Guest Access: The Resort is the Signature at MGM Grand, with 3 towers connected by short walkways. The unit is in Tower 3, which is best for having a pool and gym right downstairs, and an unobstructed 180° view of the Las Vegas Strip (not overlapped with any of the other towers). The Resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. The apartment was just absolutely perfect it had everything we could possibly need.Cummunication was great between the the agency and the response was always very quick and helpful. If I was to go back to Vegas in the future I would most definitely book these again.

Great stay! Some things that could improve is refrigerator be colder, carpet needs cleaned or replaced, more towels and wash cloths. Owner was very communicable!

We were very disappointed that the unit was not available for us to check into until long after the agreed upon time. After getting up very early to catch our flight, we could not check in and shower or change clothes or even brush our teeth. The unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests, there were no fresh bed linens or towels, trash had not been removed, clumps of hair were in the shower, dirty dishes were left on the table, etc., and the unit was in need of a facelift. We were specifically told that we would be charged for any stains on the carpet, but after calling housekeeping for a cleaning, and when.we were finally able to check in, we found many stains on the carpet (took pics and documented so we would not be charged), the drapery pull was missing and the drape was off the rod on one side, there were kitchen items missing, the edges and tops of the tables were very worn, and one of the bathroom sinks did not drain well. When we brought these things to the attn of the property owner (property Mgr?) they responded in a timely manner to my email, but did not seem too interested. If we stay in the area again I would not stay in this unit. We have stayed in other units in the bldg and we were very impressed. Not so with this unit.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the unit and location. Louise and Marie was very responsive and communicative prior and throughout our stay. The location is a short walk to MGM and the strip. We will definitely be staying here again.

An impressive clean modern and well equipped apartment on the 20th floor of tower 3. Great views of night time Vegas. Great communication from owners, initially just checking everything was fine at check-in and then a follow up to ensure no issues had occurred during stay. We would definitely recommend staying here, Thanks Louis & Marie.

Do not hesitate to stay here! The view is even better in person, the location is amazing just steps away from the Strip, the bed is king size and super comfy, the apartment was spotless and the bathroom is really big and functional. Also check-in was super easy. Just a wonderful stay ! We loved every bit of the stay, and I'm sure you will too!
