Located in Guntersville Lake, this attractive house for $408 per night is a great choice for your next trip. • 3 Bedrooms (2 queen bed one full with twin bunk on top) •2 Full Bathrooms • Cable/Smart TV in all bedrooms and Living Room. • Wifi • Private back yard with pool, deck, patio with stone fireplace and sand pit • BASS FISHING PARADISE!!! • Multiple driveways which will fit many cars/trucks and boats...how many depends on the size of vehicle and boat. Have had 4 large trucks and 4 boats at one time. • Centrally located. 6 Boat ramps in all directions within 1 mile. 3 grocery stores within one mile in multiple directions. 3.4 miles to the nearest Wal-Mart. Living room, kitchen, dining room, and outside areas are shared spaces with others staying on the property. Everything pictured and more! Welcome to "DAY AT THE LAKE" in Guntersville AL. A Bass fishing paradise! This wonderful home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. It is just minutes from the lake, grocery shopping, antique shopping and dining. There are 6 boat launches within one mile or less of the home. The coolest feature about this home is the back yard which has a pool, sand box for the little ones, stone fire place, and a grill. It has a view of the lake. It sleeps eight. The home has 3 bedrooms 2 with queen beds and one with a twin over full bunk bed. The home is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in beautiful Guntersville, AL which is surrounded by a 69,000 acre man made lake. The home itself has a great back yard perfect for grilling, chillin, and spending time relaxing. There are three bedrooms, two bathroom, all on a single level 1600 square feet house which is remotely located within walking distance to the shores of Lake Guntersville. This home has been freshly painted and prepped with upscale linens. Living area is an open concept to comfortably spend time relaxing and dining. A fully furnished multi-level deck overlooks the pool and seating around a stone fire place. It's a perfect choice for young, old, young at heart. Guests access the property via two private concrete driveways, allowing for easy entrance and exit with ample parking. As for accessibility into the house, guests will be given a code to enter through the front door via keyless entry. Just remember when you walk out the door not to lock the bottom lock from the inside or you will be locked out of the house. Starter supplies are provided. Got a boat? No problem, electricity is located by both driveways. In the front there is an electrical outlet on the porch for the upper drive-way and just inside the gate for the lower drive-way. The home is within a mile of 3 grocery stores. Guntersville is just a short drive to many attractions. This property was absolutely amazing! The house was comfy and inviting and the back patio area was set up nicely. Carrie was a fabulous host and helpful whenever we needed her. We will 100% be back!

We had the best time! The house was beautiful and the backyard set up was AMAZING!! Our daughters were entertained everyday with the sandbox and pool. My husband made a fire a few nights and we relaxed so easily at the fire area. Its so close to the Lake which was perfect!
The owner was great! My husband left his JBL speaker and she was nice enough to get it sent back in the mail for us!!

The house is super cute, clean, and the outside area and great to relax in or around the pool.
Carrie was so nice, communicated with us and responded so quickly on vrbo app ahead of time as well via text during our stay. She helped us decide where to go for dinner one night, gave us ideas of things to do etc. We would definately stay there again with no hesitation!

The house was exactly as described and the property was extremely kid-friendly and perfect for making memories with our family and friends. The property has everything you need for a weekend away. The best part of the entire experience was by far our host, Carrie and her hospitality, communication, and willingness to make our stay perfect.

Most perfect place to stay. Very cleaned, beautifull ,pool was great. My grandson love the sandbox and the ,perfect location for eating ,jus riding around looking at lake. We absolutely love it hear and most definitely booked it again.

We loved our getaway here with multigenerational family. Everyone had a great time, the backyard retreat is amazing, pictures don't do it justice. So much room to spread out, enjoy the pool, cabana, grill out, play in the sandbox beach, etc. We had plenty of room inside as well, the bedrooms are all nice sized. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at the house. Close to grocery, parks and, of course, the lake! Communication with the host was fantastic, Carrie is very responsive and helpful.

The property was just as described. We had 3 of our grandbabies plus my folks. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The property owner answered any questions when asked. I could go on how lovely, peaceful, enjoyable etc. but I won't. Not enough space. The best thing to say is book your stay there. You won't be sorry.

This property is just as described in the listing! We came with our friends and family and throughly enjoyed the outdoor living space! Our weather wasn’t as cooperative but we made the best of it! From beginning to end this was an absolutely amazing experience. We celebrated my mother's 65th birthday and the owner surprised us with a gorgeous and delicious chocolate strawberry cake. Carrie (The Owner) always responded quickly to messages amd went over and beyond to accommodate us. We would definitely love to stay here again when it's warmer outside. We did take advantage of the cozy outdoor fireplace.
