Super Hotel - super Preis-Leistungsverhältniss

Die Lage ist super zentral mitten in Basel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schick und auch von der Größe her super in Ordnung. Die Betten sind ebenfalls bequem nur die Matratzen für mich etwas zu weich, aber das mag ja jeder anderst.

Das einzige Manko sind die nicht vorhandenen Parkplätze. Die Parkplatzsituation ist aber generell in Basel schwierig wenn man länger als ein paar Stunden in dieser Stadt bleiben möchte.

es hat alles unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, teils übertroffen

sehr freundliches Personal, zweckmässige Einrichtung, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage des Hauses, stete Besetzung des Empfangs

etwas mehr Normalstühle und -tische beim Frühstück, fehlende Ventilation im WC/Bad, Parkett statt Teppich im Zimmer wäre hygienischer

Alles top, liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Alles top, Zimmer sehr sauber und ansprechend, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gute regionale Auswahl. Einziger Punkt welcher evtl. etwas verbessert werden könnte: das Frühstück wird im Empfangs-/Barbereich angeboten, mit nur wenigen "normalen" Tischen und Stühlen. War nicht ganz so bequem. Im Sommer sicherlich besser, da schöner Außenbereich. Wir waren aber bei Schnee und Regen in Basel.

Frühstück in Sesseln und mit kleinen Tischen ist nicht ganz so glücklich gelöst.

Ubicación estupenda

Todo perfecto. Muy limpio, check-in super rápido. Ubicación de 10. Con el alojamiento te dan al hacer el check-in una tarjeta que incluye todo el transporte público durante lo que dure tu estancia. IMPORTANTE: si cogéis el bus/tranvía para ir del aeropuerto a la estación de tren de Basilea o cualquier otro lugar de la ciudad, NO compréis el billete porque enseñando la reserva del hotel, estaría incluido el transporte. Nosotros nos gastamos 6.60€/persona en UN billete sencillo para ir del aeropuerto al centro y al hacer el check-in nos enteramos de que con la tarjeta que te dan en el hotel, estaría incluido ese transporte…

Muy caro para ser 3 estrellas.

Doesn't get much better than the location. Staff are available 24/7 and incredibly friendly and polite

Bar prices are bit expensive but it's Switzerland so to be expected. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever

Great place for a night in Basel

I got a very quiet room (nr 441, small, with just a small window, great for my one night stopover), it was super clean. Very nice lounge area downstairs, and right in the heart of Basel.

Fabulous stay!!

It was a safe nice and environment for my wife and her friend. This was their first time in Basel and they couldn't believe the location. It was near everything and they loved being in the middle of the Christmas market . The rooms where extremely quiet considering the location and they were clean. She mentioned the receptionist who also spoke Spanish was a very friendly and helpful person. As they continue to travel through Switzerland they decided to come back one more time as it was a very positive experience.

Superb!

I have stayed at hotels belonging to this group, namely in Vienna and Brussels, but each time we were pleasantly surprised, especially due to the modern and colorful design. Regarding the accommodation in Basel, the room was an exception and far surpassed other accommodations; the room is spacious and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is welcoming, and everything is very clean. The location is central, on one of the streets decorated for Christmas, houses, lights, food, atmosphere; in addition, it is a step away from the main commercial street and only a street crossing from the tram station. I have attached a picture with the beautiful view from outside (seen at breakfast) and one when leaving the hotel.

It was a little unusual to have breakfast in the reception area. Regarding the breakfast, I think it would be appropriate to improve it at least with cooked eggs (not only boiled) and more varieties of cheese, because we just are in Switzerland.

Great location and good size room but lacked some basic facilities.

Excellent location in central Basel.

Our plug converters did not work in the electric sockets and the USB charging points also did not work. There was no electric kettle in the room.
