Nestled in Rosemary Beach, this attractive house for $835 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Sea Rest, a quaint one level Florida Cottage located on the Private quiet portion of Seacrest Beach. Pull right up and enjoy.. No running up and down steps your entire vacation. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bath. Two bedrooms have king size beds and two have queen size beds. There is also a really cool private bunkroom off the rear screened porch that is great for a kids play area or separate "clubhouse". The back of the house faces the preserve offering a private & quiet setting. 10 ft ceilings throughout and a cathedral ceiling in the living room finished in oak. Features include a NEW 60' LED TV with surround sound above the stone fireplace and Blue Ray DVD, granite countertops in the galley kitchen and stainless appliances. Full size ice maker in kitchen for your trips to the beach. Hugh community pool is 2 minute walk and beach is 5 minute free tram ride from the front door. Bedrooms have transom style windows and carpet. Baths are all ceramic tile and granite counter tops. Two bathrooms feature large walk in showers. Seacrest features tons of amenities and the largest pool in NW FLA only heated by the sun. and sits directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and all of it's ammentities. Home is maintained and all linens are fresh each season, new rugs and runners each year, newer TV's, and incredibly well maintained. Private screened in porch on the rear of the home, large sitting porch on the front of the home.. Fully stocked kitchen complete with Icemaker and stainless appliances. Beautiful hardwood floors in the living areas and hallways. Full size washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels, guest to provide own beach towels Bikes are NOT included with the rental, but are available to rent at the Seacrest town center. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms with nice spacious sectional in the living room and a dining area to fit all 10 of us. Great porch furniture in the front and screened in back.
Kitchen was a little tight but the stand alone ice maker was a favorite of everyone.
There is now a quicker online check in process for security and to get wristbands that the property manager didn’t have in the emails but that security informed us about when we called on arrival- so much quicker than waiting endlessly like before.
The location is right across from tram stop B6 which was very convenient.
And now for the exciting part - apparently there is a black bear that now scavenges the area every evening looking for food. He tore apart our garbage twice and we had to clean up the mess. The kids (and adults) found the sightings quite fun - just be on the lookout in the evenings.

We loved our week at Sea Rest! Perfect location on a dead end which was great for the kids to ride their bikes without worrying about all the traffic. Our 12- and 14-year-olds enjoyed the bunk room for their own room, giving them a quiet space to watch tv and hang out. Plenty of room for all 4 families to have own bathroom and space. Short walk to pool or beach. Don't feel like walking that far---there's always the tram! Great communication with Warren Beach Rentals through the whole rental process! Most importantly we felt very safe in our location with 5 kids from 2-14 years old. The pool area is amazing!! I like that there are attendants at the pool on site the entire time. They enforce the rules, all while being kind to the kids and adults. All were very friendly and made you feel like they actually cared about the kids. Would definitely rent this rental again and hope to in the future!!

We loved being on one story, especially with little ones. Everything about the property was as advertised. We had a great time and we'd be thrilled to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and everything was very well communicated. Even being in the back of the neighborhood the walks to pool/beach we’re easy for our family. We didn’t utilize trams but they were running in November and ready to transport. The couch is a little small for a house that sleeps 10 and no other seating in living area but it was manageable. Carpet could stand to be replaced. Would stay again.

Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with the community. Upon arrival we received our wrist bands for everybody over the age of 11. With those we were able to use the tram service that takes you to the beach and back and the community pool. The bunk room is off the back deck which at first we kind of felt uneasy but it worked out fine. The kids could like themselves into the room and we had a key to it. There should have been a door that went through the purple bathroom into the bunk room.
All in all we loved the house, community and everything else that 30A has to offer.

Bunk room cannot access main house at night
We took our adult children on vacation for the week. I can honestly say that we could not have used the bunk room for young children. You exit the main house and enter the bunk room off the screened porch. When doors are locked at night, the occupants of the bunk room are locked out of the main house and you are locked out of their deadbolted room. We did find a key to use, but this wouldn't be an option for young kids.
The bedroom carpets and the tub jets were absolutely filthy, but the rest of the house was clean. Area is nice but crowded. The pool was closed for 2 days of our stay, which made the private beach unbearably crowded. It was worth the drive to public access. Overall, a good stay with our family by making the most of what we could control.

