B510 is beautifully decorated in corals, aqua blues, and greens. The furnishings have been professionally hand picked with the beach in mind. This unit compliments the tropical surroundings of this relaxing resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Had some friends stay at Waterscape 5 years ago that gave a great recommendation. We were sad to find the resort did not live up to expectation. The pool area felt like a big Spring Break party and found it not family friendly especially for little kids. There were guests chugging drinks and loud personal speakers in the pool. Chairs were filthy and mildew all around pool area. Not what we expected based on photos and reviews. Would not recommend to my friends and family. Glad we only booked one night and spent the rest of our vacation somewhere else.

Property was very well furnished with a awesome view of all the pools and hot tubs in the ocean. The only thing I would change is upgrading the carpet and the living room furniture. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.

When we arrived the unit had a very prominent Mold smell. We immediately contacted the front desk as my 8 year old and husband both have asthma. Someone came up and said they don’t smell anything etc. However, the following two night t the AC unit would stop working. Come on and off. We finally called someone to come up and check….and sure enough there was water stuck somewhere in AC unit, so the unit would shut itself off due to safety. Mold is unacceptable in any scenario. Units are individually owned so our request to move to another unit was invalid. The carpets were dirty and the the chairs of the dining table were nasty. So dirty that we didn’t even feel comfortable seating on. They offered towels to put down which we did. They also offered to have a service come clean the chairs, however this is not something we should deal with while on vacation. It should have been done before. Most all the furniture in the unit is very out dated and old. Looks good in the photos though, so nothing like the pictures. The view however from the balcony was amazing! The resort itself and beach is very nice and I would recommend for anyone traveling with kids. At this time I am still awaiting for management to return my call as promised for any credit and/or compensation. Platform does not allow me to upload pics.

The condo had a great view of the pool/ocean but needs some serious updating. The entire condo and furniture showed lots of wear and tear and minor things were broken. Some of the upholstery looked dirty and worn out. There was also an issue with the dryer, it made a loud clinking noise every time you dried anything-very annoying. We have stayed in other units in this resort before that were much nicer and updated. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience but not what we are use to at this resort and could be taken care of better.

The resort was wonderful! The pool areas and access to the beach were very well kept. We were disappointed with our condo. While it was clean, B510 definitely needs an update! The bathroom in the second bedroom was very much in need off repairs. The glass shower door had apparently been broken and had been replaced with a plastic shower curtain hung by a crooked rod. The handle on the shower was so hard to turn that we were afraid it would break each time we used the shower. The shower head also dripped. My husband (a retired plumber!) tried several times to stop it to no avail. We also had a problem with ants in our bunk area. The staff did get an exterminator very quickly to spray and they replaced the bedding. Just very disappointed that a condo that we had spent so much on was not up to our expectations.

Waterscape B510 was an excellent unit for our family vacation. The unit was ready for our check-in upon admission. It was clean and nicely decorated in beach colors. The two bedrooms with two king beds with attached bathrooms made it very convenient for our two families.

It was just what we needed. However, the washer wasn't working correctly and one of the shower doors needs repaired. However, I can not say enough good things about Waterscape!
