose - this was great. With the unfortunate depressed tourist year, we had Manuel Antonio nearly to ourselves. The monkeys wouldn't leave us alone. Fantastic property and location. Great restaurants along the stretch between the house and the park. All are practicing good safety protocols. The country would appreciate your support of you've ever thought about a trip to Costa Rica. This home is an excellent place for exploring Manuel Antonio and the Quepos area of the Pacific coast. Beautiful.
