The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. B404 is beautifully decorated in corals, aqua blues, and soothing greens. The furnishings have been professionally hand-picked with the beach in mind. This unit compliments the tropical surroundings of this relaxing resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/ dryer included in the home for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We come to the Destin area 1-2 times a year and this is the first time we have stayed in Fort Walton Beach and at Waterscapes. We are IN LOVE!!! We will stay here every single time from now on. The kids never got bored with so many swimming options. We had a small issue with our stove during our stay and maintenance never came to address it so we did but have use of the larger burners of our stove which made it harder to cook quickly as we cook all of our meals but it only meant that I spent a little more time in the kitchen.

The view from this unit and the resort its self was amazing. BUT so many issues with this unit. Dryer and dishwasher did not work. Sofa bed did not pull out. One burner on stove did not work Table and chairs on balcony really dirty. Floor in unit was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. Would not recommend this unit.

Master bed was very hard, sheets were dirty and shower was dirty. The dryer did not work. Housekeeping came back and fixed what they could and were very friendly

We loved the outside. The pool/lazy River and fudpuckers. But the room could use some work the dryer didn’t work. The ceiling fans only worked on low. The furniture needs to be updated and the dishwasher didn’t work

Everything was enjoyable how evvee on the last two days the two elevators near the unit were not working so it was a long walk down to the amenities like the pool and beach.

This is a great resort with wonderful amenities. The room was clean and had plenty of space. There was visible wear on some of the furniture but everything was functional. Huge balcony with beautiful view.

To start—the location and view from the balcony are TOP NOTCH NEXT LEVEL!! But that’s where my 5 star review would end. The beds were AWFUL. The pillows were disgusting and we only had 4 towels. So day 1 we went and bought pillows and towels. There was a weird odor in the unit that lingered the whole stay. The hot water in one of the showers quit working. The listing said the pools were heated-only the top pool was in fact heated, chilly water in all other locations. And while the view is spectacular I didn’t think about how the location right next to the pool meant you couldn’t hear the waves—only the waterfalls in the pool.

The view from B404 is fantastic! But the beds were uncomfortable. If you are young, the beds are probably fine, but anyone with back/neck issues or an older person may not be comfortable on the mattresses provided. The owner should look at purchasing new ones. Anyway, back to the view...you couldn't ask for a better location to see both the ocean and the pool area. We love Waterscape and most likely will return to B404. Everything else was as expected.

We stay at Waterscape every summer for our family vacation. The unit we stayed in this year is our favorite so far because of the location it sits. Clean, beautiful view, the resort is our favorite. 12/10 recommend. Can’t wait to be back next summer!

We had a great time and vacsa was great. We had actually planned this vacation last year 2020 during the pandemic and had paid for it but canceled for growing concerns about the pandemic. Vacasa gave us a credit that we could use up until Oct of this year. I was a little worried but Vacasa was great. We got our reservations and they sent emails ahead to let me know when to check in and the day of our arrival and checked on us during our stay to see if everything was okay. It was a great experience and the place was very good. I highly recommend them.
