Decorated in wonderful shades of green, blue, and yellow this condo radiates charm. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating along with 3 plush bar stools for additional seating. This beautiful condo offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a full size stacked washer/dryer provided in the condo for your convenience in the laundry/pantry closet. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This place is 100% kid friendly. It is a very busy place both on the beach and at the pool. The pool area fantastic but it is noisy until 10pm. If your room faces the pool side it will be interactive until 10pm. Not a big deal with the balcony door closed but you cannot enjoy the ocean very much.

We had a great time at this location! The room was clean and had a great view of pools and beach. My family ranged from 3 years old to 70 years old and everyone was happy! Close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!!

My Family couldn't of asked for a better condo or facility to stay at during our Thanksgiving Trip. The condo met every expectation that I could of needed. The Best Beds I've ever had at any resort I've stayed at. Plenty of room for my Family of 6. The pools and hot tub was Amazing. Easy access to the beach. I cant say enough positives about our stay, it was truly Amazing! Hope to stay again here next year.

The staff was in constant communication the entire weekend facilitating easy check-in & check- out as well repairing a sink handle that came off the first night. The condo was extremely clean with lots of towels, bedding, & toiletries. Loved the views and easy access to pools and the beach. The only reason I rated this as a 4 is that the condo needs some TLC and updating.

The condo is bigger than the pictures suggest! Plenty of space for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and in-laws to stay together. All of the comforts of home (laundry, full kitchen, nearby grocery store) on a beautiful property with amazing pools and beach access. My kids stayed in the Lazy River all day every day (and into the evening) while I relaxed with a book on the beach. Great views of the beach and pools from the balcony. 100% would choose this condo again for a future Waterscape stay.

This is our first time to this property and location. The condo was in great condition and provided us with everything we needed. It was very easy to check in remotely and to access the property. This is family friendly environment, with lots of kids and noise - it didn’t bother us too much.

We loved our stay at this property! The unit was clean and exactly as described. We felt like the management company was anticipating our needs at every step. The pool is perfect, the beach and beach service were perfect, customer service on site was a 10, etc. When a couple of minor things in the condo didn't work, maintenance was there the same day to fix them.When we arrived, the unit included enough dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels for our family of 4 for the week. We did not need to buy more. We brought laundry detergent and dishwasher soap, as they only provide enough for one load each. We also purchased tissues, as there were none in the unit.One downfall of the unit is the cookware. We hoped to make eggs and pancakes for breakfast, but the skillets were poor quality and everything stuck to them - even with PAM or olive oil. It would be great if the management company would provide 1-2 non-stick skillets.While the management company was super responsive on site, we found that they were unresponsive prior to our trip. Several e-mails and phone calls asking about beach towels went unanswered until we discovered that there's a number to text. Then we received quick answers. Overall, this was a great stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

My family and my parents stayed at this condo. It was beautiful! Matched the online listing and the view was amazing! It is close to the area restaurants in just a short drive from Destin. They supplied umbrellas and chairs down at the beach as well. We will definitely be back!
