Our home is in the Villas of Frangista, located in the heart of Miramar Beach. It is a new, quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets and is within minutes from the sugar white sands and community pool. This community is very close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. Seascape Golf Resort is practically next door, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Stroll to one of the many great coffee places and enjoy a coffee beach- front, or check out Pompano Joes, Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the community pool, or catch some rays on our sunny sands! * Short Walk Or Drive to the Beach via our 6 Seater Golf Cart(0.3 miles) * Two King Beds, One Queen, One Bunk Room, Pull Out Couch and Daybed. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy! In the event the golf cart is being serviced, out for repair, and not available for guest to use, the guest will receive the $45 Golf Cart fee plus $20 credit per day. Beyond Blue Vacations cannot provide a replacement golf cart. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros first-Great location, close to beach, golf cart comes in handy and is fun to drive around for beach access. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were adequate and we never ran out of them. The bathrooms are spacious and for the party of 13 it was very comfortable to have 4 full baths. They did leave some board games, the sand bag toss and they were very helpful and appreciated. The backyard is not private but it was fun to hang out in the back and play in the yard. Kitchen is stocked and has almost everything you need to cook. There is no cutting board in case you need it, but they do have 2 slice toaster, coffee maker and blender.Cons-Uncomfortable beds and very rough blankets 😩, the pool is NOT heated but the listing has it advertised like that. It was a huge let down for the kids since we had planned accordingly. They do not provide any extra trash bags at all, just placed 2 in the baskets that they have and literally not a spare. Dishwasher pods were provided for each night though. So please be prepared to buy laundry detergent and trash bags.

Reviewer Comments: House was very clean and spacious; Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware; golf cart was a big plus; even had beach chairs, corn hole boards, etc. available; Management was responsive to our calls; Two complaints: 1) There were no written instructions for working TVs. We just had to figure it out which wasn't easy. 2) pool was not heated as stated in promo; and it was not well lit at night. It does not have a shallow end for small children - just steps.

The pool was a bit small and the pictures of the pool made it look pretty big, on day two the pool was pretty dirty water was cloudy, on day three the pool was closed for 3 days due to maintenance we understood it total needed to be clean just took to long time to clean. The pool was definitely a necessity in booking this house it was an inconvenience to the little ones who wanted to swim overall a wonderful stay

This house was perfect. It looks brand new. The colors and decor just added to the overall aesthetic ambiance. Beds were extremely comfortable. The house must be well insulated bc we never heard noise from neighboring houses. We've always stayed in Destin, but this is our new fav place bc you can safely walk or ride the golfcart to get ice cream and other treats.

This is a great property, and is close to the beach but our trips down to the beach with the kids the golf cart was defiantly a must. The coffee pot was way to small for our stay, wasn't aware of that but there is a Kurieg to make single cups too. The house is beautiful and fit our family and friends stay well. Thank you for the trip away from Texas!

We loved having the golf cart. The only problem we had was that we were shorted sheets for one of the beds. I called the property manager and Nino said they were out of clean sheets and would bring them tomorrow. Tomorrow came and no sheets. I called again and she apologized, but still no sheets. One person slept on a blanket only for 5 nights. Overall It was a wonderful house! The king suites upstairs were bigger than they looked in the picture. It is in the gated neighborhood, so we felt very safe. The pool was a few blocks away, and it was nice. We were often at the pool by ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped-only missing a cutting board. We would rent this house again.

The house came with approximately 4 beach chairs, sand bucket, and 2 boogie boards. The only issue we had was that the lock on the first floor bathroom was not operating properly.

We had a fantastic time at this nice vacation home. Me and my husband took our three adult children and seven grandchildren. It was clean and well stocked and beautifully decorated. We loved the golf cart to go to the beach that wasn’t very far away. Nico, the property manager was fantastic at getting back to us quickly when we had questions. She was friendly and very nice to work with. We couldn’t have had a better vacation!
