About this house rental
Located in Isle of Palms, this attractive house for $1,504 per night is a great option for your next break. Under the Palms is a beautifully renovated island home on a quiet street with a large lot. There is a new luxurious pool and hot tub for your enjoyment (pool & spa heating is an extra fee of $120/day). It is a short walk to a pristine beach. The house is two streets over from the Isle of Palms Recreation Department, which includes a large playground, as well as basketball and tennis courts. Downtown Isle of Palms and a grocery store are a quick three minute drive. The IOP Marina is just 10 blocks away! **Pool/spa heating is an additional fee of $120/day and must be for the entirety of the stay. Please contact the host to add any of these additional options to your stay. PLEASE NOTE - This is a NON-smoking home. Smoking is NOT permitted on the property at all. - Parties are NOT allowed. - This is a pet free home. Pets are NOT permitted. - Tampering with the pool equipment other than the display to control the pool & spa is prohibited and will result in a fine of $500. Air fryer, crockpot, rice cooker, blender, large griddle, coffee maker for grounds or K-cups, burr coffee grinder, pour over coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, hand mixer and more. - 75 inch television in living room - Large sectional - Reading nook with futon and great beach reads. - Four rocking chairs on front porch - Adirondack chairs and bench on side porch - Back porch is screened in with a twin bed porch swing and a large outdoor sectional. - Charbroil grill - Stackable front-loading washer/dryer is located in the hallway. Iron and ironing board provided. BEACH & BEACH EQUIPMENT - Beach is a five minute walk - Beach towels are provided for your convenience. - Beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, tent, toys, etc.) available in the garage area but cannot be guaranteed. SUPPLIES - All bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. - Starter set of bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are provided. - Luggage racks and extra blankets are provided. We had a fabulous stay at Under the Palms. The house had everything and more that we needed including a fully equipped kitchen. We traveled with a large group of 8 adults and 5 kids 8 and under. A pack n play, baby monitor, infant tub, tons of beach items/chairs/toys were available. The pool was big and the screened in porch was a dream! We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was also very helpful. I would recommend renting a golf cart as the beach is a bit of a walk especially with kids. We rented from saltwater rides and they brought the golf cart to us. We already want to book another stay here.

We had a great time. Wonderful space to use. Some fun activities. Not quite as close to the beach as we would have liked, but still a very easy walk to get there, so not really an issue at all. It was unfortunately a little cold while we were there, and we weren’t allowed to heat the pool so that was a bit of a bummer. But overall we really loved the place and would recommend it.

Property was beautiful . House and sleeping quarters were perfect. Loved the kitchen and the fireplace. Weather prevented us from using the pool or porch but we would go back again.

A beautiful, well cared for home. The pool was essential since it was so hot the week we used it in August. The beach is not far but not close when it is in the 90s. We ended up driving to the beach and parking on the beach road. Much better. Beach entrances are just north of 31st street or 33rd street.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The downstairs ice machine and full size refrigerator were also excellent. The only negative thing I can say is that the bedroom with the bunk beds has much thinner mattresses and the adult who had to sleep in it did not find that comfortable. Also, we never found an AC vent in that room. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to anyone.

The house had more than enough room(we had 6 adults and 4 kids), great floor plan for big families. A lot of different areas to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you need. LOVE the outdoor area with pool, ping pong, dart board, bar and lounge chairs. We practically lived out there! The golf cart was also a great add on to get to the beach!!

Fabulous Family Reunion
This home provided the perfect amount of space for fun, sleeping, eating and that occasional privacy appreciated in our group of ten. Especially the screened in porch. The beautiful pool, games and outdoor kitchen area were well used. The beach accessories and the golf cart were priceless. Overall we had a beautiful family gathering after many years apart and this home was the perfect place to do it!

Perfect Beach House
We had an amazing stay at 'Under the Palms'. We were a group of three families with kids ages 10, 11 and 13. Everyone loved the house - super clean, beautifully decorated and just the right size. The outdoor area is awesome - ping pong, pool, kitchen area, bathroom and shower - everything you need for a good time. The grassy, shaded area is a bonus too for playing cornhole, etc.. Highly recommend this perfect beach house! We will be back!!

The only kitchen item we could not find was a can opener. The golf cart was well worth the additional cost. Great location and close to everything and quiet at night. The property manager, Mr. Beall, is great to deal with as he was very responsive and knowledgeable to resolve issues quickly and correctly.
The TV in the front bedroom did not work as it went blank shortly after turning it on. Additionally, the bunk bed frame needs to be secured as it is quite wobbly.

He even allowed us to ship a few Amazon purchases to the house before our arrival. The neighborhood was safe and full of lovely neighbors who we met during our stay. The houses nearby did get quiet an eye-full during our strip aerobics class, but the outdoor space was too great to pass up! The layout of the house offered plenty of space for our group of 10 women- and provided us with everything we could have fathomed needing.
I will definitely be marking this property as a place to return to!

Perfect vacation home
This house exceeded our expectations. It is immaculate and well-maintained. Nothing is worn. The kitchen is amazing. There is plenty of interior space to spread out on a rainy day. The beach is at the foot of the street. The neighborhood is quiet. We did not have to run to Target for anything. Every amenity was included. We are completely satisfied guests.

Loved the house!
We had a great time! Very well stocked kitchen with dishes, bowls, pans, etc- they thought of everything! The outdoor kitchen and restroom next to the pool was great. Lots of great beach towels too. We had such a relaxing fun time.
