Spend your days at the beach which is only a short walk away then head back home to enjoy the spectacular Del Mar Sunset around the firepit on the outdoor stone patio! Whip up something scrumptious in the chef's kitchen, shake up a cocktail or two at one of the dry bars then retire to the in-home movie theatre for a relaxing night in. Nearby Activities: Torrey Pines State Beach, Torrey Pines State Reserve, Herringbone, Little Frenchie, Blacks Beach. AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. Home Truths: - The bottom floor (with 2 bedrooms) will have AC. We provide fans for the rest of the home. - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - There is a ping pong table located in the garage. - We do not provide firewood. - Please note, we do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property. - Please be aware that there is currently an ongoing remodel of the home across the street from our property. To our knowledge working hours are between 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and may cause a noise disruption, however, we are unaware of a completion date at this time. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - The speakers in the entertainment room are disabled. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. Parking Details: Two cars can fit in the garage and two cars in the driveway. ​​​​​​​No street parking. ​​​​​​​Please note low graded vehicles may graze the driveway as it is on an angle. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed with En-suite Bedroom 2 / Two full beds with En-suite Bedroom 3 / King bed with Ensuite Bedroom 4 / Queen sleeper sofa w/ En-suite + 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our father’s 88th birthday. The property is in a fantastic location. The only complaint we have is that the property is over due for maintenance. There were handles coming off cabinets, towel bar coming off the wall, garbage enclosure didn’t shut. Beds were super comfy and the living space was large enough for many people. I would definitely stay here again

A handful of coworkers and I rented this house for a company on-site in Del Mar. The Avantstay team was terrific and really gave this rental a luxury feel. The neighborhood is pretty tightly packed and nearby houses are very close. The neighbors were friendly but that is the biggest thing I wish I knew beforehand.

We were in town for a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed this breathtaking home. Well appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated. Felt truly luxurious. The entire rental process was smooth and easy.

The property is managed by Avante Stay. Very slow to respond. Upon our arrival chairs were broken, bloody sheets on sofa bed, and responses to our questions often took more than 24 hours. The view is beautiful but it is 1 mile to the beach. There were no dressers or even a hanging rod in one bedroom so hard to unpack for a week. On a positive note, the master bedroom bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful property and easy communications with the management company. For a 6 day stay with 9 people it would be nice to have trash and recycling empty upon arrival rather than full. Hotel like with rough/cheap mismatched towels, super cheap and not enough paper towels, only a couple dish towels and tiny bottles of product, had to hunt for bath mats. Bed linens were ok but the box springs showed. Dressers and TV's appear to be missing from two bedrooms. Only in top floor master and lower entertainment room with couch pull out. House, view and location amazing. Internal appointments much lower quality and more scarce than other VRBO's at this price point. We had a great time and would stay again in a heartbeat. It just seems like owners stock their places with a bit more quality items, more warmly and generously. I can understand why a corporately managed home would be this way. No biggy really but it was noticable.

It isn’t easy to impress teenagers, but the amazing view and impressive architecture had their mouths open as soon as we walked in. Easy to walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets, an open kitchen for entertaining all made for a memorable family trip. Straight out of a VRBO commercial.
