The staff were so friendly both at check-in and check-out. The room was comfortable and the AC was cold!

Bed is comfy and breakfast is good. The cleaning staff, breakfast ladies, and some of the lobby staff are really nice.
Floors were dirty in the room and sticky, some of the staff aren’t too friendly, and saw a guest having a bad experience and the way the manager handled it made us not want to return.

The lobby was set up for fun. TV's, games, and pool table. 24 hour coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Plenty of snacks & drinks to buy.
The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen.
The rooms had everything you'd need & the bed was comfortable.
You can hear a little noise from other rooms but it wasn't awful.

I love the convenient location , it was clean
I was on the second floor and I literally heard the guest above me stomping the entire visit. I had to call the front desk both of the mornings of my stay because the stomping started at 6am.. The front desk said they called the guest above me but the stomps became worse and I told them to come listen and no one came so I checked out and started my drive home

No lounge chair to sit on in our spacious king room.
Expected a small sofa or even a chair.
Empty corner where one should have been.

Friendly staff, good location, okay price, and clean.
The bed was not properly made, and not all that comfy, the room next door had the tv volume too high and we could easily hear it, the bathroom door got stuck on the floor and was hard to close, the breakfast was understocked.
Honestly, surprisingly poor for a tru by hilton but not terrible.

It looks very clean and modern.
The walls are VERY thin. It’s like the place is built of sticks and paper. The hotel is about 50yds from the road way. I heard every single vehicle diving by all night long. It was so loud, like the window was open but it wasn’t. I was awakened 7 times by loud vehicles, people walking the hall, and people talking. The bed was very uncomfortable - lumpy and seemed to be lower at the head. The four pillows provided are the type that flatten completely when you lay your head down. It was a bery uncomfortable and restless night.

Nice amenities, rooms are nice
People smoke, loud neighbors after midnight and barking dogs and meowing cats. Had to bang on the wall to quiet load conversation after midnight - no one answered when I called to complain at the front desk. Question: in a hotel that is not even close to capacity, why would I be put next to someone with animals on the 5th floor? I will take my business money elsewhere next time.....😡

The cleanliness of the hotel and close it was to the place I was attending. Staff was great!
The location was bad because it's right off the freeway. You could hear the traffic while watching tv. I was on the side facing the interstate.

Walls thin could hear man next door snoring thought someone was in my bathroom. No rugs sounds like a good idea until you hear people above walking around. Our room was on highway side noisey loud cars all night. Get a room on back side. Cheap construction. Some mold in shower otherwise clean.