Even though we had to wait to have his unit cleaned when we arrived after 1900, the trip was enjoyable in PBC. However, we did not enjoy the rental as much. It has several things that need to be attended to:
1. Front porch light flickers and goes out.
2. Several bulbs need to be changed. No working.
3. Light over the stop, under the microwave is out.
4. 3 of the 4 shower doors are off track and will not roll.
5. Fan in back bathroom on the left does not work.
6. Freezer side of the fridge leaks.
7. Door shades, blinds are missing or broken.
8. Ironing board cover need replacing.
9. 1st room on the right has a old dresser and ladder in it. No room for hanging clothes.
10. Killed several spiders.
11. Front door knob needs to be changed out. Loose, had problems opening it.

We were so fortunate to find Sea Rest.. This was a perfect cottage for our family.
We wanted a one story house and this home was perfect. Room for adults, room for the kids. Private screened in porch of the back, was the restful spot we were looking for.
The Warren Beach Rentals staff helped us set up bike rentals through a local provider and made sure we had all of the tram information. We loved the pools and the neighborhood. We probably walked and or biked 10 miles or more per day.. so much fun..
The beds were very comfortable, and just everything about the house was set up for comfort.
My wife is a true neatnik, and this house was clean and neat as a pin.
Loved our stay, cant wait to return.. You can rent this home with absolute confidence.

What a quaint and cute property, we absolutely loved everything about the cottage.
Warren Beach Rentals staff was fantastic and helped us with a minor issue at check in.
The house is roomy, well cared for and just a fantastic location.
I cannot imagine how anyone would not LOVE to spend their vacation at this home. It is peaceful, clean, and so fun.
The entire staff was gracious and kind and every time we called, we got a competent and caring person to help us from anything to where to rent a bike, where to go to the beach, best restaurants and even came over to assist on one minor issue.
Fantastic service, fantastic cottage, fantastic location.. Could NOT have been more pleased.

Lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.
I have 4 kids and felt very comfortable staying here. Everyone had their own space. The house is tucked away in the corner of Seacrest so you have access to everything but without being in the middle of it all. The tram makes getting to the beach super easy. Thanks for the memories.

The most beautiful beach area we have ever been to!
Due to COVID-19, last minute we decided to cancel a condo in Panama City Beach and found this house in Seacrest Beach. And it was the biggest blessing in disguise. The area was like something out of a magazine. The Seacrest community was like a movie. We were provided 4 bikes to ride around the area. This was one of our favorite things. We were in such awe of the houses, shops, restaurants and scenery. The house itself served perfectly for our family. Our group consisted of my parents, my husband and our 3 girls (all 6 and under), my sister and my brother. There were plenty of beds, plenty of dining space, and seating on both the front porch and back covered porch. The communication with the rental manager was top notch. They responded promptly and were great to work with. I only have 2 suggestions and 1 minor complaint. My one minor complaint is that the shower head in the back left bedroom bath, and the front hall bath, the shower head is very high and when the water comes out, it sprays in a very large circle. So because of this when standing in the shower, the water seemed to go all around you and not on you. So showering was a little annoying at times. However the other 2 showers were fine. So I would possibly look into changing the shower head to something that is adjustable. The other two suggestions would be bedding. The top blankets reminded me of hospital blankets. This again a very minor thing but since the AC works GREAT, it did get chilly at times and the blankets weren’t much help. Final suggestion, there is a back bedroom off the covered porch with bunk beds. We suggest moving the bunk beds to a room inside. We had 3 little ones that would have loved to sleep on them but because they were technically “outside” the main house, we didn’t let them stay out there. We felt it made more sense to switch the full bed that’s in the front room with the bunk beds. That way, little ones can be in the house and older kids or even a couple can have the outdoor access bedroom. I rated the cleanliness a 4/5 only because we found a lot of trash and dust under the couches and beds. And honestly if we didn’t have little ones we would not have even noticed but since they drop everything, we had to get a couple of toys out from under the couch. But we would absolutely stay here again! We will suggest it to our friends who are lookin for a beach family vacation as well. It was a much needed getaway! So thank you!!!
