Perfect place to stay in Midtown OKC

The apartment is amazing and the neighborhood also really friendly and quiet. The most impressive thing was the spacious kitchen and the kitchenware which helped us to do our cooking perfectly. The owner was really helpful and responsive and helped us to figure out some issues with our door lock.

Worst stay.

Location

The email system malfunctioned and we got automated emails saying we had not uploaded ID so our confirmation was in question up until the day of. It was just about impossible to get hold of a live person because the email wording was convoluted and copious. One of the property managers was difficult to understand. When we arrived no one stated we were not in the main building in front until someone much later sent us a map on which they had drawn an arrow indicating the downstairs unit in the back. There were blueberry muffin crumbs under the liftable head rest on the sofa. The floor was dirty. The bed slept hot like it had a plastic sheet on it. We could hear the upstairs people arguing and every footstep. When we left we kept getting automated messages that we had not checked out even though we had done all the steps to electronically check out.

Comfort as for as the suite itself was good. uncomfortable to get up and down stairs.

the suite was nice

we did not realize we had to specify a tv. we had not had to do this before and no where did it ask you. also my husband is disabled and to have to climb stairs to get to our room was hard. plus a dead bolt on the inside would have made us feel better.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nice studio in a quiet neighborhood. Eclectic decor and very clean. The bicycle that came with the rental was a fun surprise! It was a short walking distance to Midtown shops and restaurants. The streetcar stops were within a couple of blocks making it easy to ride to/from Automobile Alley, Arts District, City Center and Bricktown.

The studio worked great for our stay. There wasn’t anything we disliked about the studio, our hosts or the location.

Blew my mind

The whole setup is amazing the staff was super easy to work with they responded way right away I wasn't left hanging anywhere to figure out what's going on they allowed me late check out with no hesitation so that I could do a video interview for a new job I appreciate everything you guys are doing there and I'll definitely recommend and stay there again one love.

Having a TV in the room would be nice

Retro at it's best!

Very clean and lots of nice little extras, popcorn, coffee, etc.

Was a little difficult to gain access since hotel.com gave us a different apartment number than what was sent by the owners, but Evie figured it out and all was well!

Beautiful and comfy space, perfect for work or quick getaway.

Very clean, comfortable, and nice accommodations had everything needed to cook! I felt at home and welcomed.

Perfect place to wind down after a 12hr shift!

Historical building that has been kept up very well, beautiful squeaky wood floors!!!

Nothing! I was surprised there was no tv, but I rarely watch tv so it didn’t matter to me but I don’t remember that being stated in the listing. Might be a good idea to include that. The layout was wonderful, shower had great pressure, bed was comfortable! Overall was a great stay, I plan on booking again!!! I love old buildings and this one is definitely enjoyable to stay in. It reminds me of my grandparents house!

Very nice stay

Excellent location, apartment was spacious for three of us, beds and bedding were comfortable, parking easy and close to apartment, location felt safe.

1) Due to outdoor lighting, the apartment could use darkening window coverings as it was very bright in apartment while trying to sleep at night. 2) A hair dryer was furnished, as stated and expected. The hair dryer, however, did not work… completely dead, as I discovered after showering and needed to dry my hair. I couldn’t get thru to the manager, and I called Sergio who promptly brought another one. However, that hair dryer only blew cool air.

I need an Airbnb for 6-8 weeks upcoming in April. I will not choose this unit due to the above.

Breakfast was not included. Check in/entry was super easy with the electronic locks. Cute little apartment. Great neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaraunts.

No TV in the unit. I realize it is advertised as such, which unfortunately I did not realize. The biggest complaint was the water in the shower was barely more than a trickle. It was very difficult to take a shower. And the bath tub did not have a stopper.
