The primary bedroom, second primary bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations with its own TV. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second primary bedroom includes another king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. View is more impressive in person. Spent a lot of time on patio. Bathrooms are nice. Kitchen was functional. Waterscapes was a nice location. Heated pool a plus as gulf was cold for extended swims. Easy in and out.

We enjoyed our condo, it was very clean, had lots that we needed in the kitchen. Our stay was amazing, it was very quite and we had a great view of the ocean. We will absolutely book this condo again!!

Nice getaway. The room was nice and the balcony had a side view of the beach. This unit is about 2/3 of the way towards the beach. It’s a big facility so it’s a decent walk from the garage, but it’s closer to the beach. There are also several things around the area to do. Several pools, but they were cold for our stay during October. The one heated pool was luke warm enough to get in. However, the two hot tubs were definitely toasty. I would stay here again for a family getaway.

Stayed here with my four little kids and mom over spring break. It was a nice resort. Only one pool was heated and it was PACKED. Hot tubs were full of teenagers. Resort is laid out nicely. Beach chairs are taken quickly so get out early if you’d like some. The room was fine. The loveseat had a stain on the cushions which just makes you feel yuck. There was such a strong musty smell coming from the bunk room that my kids couldn’t sleep in it. Plenty of towels. The kitchen is low end but adequate. The location of the room was great and the outside noise was very minimal.

We enjoyed the resort so so much! There was literally something to do for everyone! My only complaints about the unit is that there were several things that needed repair: one of the bedroom balcony doors didn’t lock, there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, the bedroom doors did not lock, and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. The unit wasn’t super clean as our feet were black after walking barefoot less than 5 minutes and there were dust bunnies everywhere. It’s like things were cleaned around but never moved and cleaned behind. All in all we had a great time but I would not stay in this particular unit again.

The condo was clean for the most part but I did notice a few easy fixes that could be handled quickly. The front door entrance was dirty (door and surrounding wall), the bunk area where my kids slept had dirty walls and someone had written on the wall with a pencil (my husband wiped it), one of the master baths had black mold/mildew around the vents on the ceiling and the shower door would not latch closed. And we love to grill but half of the grills either don’t work in the pool area or barely get warm enough to cook your food. Everything else was great! Condo front desk was kind and courteous and checked on us numerous times in the way and after arrival. This was my second visit to Waterscape and the trip was enjoyed by all!

Overall we had a great time. Loved the pool area and beach access. Condo was perfect for our family with 2 masters, bunk beds, and pull out sofa. Kitchen was fair but perfectly usable; not as well equipped or organized as other places I have stayed for similar amenities and cost.

We booked this condo within 12 hours of arriving. It was very clean, location was great- close elevator to pool and beach, good ocean view, plenty of space for the 6 of us to sleep, and the amenities at Waterscape never disappoint.

Comfortable spring break

We had a great week at this condo. Very clean and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and silverware. The washer and dryer were great and got used almost daily for beach towels. The only complaints would be, first, the coffee maker — I did not think to get coffee filters. I wish there had been one or two of those there. But when I did make coffee, it was just warm, nowhere near a good temperature. The second would be a very slow sink drain in the master bath, and third, a lack of places to put suitcases. A few luggage racks would have been so helpful so that we wouldn’t have to put them on the floor. Overall, it was great though. Thanks again!

This place was great for our group of 7. The decor is a nice departure from some typical beach decor- it’s very bright and airy. View is better in person.
