Nice hotel. Location was really good. Breakfast was not great.

This hotel was convenient BUT unaware that a $23.00 PARKING FEE WOULD be charged. You would assume that parking would be included in the price of the hotel. I’ve never had to pay to park in a hotel parking lot…..I will never stay here again based on the parking fee. This is not mentioned anywhere on booking site

Staff was great, manager not so much. Stains on walls, carpet has holes.

Good location Downtown and friendly staff. Our room wasn’t set up for 6 people, not enough bedding or towels. Parking is expensive too.

This hotel made it everything easy for us. Wi-fi, Netflix, ice, breakfast, shampoo, body wash, everything was easily accessible. And with 4 grandkids in tow, that was very nice.

Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Stayed a few years ago and loved it . It definitely needs a makeover . Showing signs of wear and tear . Booked a king suit and got a queen but didn’t complain bc the view was nice . Breakfast was good. Hotel staff very pleasant . Liked the location. Was close to everything . Would probably not stay again there .

Breakfast was excellent, beds comfortable and service very good when requested items we needed. The distance too of location to Paycom and Bricktown easy walking distance. Only complaint is we got charged $23 a day for parking and they asked us if we would be parking a car, but never told us there was a charge until we got our bill. $58 unexpected and one night we didn’t even park in the lot. Was very unhappy and felt this was not disclosed and unfair hidden cost that had we known, we would have declined. There wasn’t even a place to park one evening so we had to park in another lot but they still charged us. Wrong!

Great location, excellent staff, room not so much. Most of the furniture was very worn, The dining room chairs were literally coming off on our clothes so we could not use the dining area to eat, most of the silverware for a room that sleeps 8 was gone, food and trash left in the room from the previous occupants, when we asked about the furniture the desk staff said "ya we know" but for 300 a night i expected a bit more quality. The rest of the facilities are excellent. Breakfast was good except they used a VERY spicy andoui sasuage for families on a sunday morning kids, and parents were complaining quite a bit. Parking is also a huge issue if there is a basketball game or concert, the parking area will be full and you will be parking in "overflow" in bass pro or next door in the sonic corprate office parking lots, yep you get to pay them to park on someone else's property.

Breakfast was great! Room was comfortable and nice access to brick town. The bath tub was not very clean and was not aware of parking cost until check in.

The room was quite comfortable... mattress could have been a bit better, but I eral experience was good

The room was very nice. The breakfast was great. The self parking was over-priced. Also, housekeeping didn't have our room on the list for service. I asked the desk clerk to have housekeeping service our room. He asked what we needed and i requested the remove the trash. Housekeeping never did come to our room that day. There was also a piece of equipment in a locked closet that made noises during the night.

Property was clean but clearly understaffed. The area around the hotel has deteriorated over the last few years. Unfortunately that’s not the hotel’s fault. I will say that they do a great job of securing the parking lot.

This was a great choice for us to stay as a family! Walking distance to Paycom stadium.

I had a great experience for my first time to be in Oklahoma City and my wife loved it! Thank you

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel was supposed to be smoke free but people were smoking marijuana in the halls and in their rooms. Whole place smelled of marijuana and our neighbors next to us had smoke coming out of their door. If you have smoke allergies or asthma you may avoid this hotel.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was fully equipped with all you need. The beds were comfortable and the air system worked well. Anything we needed extra was quickly addressed and brought right to our room promptly. The location of the hotel is prime for downtown activities.

Great room but who has to pay for parking? Just give us a dashboard pass. We have to park then you charge us just to park in your parking lot. That one thing will keep this Marriott member away.

Walked in with fiancé to only find trash under the bed a spill on the tv counter and really mad my fiancé mad was a hair on one of the pillow .
Hostess did tell us until we inquired that the WiFi cable was out. So no tv for around 8. So we missed the sports and othe relaxing shows that we came down town to enjoy.

The staff at this hotel is so attentive and even the engineers are willing to drop what they are doing to help you. The rooms are large , clean and have kitchenettes. The only negative thing is it cost $7 a day for internet , and the internet barely works at all.

The location was very convenient. But the beds weren’t super comfy, pillows were flat, and I wish the parking lot had more lighting.

It would be nice if you were not charged for parking

Only bummer was $15/night parking…will stay elsewhere next time in OKC…the Parking Guy was awesomely helpful for overflow assistance next door…

I went OKC for a concert the Paycom arena. This hotel is really close, you can walk to the arena.
I feel that this location is a very safety place to walk after the concert back to the hotel.
The breakfast was nice and delicious. You have till 9am.

This is our second stay at this property. Great location in Bricktown. Nice and quiet rooms. Large, warm breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was green w neglect-unfortunate for these warm temperatures.
The rooms were large and clean. Wood cabinets need some tending to in the bathrooms, as varnish was coming off and had lots of dings. Pleather chairs in kitchen were peeling. Great parking security attendant! Will stay here again.

We booked a room and the property was overbooked. We were sent to another Marriott property 30 minutes away. The property we were sent to gave us a room with two full-sized beds. The room had what appeared to be several blood stains on the carpet and surrounding the toilet. The air conditioner made a horrendous noise and the entire floor smelled of rotting cheese and formaldehyde. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was a memorable experience but for all the worst reasons.

The property had a great view of the river and Bricktown has a great atmosphere. The property staff were kind and great with my kids. The security that was patrolling the parking lot made me feel secure that my vehicle and belongings were not going to be damaged or stolen.
