My family stayed at the house the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect location for a beach get away, just a few minutes walk to the beach.
The house is big and comfortable, with the extra bathroom, which was a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a full thanksgiving meal.
The host was very responsive with any questions that came up. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was great and big. The only complaint we have is that the 2 days out of our 7 day stay there was a roofer working on the roof all day and it was very loud. We were there on vacation so we would’ve liked it if the roofer was schedule at a time where guests weren’t staying.

Terry was very responsible and helped with all the questions and our needs. The house is fabulous and has everything you need. Close to all the fun and of course the beach is amazing! Great for family with kids.

Perfect place for a vacation. Amenities were plenty and location was perfect. Close enough to all sites of interest but quiet enough where it felt private and home-y. Few minutes walk from multiple beach entrances. Would love to return!

We had a great time during our stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. There weren’t any beach chairs, but we bought one at Publix and left it for the next visitors. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor porch in the evenings. We found the closest beach access, but was still a little far for us to walk-we didn’t have too many issues with finding a parking spot at the beach access parking closest to the condo. We enjoyed our stay. The place was just the right size for our family of four. Would like to return someday!

The kitchen and dining area were nice. Spent lots of time on the deck. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The rugs in the dining and living room were dirty and need a good shampooing. The living room is very dark even with over head lighting. Could use some table lamps. Storage space is sparse in bedrooms. Closet only in one room is filled so very hard to use. We basically lived out of suitcases for 2 weeks. Shelving could be added in bedrooms for additional space. The start tab for washer is broken so we had to use a pencil eraser to start washer. Could not get any network stations on TV. Probably never would have rented this for the amount of money we spent if we would have seen it in person. Unfortunately we live in Pa so we did not have the opportunity to visit. We trusted pictures and reviews.

Perfect accommodation. A very well equipped home with everything we needed. It felt just like home.
Perfect hosts. Communication prior to and throughout our stay was better than any we have received before.

Communication from the owner Terry was fantastic all throughout the process. Very responsive! We had a couple minor things to address upon arrival and he took care of them right away. He kept asking if there was anything we needed. The unit itself is quiet, clean and nicely updated, with just a 7-minute walk to a FANTASTIC beach! It sleeps four comfortably. Anybody else would have to sleep on the sectional sofa or the cot provided (there were just two of us). There is no closet in the primary bedroom. The unit has 1.5 baths (2 sinks, 2 toilets, 1 shower (no tub)). The outside lounge area upstairs is great to have morning coffee or just chill after the beach. Beach chairs (6) and towels were provided. The beach wagon is rusty and old, with plastic tires that don't swivel and are cracked, so you'll get a workout dragging it on the sand. An umbrella is not provided, so we bought a cheap one from Walmart and left it there.

We had a wonderful stay here!
Be aware that although it says it sleeps 6 - AND explains the sleeping situation in the listing, we were assuming the couch was a pullout because it said it was a bed. It is not. It is a leather couch. A couch is not a bed. We chose to use that instead of the cot that is in the closet because it was just easier. It really was our only issue. I would definitely stay here again - only with 4 people, not 5. Terry provided lots of information of all the great places to eat, visit, companies to rent from - all the things! Beach towels and chairs - great.

We had a great stay. Convenient location within walking distance to the beach and the trolley pickup is right around the corner to drop you off at the local restaurants. We loved the decor and the rental was very clean. Front porch is super cute. One and a half bath, with only one shower, but we made it work. Overall an excellent choice.

Beautiful family getaway
We had an amazing vacation. This was our 6 annual family Summer vacation. The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and comfortable. Loved the seating area on upper level porch and bonus seating area in the car port. Really liked the storage closet on lower level. We had plenty of room to store our kayak and everything we needed for the beach. Was also a lot of extra beach supplies in the storage unit. Terry was extremely attentive (forgot the door code was texted to me the day before, Terry returned my call within 5 minutes to remind me lol) 5 stars! Thanks again!

Not as good as the last place.
The home is beautiful on the inside, and it accommodated the six in our party. But communication with the owner is less than impressive. I sent an email early on asking about blankets for our two teens that slept on the couch and the cot. We had looked everywhere for extras and we could only find sheets, but we made it work. I tried texting and calling about the same thing with no answer or a response to the messages I left. Check out is at 10 and the cleaning crew was there at 9:15 waiting outside. The kids were oblivious to it, but it made the adults feel rushed. Overall it’s a nice place, but the communication sucks.

I only gave three stars for Accuracy of online listing because property was listed as two full baths which it was not as only one bathroom had a shower. Property was nicely updated however it could use some TLC in patio area. Also the dryer did not dry the clothes. Other than that everything was good and it was a very enjoyable vacation.

My sister and I and brother and his girlfriend stayed here. The bathroom was a little disappointing as we had to share the shower, so no privacy there..but we worked it out. A little disappointed that we were not minutes from the beach...I kind of thought it was walking distance to the beach...We did have trouble finding how to turn the lights on over the table, never did figure that out...
