The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and extra storage in the pantry area. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area seats up to eight people comfortably. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The bunk room door is a great feature that provides extra privacy. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a beautifully decorated half bathroom off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub, and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. There is a large laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful rooms, updated kitchen, amazing view. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at a condo ever (and we go every year). We couldn’t have asked for a better condo.

Loved the Service from beginning to end, Property was amazing and what it struck me the most was they were not shy on number of towels supplied to you. Like I said this was the most wonderful and relaxing vacation for our family.

I rented A507 in May and had great time. The condo was spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. Lower number condos are closer to the beach and we actually had a great view, only partially blocked by the neighboring hotel. Odd numbers are on the outer side and even numbers are on the inside. Even numbers have a better ocean view, but they also overlook the pool area which can be busy and noisy, so I was glad to have ab odd number. This was my first VRBO and I'll be happy to stay again.

Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again. The location in the building was great and the view of the ocean, while probably not the best ever, was still very enjoyable. We really liked the furniture on the balcony and the beds were firm, but comfortable enough. The bedding was sparse and some of us did get a little chilly at night. I would recommend bringing your own blankets. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The sink stopper in the master bathroom was actually stuck closed when we arrived but my spouse was able to fix it. I found issue with some safety problems, having very young children, including backs of several remotes were missing where batteries could fall out, and the biggest issue was a loose outlet cover in the bunk room. These outlets should really be replaced with new ones. As far as the amenities go, there is only one heated pool so if you go in the fall keep this in mind. Even with temps in the low 80s the regular pools were like ice water. Waterscape should work on heating at least one more of the four pools. Be sure to bring your own chairs. They offer you two complimentary chairs, but it is a fight to the death to get them. People would wait on the beach at 7am to “reserve” their chairs. Overall though we had a great time, the checking in/out process was fantastic and the minor issues did not bother us too much.

The condo was big and very clean. Had a nice partial view of the Gulf between buildings. The entire stay was very quiet, you could never hear the neighbors and it was New Year's Eve! Had a great washer and dryer in unit.

Beach view was great. really close to the elevators. loved the pools, lazy river, and splash pad for my kids. tidy room. only complaint was there was sand in the sheets at the foot of the bed (not from us). Loved the tiki bar.

The bunk room for the kids was great and they even had their own bathroom. Having king size beds in both bedrooms was great and that is hard to find, bathrooms were very spacious. The pools were fantastic. The only negative things were the setup for the beach chairs were odd and we were disappointed that there were no beach toys or accessories of any kind in this condo.

We had a party of 13 and rented two units for four nights. The property was beautiful and the location was great but we would have liked more staff and amenities. It would have been nice to have access to restaurants and bars on the property so that we wouldn’t have had to leave to get provisions. We would have also liked light housekeeping and access to more linens but over all had a great experience and would recommend to friends.

It took almost an hour after check in time To be able to get in our room as the cleaning crew was still there cleaning. It was clean though. Overall waterscape is a resort style condo. Pretty loud and seemed to be no staff keeping pool area and surrounding areas picked up and monitored. Unit was fine and comfortable.

We loved our stay at waterscape A507. Very family and kid friendly. The condo was very spacious for our 2 families. Easy access to elevators and parking garage. We never had a problem claiming chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There were activities for the kids on the upper pool deck everyday. We had zero complaints.

Check-in process was great as well as the check out. Communication with excellent, was check on about everything from how the room was when we entered. My family enjoyed. The view was excellent and granddaughter loved the pool.

Nice beach view from the balcony. Fairly decent furniture too. We've stayed in multiple units in this complex and this one is the best so far. We will look at this one again then next time we head to FWB!

We visit waterscape a lot but they have changed the way they set up the chairs and just don’t care for the U shaped set up. I’m not too fond of having 4-5 groups set up pop up tents in front of my beach chair blocking my view of my kids and/or the view of the ocean. Just my preference but absolutely love the unit and view. We love Waterscape! Perfect for families
