The home had a perfect lake view, like from almost every room in the house, which we loved! Plenty of space for our group…new & clean which I love! Great location to many areas we wanted to visit.

The listing does not do this place justice. The scenery is a dream. The house is perfect. There are kayaks, stand up paddle, and other water “toys” available. And call of the comforts of home you’d want. Matt is extremely responsive. Cute places nearby.

We have been staying on the lake for 6 summers. This is our 2nd time at Matt’s house and we are returning next summer. It’s a great location, beautiful house and property. Perfect place for my family to spend time together.

Amazing location for a getaway. The house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Matt’s house was well stocked, spacious, and had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 2 small kids. We loved evening dinners on the porch, and you can’t beat the views from Westerly! Beautiful property with access to small beach, paddle board, kayaks, etc. Matt was a great host and very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Hope to go back in the future!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Even with a little rain we had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities. We would only suggest shades or awnings to block the sun from 3-till sunset. It would make the place complete and save on a/c cost’s other than that worth the price!

We visited this home for a long weekend with 5 couples. Highly recommend this property. The house is new and extremely clean. Matt, the owner, is super nice and was easy to communicate with for questions, etc. The location is convenient to many wineries and restaurants on both Keuka and Seneca lake. Lovely back porch area is perfect to enjoy the view of the lake which is just steps away. One of the nicest homes we’ve rented over the years in the Fingerlakes region!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house is new, clean, and situated right on Lake Keuka. Views of the lake were spectacular and the hosts were very accommodating. We were able to visit a few of the waterfalls and parks during our stay and would highly recommend this spot!

This place is gorgeous. Literally steps from the lake. Very modern and new. Really beautiful. Would love to stay again! Conveniently located near a lot of great wineries and about 10 minutes into town.

The pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s beyond beautiful. The house is new with simple modern farmhouse furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well-stocked with tools and high-end appliances and everything in the house was hooked up to Alexa. Our party consisted of seven adult women and we all loved the house, the location and the incredible views that you get from every room in the house. The driveway is quite steep and might be an issue in the winter but we loved this house and plan to come again next year.

This property was by far the nicest rental I have EVER stayed in. We rented for my daughters wedding and it was nothing short of perfection. From the cleanliness to the breathtaking view of being just steps away from the water. The open concept allowed my daughter and all her bridesmaids to get ready together. We cannot say enough about this rental. We will for sure be returning next summer!

Beyond a 5-Star Experience. Matt's place is brand new and incredible in every sense of the word - location, amenities, cleanliness, you name it. Matt was very prompt and proactive in his communication and the entire process was simple, including all of the smart aspects of the home - like forgetting to turn off the lights when you're already in bed - just ask Alexa. She'll even pour you a glass of water. The expansive deck was perfect for an evening cocktail with friends and watching the sunset over the notorious Finger Lakes hills. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and hope to be back again next year!

Westerly is a lake-lovers dream. It’s a beautiful home on an amazing property. Our group loved the indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is great for cooking and the provided lake activities (sailboat, windsurfer, paddle board, paddle boat and more) were an added bonus. Matt was so gracious, helpful and easy to work with. We can’t wait to return!
