とにかくスタッフの方々が親切！

ホテルのスタッフ皆さんとても親切で対応が丁寧でした。個別で無理なお願いをしてしまいましたが、柔軟に対応していただき感謝しています。また女性スタッフの方が少し日本語を知っていて日本語で挨拶してくれたこともとても嬉しかったです。マリエンプラッツまでは数駅地下鉄に乗る必要がありますが、最寄駅から近く道も分かりやすいので街の喧騒から逃れたい方にはとてもオススメです。

Location good. Small hotel due to its central location. Good breakfast served nicely

I was there during Octoberfest - so it was pricey. I was in a single room which was very basic. Staff very pleasant but for one incident on check out where the lady behind the desk insisted I should wheel my 2 bags (multi city trip so was carrying 20KG) 200 meters across cobbles to wave down a taxi. I persisted and she called a taxi but I seemed to be a nuisance to her.

Good hotel, but in hot summer months you may want to find a hotel with air conditioner.

Friendly personal. Parking available, but pricy, 19 euro per day/night. Good location for sightseeing. No air conditioner, but we were provided with a fan. Bathroom clean and modern.

Breakfast variety low (6 days the same). Spider nets on balcony and we caught 3 spiders and 1 beatle. Probably spiders wouldn't visit our room if there was no spider nets on balcony. School in front of our room window, it was noisy in the morning. No air conditioner.

The only place I'd want to stay if I return to Munich.

The Domus Hotel was on a narrow, quiet street in the old part of Munich but was close to an Underground stop and therefore convenient to almost anywhere in the old city you'd like to visit. I loved hearing the voices of school children playing in the school yard across the street, and the sounds of the church bells ringing out the hours. I also loved the small cafes, wine bars, and restaurants that were in the neighborhood. Everything about the hotel was definitely unpretentious: clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and quiet, with a small number of guests (I think a total of 5 floors with 9 rooms on each floor). The room where a complimentary breakfast was available each morning was also attractive, comfortable, and quiet, with a nice variety of foods to choose from along with very friendly service. The people staffing the front desk were also friendly—professional, courteous, and always helpful. This was the first time I've been to Munich, and I can't think of a hotel where I'd rather spend a few days if I ever return. I only wish there were choices like the Domus Hotel available in the United States.

There wasn't really anything I can think of that I didn't like.

Clean, well-located, friendly staff, great value

Super-friendly staff. Very clean room, location was excellent for my conference (Max Planck Institute) and to walk to the centre.

Limited English but this wasn't a problem.

Breakfast was not included, not a big deal and it was good - but was taken by surprised since it was advertised otherwise.

the shower is not covered with full glass, thats make the bathroom is very wet with water

one lady of staff friendly towards German speaking guests, but very rude towards us speaking English. Called us "you Americans" while we're from SA!

It was pretty good considering the good location and the big room space

Location was great, the room was spacious and a good breakfast.

The balcony and the window was full of spider webs. It would be nice to have slippers and bath robes.

There is no AC. It was too hot and there was only a small ventilator. not a modern hotel.
