About this house rental
Nestled in Orange Beach, this charming house for $540 per night is a great option for your next break. BOOK BEFORE MAY 18TH AND GET 20% OFF OF ANY SUMMER BOOKING! HURRY WHILE RESERVATIONS LAST! Turquoise Tailwinds is located within the heart of Orange Beach across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and pristine crystal white beaches. The only way to describe this home is cozy and comfortable. Stay with us and make family vacation memories. Step inside on the main level of Turquoise Tailwinds. There is lots of space with its open floor plan. Seating for everyone! The beautiful kitchen / dining area has more than enough elbow room for your group to whip up a home cooked meal or enjoy some of our local cuisine. Sit back, relax and enjoy the coastal décor in the living area with a large smart HDTV that is programmed to stream Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime with your private account. After a full day, retire to the master bedroom featuring a king bed, with a private bath, tiled shower, separate tub, and double sinks. The laundry room with washer and dryer and a half bath complete this level of the home. A few steps up to the second level are your guest bedrooms. Guest bedroom number one, which could be considered another master bedroom features a king bed and private bath. There are three additional guest bedrooms. One featuring a king bed, one with two double beds, and the last guest bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. All have a private bath for guest convenience. A beach wagon has been purchased to assist the guest in going to the beach and will be located in the outside building. If you would like to use the wagon, please let us know. Also, there will be beach towels provided. They will be placed in a basket by the front door. However, if one is missing upon the departure of the guest, there will be a $25.00 charge. Also for the small guests, the home does provide both a high chair and a pack n play. There are additional features of this home that are sure to please. Watch the children play in the fenced in backyard while cooking the catch of the day on the outside gas grill. There is access to bicycles for all ages, stored right behind the home. There is also a beach wagon for the convenient walk to the beach. Ride or walk through and explore the State Park. Use the footbridge that is connected to this community. It will take you on an adventure through the Rosemary Dunes Trail with its natural setting. You may just see some local wildlife. Complete the day with a dip in the community pool just steps away from the entry of the home. Turquoise Tailwinds will exceed your vacation needs. You’ll find so many different restaurants, shopping from boutique to souvenir shops, of course the Tanger Outlet Mall that has all your favorites. Multiple golf courses, sunset cruises, OWA, The Track, and many other experiences unique to our area. You can’t do it all in just one trip to Turquoise Tailwinds. See you soon. *** There is a ring camera located at the front door. ***Minimum age of 25 years of age to reserve and must be present during full stay*** * No Pets * Registration form must be completed before confirmation of reservation. * This is a non-smoking property * Please note that there is a 3 car maximum, and no trailers, boats or RVs are permitted. *Orange Beach is constantly growing. There is a neighboring community that is currently being developed, construction noise could be possible. * There are security cameras located outside at both entrances of the home. * Turquoise Tailwinds is located in a quiet, family friendly area in Orange Beach, Alabama. The entire city of Orange Beach has a firm noise ordinance after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. The Orange Beach police do patrol the area and we have full time neighbors that will notify the rental management company of any major disturbances. We want you to enjoy your vacation but also ask that you be respectful of other neighbors.

This home is beautiful and was exactly as portrayed on the website. We had 7 adults and this property fit our needs perfectly. It was wonderful having our entire adult family together for a sibling vacation with everything we needed at our fingertips.
We had one minor issue with the icemaker not producing, but one text and a tech was there the next morning. You might want to buy a bag of ice because this refrigerator/freezer model only makes eight ice cubes every two hours.
Our temporary home was clean, beautiful, had all the amenities needed, and was comfortable. Thank you so much for providing a ‘home away from home’ so that we could spend quality time together. We would book this again. It was fantastic!

Great home! Finally one with sofas that were clean and not stained! Very well equipped and the set up was perfect for our family. Grand daughters enjoyed fenced in back area for sand play. Lots of beach equipment and bicycles in great condition! Did I forget to mention--lots of beach towels! The side porch stayed shaded and was a favorite gathering area! This is our 5th time staying in this area and could not be a better family friendly location. Just wish we could have used the larger pool at neighboring community.

The property is a great property with the need for space for 12+ people mixed with children. Location has brought us to this neighborhood multiple times. You have privacy mixed with easy beach access. Amenities were great with some extras you don’t often get with bike access and an enclosed yard. We easily parked two vehicles and our golf cart rental. Private beach access is great and the private pool is a great pool. All you need to enjoy and relax. We highly recommend Turquoise Tailwind.

We loved staying at Turquoise Tailwinds. The house is beautiful and clean. It was an easy walk to the beach and is also surrounded by miles of well kept walking trails. We would definitely return.

The Good and the Not So Good...
Nicely decorated, not as clean as you might want. Walls could use some touch ups and cloth furniture is worn and stained in places. Dusty baseboards. Outdoor cushions in rough shape/stained, not a good first impression coming in. No access to storage area as promised. It's a hike to the beach, about .7 miles across a busy highway, but the traffic lights provide safe, easy access. One pool for several houses, sometimes packed! Beds not as comfy as some, gross stuff on one of the bedroom walls. I spoke with mgt afterward and they were slightly apologetic and asked why we didn't call earlier. You don't want to call for every little thing and it took time to discover it all. Not overall our best vaca experience, but it is a lovely home and if the housekeeping issues are addressed, it will be a nice property again. Oh, they are serious about limited parking! Three cars max will fit at the property, but it's close to the pool, and you can park there.

The agency was great to work with and there was always a way to contact someone. The home was amazing with plenty of room in a quite neighborhood and the pool was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

We had a great week, the house was perfect and even though our ending was not ideal from the rare hail storm, the professionalism that was shown and given to us was nothing short of amazing. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking!

Our group of 12 had a great time at this home. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Den and kitchen area was a little small but comfortable. Bikes were a nice plus. Walk to the beach was not bad at all. All in all a great experience.

Gorgeous Home
This is a stunning home that is decorated beautifully—warm and welcoming! Our 3 generation family stayed this past week and absolutely loved it! The bikes that are provided were so much fun to ride all through all the Gulf State Park trails, with a neighborhood entrance 1/2 block away from the house. It’s a short walk to the beach with the deeded access with a crosswalk across the highway. The house had far more than expected in terms of features, including a pack’n’play, beach chairs, sand toys, a game closet, and a sand backyard which was really fun for the kids. We’d love to come back to stay again!
