Waterscape B207 accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and two twin beds in the bunk area. Waterscape B207 is very warm and inviting from the moment you walk into the condo. When you enter, you will find an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room connected. The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with stainless-steel appliances and offers a wrap-around layout with plenty of storage space and all utensils needed to create your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a table that seats six guests. The living area features two sofas (one being a pull-out) and a TV and DVD player combo, perfect for movie nights after a long day at the beach. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto a spacious balcony and enjoy a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or a sangria at sunset. Next to the living room, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom with deep tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large double vanity, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. On the other side of the living room, you will find the guest bedroom, which offers a queen bed, a TV and DVD player combo, and an attached bathroom with a large tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large double vanity. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Everything was great! Family vacation for 7. Ages ranged from 12-61. We all had a fantastic time. Condo was clean and ready to go. Plenty of space for us all. Was our first time here and everything went smoothly. Loved the location and the activities offered. Will definitely come back again some day.

We always stay at waterscape. Typically it’s in a unit that faces the pool with a view of the ocean. They were pretty booked up this year. When we came across this condo- I wasn’t excited about not fully seeing the ocean. But this was perfect we still had enough of a view to satisfy. Most of the rooms with a view require you to walk down a really long hallway at waterscape. This room is super quick and easy when getting to the parking lot and the beach/pool. Very conveniently located within the resort! Very clean! Great stay. Book it. You will love it!

This was my third stay at Waterscape and all of the condos have been nice! This unit is literally right outside the breezeway to the heated pool gate. Very convenient with tweens. My girls know the property well and they all meet up with their cheer teammates and use the pools as they please, very safe, family atmosphere! Fudpuckers is delicious and at the pool. The unit had everything we needed. My only complaint and truly it’s not a complaint just preference, is there isn’t a heavy enough comforter on the beds or closet if needed. And the ironing board is broken and leans on you but I managed! I loved the amount of towels and washcloths…most units have a few and you are washing often, we didn’t even use them all to have to wash!! Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you!

We loved it! The bathrooms were very spacious, it was very convenient as far as the pool and beach! The view was better then we anticipated! The only thing that would make it better would be if the dryer worked(it was not drying anything), and if there were basic cleaning supplies offered. I like to keep counters clean and previous places we have stayed had it. Other then that, this was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it!!!

We have found our forever beach stay! This condo was amazing. Bathrooms were perfect for our large family. We cooked every night and was able to utilize all the cooking utensils there. The only thing I would do different is replace the king size sheets, they had holes in them. We had to reposition them once and it ripped more. Other than that, it was perfect!!

This was a great unit. My husband and I had to come down for the week to help take care of some
Family stuff. Decided to book us a “home away from home”. This unit fit perfectly Had everything we needed! Easy and convenient to get to. Comfy bed. Decorated beachy theme, which is always a plus! Light and airy! And we even got to wake up with a view of the Gulf! Highly recommend!

Condo had a great layout, but furniture is outdated and mattresses are in need of replacing. Oversized chair was nice! One of the big burners on the stove didn't work, which made it hard cooking breakfast for a family of 7. Can openers, both electric and manual didn't work. Electric one wouldn't work at all, manual one would make gaps in the can lids, but wouldn't connect the cuts. Coffee table is HEAVY and is difficult to move to access the sofa bed. Balcony was spacious and accessible from both bedrooms and living room which was nice, but again furniture is outdated and could be more cozy to relax in. The resort was really nice! We loved the options of pool and lazy river!

Very nice property & unit. It needs a few more things in the kitchen and it was hard to communicate with the property manager (probably due to COVID-19). But I would go rent again!
