This condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit A508 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in warming reds, yellows, and earthy brown tones this home is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large round glass top table with seating. There is an extended bar top area next to the kitchen with three stools for additional seating. This condo offers an alcove with bunk beds that has a door for extra privacy. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The home includes a full sized 2022 LG washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great stay, at wonderful apartment. The main bedroom is very comfortable. The second one, mattress was not as good as the the one in main room. Enjoyed my stay, with clean apt, beautiful view as described.

Great view, great beach, well appointed condo, grounds were well kept and the pool (heated) was great. King bed not so good. Long hallway to and from parking garage. Good place for kids.

We had a very good experience. Our door was unlocked at arrival which was mildly alarming. The lock was loose but my husband was able to fix it quickly. Everything was clean and nicely stocked. We had a good view of the ocean from our room which was nice and actually better than expected. Our baby loved all the pool areas and we did as well. Location is nice and close to everything so getting in and out was easy.

We recently stayed at Waterscape for the first time (my husband and I, our two kids ages 3 and 1, and my in-laws). The resort is absolutely fantastic! It has everything a family could want: pools, close to the ocean, and close to family-friendly dining and activities. Our only complaint (and it’s very minor) was with this unit in particular. Decor is nice, but breakable and sharp objects on lower shelves proved way too enticing for our new walker. We had to remove them and put them up higher, out of his reach. Sharp kitchen tools are stored in the lower drawers, and we had to move those as well. A few of the doors didn’t close properly (to the half bath and secondary bedroom). Those were all minor inconveniences, and easily self-remedied, but I thought it would be worth sharing in case any other families with small kids book this unit. We would definitely book this unit again!

We absolutely loved this resort and our room was great! I was very impressed with the resort, cleanliness, price and the pools! My kiddos loved the lazy river and we loved how close everything was, including the beach access! We will definitely be back in the future. We stayed in unit A508 🙌🏽

The amenities are amazing especially for kids. Everything was very clean the room, pool even the parking deck. Would absolutely stay in 508A again plenty of room, super clean with very comfortable beds.
