Nestled in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $410 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Located in Ocean lakes campground. At 1355 Dolphin Drive. This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths Bedroom 1 has queen side bed with tv Bedroom 2 has 1 full side bed Bedroom 3 has bunk bed with 2 full beds with tv/DVD Newly renovated kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and crockpot, coffee makers (regular and Keurig) , pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. Living room has large smart tv, spectrum cable, with two couches with ottoman for your comfort. Bathroom 1 consists of tub, shower, and washer and dryer. Bathroom 2 has tub/shower and newly renovated. "A $500 security deposit is required but will not be charged provided house is found damage free. Parking space for 2 cars only - Ocean lakes does charge $12 a day per CAR for guests upon entrance. at check-in. *$10 a day for Express check-in is available and recommended. NOT INCLUDED: We do not provide bed linens, towels, wash cloths, hand towels and paper products, soaps, washing detergents, and coat hangers. NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOUSE of any kind. - doing so will automatically forfeit your refund. Amenities consist of water park, indoor and outdoor pools, putt \-putt golf, bike riding, playground for kids, game room, Sandy’s restaurant, and arcade. Would be great for other family members or friends to be close.

House was fine but bed’s definitely need upgrading. The queen mattress drags the floor in the middle. Also couldn’t change channel on the TV and couldn’t sit on deck without bug spray because of the mosquitoes from the trees

Everything worked as it should. Nothing was broken and the showers had plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was great and kept the entire place nice and cool.

My family and a couple friends came down to stay at ocean lakes like we do every year. The house was cozy. The kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of space for all of us. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this property, everything was as listed and the community was wonderful as well. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. The owner is very responsive to messages and willing to do anything to ensure our stay was perfect!

The owner is simply AMAZING! Excellent communication...answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It's a perfect cottage at the beach. Small and cozy place! We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was so easy. The host was amazing. It had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. We will definitely try to stay there again.

The Property Manager was very friendly and gave useful information regarding the location attractions. The property was beautiful, and in a great location. The walk to the beach only took about 7 minutes, so it was great to be able to take a stroll to the beach whenever we pleased. We loved our stay, and really appreciated the helpful Property Manager!

We had a great trip and always enjoy visiting ocean lakes. The house was very nice and well decorated. We wished we could’ve had more space for luggage/bags and upon arrive we found a lot of dog hair on the pillows/mattress cover of master bedroom. But with short hair dogs I know this can be hard to clean. We used our own pillows so it wasn’t a problem, but just for future reference. Overall this is a great property that allows pets and we enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed our stay & the fun community in which the house is located. The house met all of our needs & was situated very close to the beach. We rented one of the golf carts available to rent & the kids had a great time riding around the neighborhood & getting back & forth to all of the great amenities in the neighborhood.

My family had a wonderful time at this property. The size definitely made us feel at home. My daughters feel in love with the bunk bed room bc it kept them together versus across the house as usual. The home was very clean and everything put together very well.

It was cute and nicely decorated. It is small. There are no closets and traveling with kids, we really could have used more space to store luggage or unpack. We had 5 large suitcases which we had to live out of for the week. It was hard to walk around in the bedrooms and over the suitcases. The kitchen was fully stocked (dishes, utensils, bowls, pans) and the big comfy couch was able to accommodate the 5 of us. The grill was dirty and a bit outdated so we did not use.

This home is more suited for kids from 21-25. This home is in need of new bedroom and living room furniture. It is broken, dirty, stained or just too old. The house needs to be deeply cleaned. I spent 7+ hours of my vacation time trying to resolve this situation, in the end the owner refunded my money.
