Situated in Keuka Lake, this attractive cottage for $1,702 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy Keuka Lake on a 149 foot natural shale private beach, large dock for fishing or lakeside entertaining, sleeps up to 18 and has plenty of parking. Keuka Kara has been on the banks of Keuka Lake for 157 years. She is like no other cottage. This bright, fully renovated home sits directly on the beach, and features plenty of 7 bedrooms, 6 baths, and a gorgeous view of Keuka Lake. The main entryway leads into a 3,700 square foot open floor plan. On the main floor are the fully furnished kitchen, the bright and spacious living room, and 2 master bedrooms each connected to a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies to capture the serenity of Keuka Lake. Upstairs, additional sleeping space is available in 4 bedrooms: one with 2 double beds, one with 2 sets of bunk beds ( perfect for youngsters), and 2 master suites (one king and one queen). The two master suite bedrooms have access to the massive deck with gorgeous views of the lake. We provide linens and towels. On the road level there is a great room with a modern fully stocked kitchen, dining area overlooking the lake and sitting area by large screen TV. Outside, 4 decks await, offering a beautiful view of Keuka Lake, as well as two large grills and a variety of Adirondack, and dining seating. The property sits directly on a 149 foot stretch of private beach, complete with 2 fire pits, ( one wood and one propane) and a permanent dock with additional bench seating. Keuka Kara has cable TV, WiFi, and is conveniently located a short drive from everything Keuka Lake has to offer.

This house was perfect for our getaway bachelorette party for my best friend and 10 other girls. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the common area was also large enough for us to spend most of our time there eating, drinking, playing games, and just spending time together (when we were not out tasting all of the wine, of course!). There was a glitch in the VRBO site stating that the property check out time was noon in two places but then on the day of check out, I saw there was another place that said 10:00 a.m. Sue was very understanding and allowed us to stay until noon, and any other questions I had during my stay were responded to within minutes. 10/10 - Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful property with all of the perks! Our bride and groom were highly satisfied. The water was a huge hit ! Great for fishing, kayaking etc. The view was unbeatable. Everything was readily available in the home! Thanks for a great stay!!!

We loved the house! It had everything we needed and then some. The rooms were open and allowed for our group of 12 to relax, dine or just hangout on one of the many decks. The decor was pleasantly not cluttered. The house is located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan; lots of wineries near by. We had a great dinner at the Mansion and lunch at the Weiney. Do t miss Watkins Glen.

Keuka Kara is the perfect house for large groups! The most spectacular view of Keuka Lake from a lovely large great room! The kitchen has everything you could possibly want or need for entertaining. The bedding was top notch and comfortable! Sue provided items that are not usually provided in many rentals, such as soaps, toiletries, linens and many pantry products for cooking and storage. My group has been coming to the Finger Lakes for many years and I have to say that this property is the perfect property for us! The location is fantastic, the rooms are large and furnished tastefully, individual heating and cooling in each bedroom, and loads of other amenities. I do however agree with what a previous reviewer mentioned in their review, that the lack of a dresser or closet or anything to hang clothes on in two of the bedrooms was very inconvenient. Also, a mirror was missing in one of the bathrooms and not replaced. Any questions we had were responded to promptly. All in all, we had a great three day stay with the exception of Mother Nature was not in the mood for sunshine! We will definitely rent this wonderful property again and hope for great weather next year to go along with this great house! Thank you Sue.

Our extended family of 12 enjoyed a relaxing week on Keuka Lake. The house was right on the lake, and we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boating, as well as the fire pit and corn hole. There are numerous wineries to visit nearby, as well as excellent ice cream. The house was fairly well stocked and came with some unexpected amenities such as trash bags and laundry detergent. Our only complaints were that the kitchen could use a large cutting board and some bedrooms had neither a dresser nor a closet, so we lived out of a suitcase for the week. Overall a great stay!

This was a great property that met all of our needs! It was large enough for each family to have their own space but also very welcoming to come together in the common areas. Our friend group had a fabulous weekend at Keuka Kara. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of pillows and blankets to keep everyone cozy. The different levels of the house provided separate space for everyone when needed. We did run into an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was not working the weekend we went. We loved our time!

Keuka Kara was perfect for our group of 5 couples. We enjoyed having a bedroom and bathroom for each couple (with a few to spare!) The decor was the perfect mix of modern lake house. I want to renovate my own kitchen to match! The kitchen, dining and gathering space was great for sharing meals, playing games and the lake views were perfect. We enjoyed the local breweries, wine tasting and shops and restaurants In Hammondsport. Sue was very responsive when we had an issue with the heat and promptly helped us address the situation. It was a much needed weekend away and fun birthday celebration.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the property had been recently renovated. The place was Gorgeous! More than enough room for everyone (10 adults and 2 kids) to be very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and grill for the whole family. Private beach area and dock on the lake. Plenty of Adirondack chairs to lounge in while enjoying the views. We had a fantastic time! Don’t hesitate, book this place now!!

We have been doing family vacations for the last 10 years or so at Keuka lake and this rental was the best fit for our family yet! All the adults had their own rooms and the kids loved sleeping with their cousins in the kids room. The cottage had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to the kayaks and paddle boat. Would highly recommend this cottage.

This was such a nice place to stay. The view was fantastic and there was more than enough room in the house, we comfortably had 10 adults. The outdoor area was amazing with things for the water as well as a large fire pit. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the home. From the moment of our arrival to our last minute at the place, everything we needed was there at the house, we were treated like royalty. The view is another level. I would definitely recommend the place without hesitation.

My fiancé and I came here for the wine and to fish. This property was perfect for us! We had the lovely view of the lake, and it allowed us to go fishing very easily. It’s in a great location that is close to the wineries. Would definitely stay again!
