It is located just a few minutes walk from Lake Coeur d,Alene (beaches and parks) and the downtown CDA Resort, shopping, art galleries, restaurants, bar and grills and vibrant nightlife. The house has been restored and has all modern appliances yet has kept its 1930's ambiance and roots. From the quaint front room to the three bedrooms and spacious and well apportioned kitchen to the nice deck and water feature it offers a quiet get away from all the business of the downtown commercial appeal, yet only a short walk away. Rent kayaks and canoes at the beach, have fun at the parks or hop on CDA's extensive bicycling and running trail just minutes walk from the front door. A short drive to the east and you are in the renowned Silver valley, a few miles north and you will arrive at Silverwood Theme Park and a little farther you will be a Schweitzer ski area. Whether your stay is a few days or a week this is your best location to see it all.

We had an amazing stay at this little cottage! The girlfriend and I took plenty of walks through the neighborhood. So much character to see, not to mention in the cottage itself. It’s also within walking distance to tubs hill and the centennial trail. Was just the 2 of us but the area and cottage all appeared to be incredibly accommodating to families. We cooked most of our meals ourselves, at the cottage, so having the essentials there was amazing! We even did a valentines night cruise and were able to walk to the boardwalk. Would absolutely recommend! And as you can assume, the hot tub was sooooooo nice after walking to tubs hill and doing the hike!

We had a perfect getaway. Host was attentative but not intrusive. The location was perfect, even with small children we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. There is a beautiful kids walking path and giant playground just around the corner. The property is comfortable and clean and furnished with high quality furniture. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for everything!

This was my family's first time to Couer d'Alene and we were not disappointed. The house was so welcoming and we felt comfortable immediately. Very clean, with plenty of space and all the amenities. We were in a charming, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and parks. We would definitely stay here again. Bonus: Owners are very accommodating and seem like very kind people

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, the backyard was beautiful and great for bird watching. The host was very friendly and communicative. The location was excellent. We would love to stay again in the future!

We travel extensively and this was one of those properties that was even better than expected. Very clean, perfect location to downtown CDA and even bigger thank expected. We have two small/medium terriers and the back fenced yard was great for them to explore. The house was very cozy with anything you could possibly need including a gold filter for the coffee. The living room has a great fireplace and the bed in the master is very comfortable. Very nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking our dogs and close to the lake. Highly recommend and will stay there again for our next visit to the area.

Great property. Very well maintained. The only disappointment was no cable or satellite and only one small TV in living room. Other than that excellent cottage. I would recommend this property. ( just make sure you have access to Netflix or Prime Video etc.)

The cottage was an excellent base for our long weekend in Coeur d'Alene. The place is clean and very well-kept with comfortable beds, a cozy living room, and a well-stocked kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. We also appreciated how close the cottage is to the lake, bike path, local parks, and a very easy walk to downtown. Great location! Glen is a wonderful host, that is easy to reach if anything comes up. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful cottage! Quiet neighborhood located central to everything in CAD. Very clean and very cozy! It had more than all the basics in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Communication was great! And the hot tub was an amazing bonus. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I’m fact, my son has already requested we do next time we are in town!

We loved our stay in the Green House. It was well supplied in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. The location was perfect For walking downtown and to the lake. The hot tub was an extra bonus and the king bed was comfy.

This house was wonderful for our stay in Couer D'Alene. It was super-clean, well cared for, etc. It's on a quiet street with a park that was walkable for the kids to play. You can technically also walk downtown and to the marina, but we drove. It was super-convenient to both!

We really enjoyed the property. There were many amenities that made our stay easier in case we forgot something. The backyard was beautiful and the location was great. Only reason for one less star on property description was due to the hot tub being locked on a temp of 104. We couldn’t use it at that temp. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We stayed here for the location during the 70.3 triathlon. This property was perfect. 5 minute walk from the beach for swimming, packet pickup, bike drop off, and ease after the race. Glen, was easy to communicate with and if we had any questions he answered them promptly. The house was extremely clean and cozy. The backyard is complete bliss! Quiet area with the running water and hot tub made us feel right at home!

We felt very welcome entering this charming cottage. After a long day of travel and a blustery and chilly day, the cottage was warm and welcoming. It is fully stocked and was like being at home. We had everything we needed to prepare the food we brought. The master suite and bed were very comfortable. I would recommend this as a place to stay in CdA!!
