Oasis 403 formerly known as Phoenix West II 403 This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door and avoid the elevators!!! Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 55'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach. The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two queens with a bunk loft. Also, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room providing sleeping accommodations for 14. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season. MUST be 25 to book

Booked this resort for the indoor heated pool since we had 5 grandchildren with us they love to swim in pools but water was so cold due to pool heater not working was so cold they could not stay in it long. So we tried to due the hot tubs . They only worked one day rest of the time the jets would not work in any of them one had cold water will never stay at this resort again in the winter

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at PW2 several times and will pay more to stay on a lower level for 2 reasons. To avoid driving round & round the the parking garage and walkable if the elevators are slow. We were unaware that the 1st 4-5 levels of the garage were closed for repair more than half the week, therefore anyone staying on a lower level had to park on the upper part of the garage. Plus paying $45 additional for parking was a new thing, ugh! The beach service has gotten rid of the former chairs so they do not lie flat an and no more cushions. The condo itself was nicely decorated, location was great, no maintenance issues and the view was amazing! The bunk room is a great use of space with the added beds!

I was disappointed there was an additional parking charge of $45 per car. When you are spending over $4k for 6 nights, you would think parking would be included (in fact, this is the first time I've ever had a parking fee when renting a condo). The unit itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (dishes, utensils, etc.) We could not get cell service inside the condo, and we could not connect to our streaming services through the WiFi. The condo amenities were great - nice pool, lazy river and splash pad for the kids.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful. The only issues we had were the cleaning upon arrival was not great(not vacuumed and vacuum canister full, showers not clean, food on the couch), but this is on the cleaning company, not the renters. I would love to see some plastic cups/plates/bowls for kids to use! Thanks for another great vacation in Orange Beach!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the unit was very nice, with some good amenities and a nice view. Our only issues were things that management really couldn't do much about. In our opinion, the master bed was way too soft, making it hard to get up out of it, and we had no cell signal in most of the unit. We didn't notice from the pictures that the master bedroom is not directly on the balcony. The air conditioner worked flawlessly, the kitchen was well stocked, and the master shower was terrific.

T? - never got living room on. So many remotes and no instructions. Thankfully 4th floor - elevators are a hot mess and with entire families trying to get supplies to beach . Beach has too many rental chairs set up that are not in use not allowing space comfortably for guest. New to area and not sure would travel to this location again but condo unit was great!

Condo was perfect! Beds wonderfully comfortable. We did have some technical problems with DISH Satellite but provider quick to respond and take care of checking and fixing. Satellite reception better but still problems property - wide. Overall disappointed with property amenities. Lazy River had yellow/green hue on walls and several tubes should’ve been trashed due to fading and dirty “buildup” very evident and prevalent. Indoor pool temperature needed to be few degrees warmer ESPECIALLY since Indoor Heated Pool Advertised - 1) Unable to have my elderly parents swim because too cool; and 2) Masses of kids overtook and occupied ALL 4 hot tubs because trying to warm up before even getting in pool. So, more kids in Hot Tubs than in indoor pool (there’s something definitely wrong with that!). In general, disappointed with cleanliness of property common/public areas.

Beautiful condo but......

The condo and the overall facility are great. I had two primary issue. First, the elevators. They simply cannot handle the amount of people staying here. 20 and 30 minute waits were not uncommon. Second, be wary of the time of year you go. We'll never go again while school is out. The lazy river was more like a kid's playground and rules definitely weren't enforced.

Most things were clean though out. Decor was pleasant and tasteful. View was amazing. Amenities were clean and entertaining. Some issues are crumbs under cushions when making out bed, internet was sporadic and glider on balcony is in need of repair. Overall our experience was amazing and will recommend to friends and looking forward to staying again.
