OCEAN TERRACE Our townhouse is one of seven in a QUIET, single building property in what many locals call the best area of Myrtle Beach. 76th Avenue ends at the Atlantic just beyond our building. The sand is wide and inviting for your perfect beach vacation. All luxuries and necessities are walking distance or a very short drive away. You will enjoy not having to wait on an elevator and having dedicated parking spaces. The parking space directly in front of the door is really handy for loading and unloading. No circling a parking deck or parking lot waiting on a space! Guests choose Ocean Terrace because of the spacious, well-built quality of the unit and its location in the most sought-after section of Myrtle beach. Upstairs bedrooms with split floorplan for privacy. Master bedroom has a new king bed and the second bedroom hosts a new queen bed. Both have pillow-top mattresses. Sleeper sofa on the first floor. The master bedroom also has a nice chair that folds out to become a single bed which is really nice for a child. A large and private back deck can host your morning coffee, afternoon sunning session, dinner at dusk, or a moonlight evening . The unit offers a large, full kitchen with dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer on the second floor. BEACH Regularly listed among the world's top beaches, ours is ideal for sunning, swimming, surfing, fishing, exercising, watching dolphins, turtles (if you're really lucky), sea birds, boats, sunrises, sunsets, and people. RESTAURANTS Many of the region's best local and popular chain restaurants are within six blocks. Many others are a couple of minutes or less by car. A health food store, local and national chain coffee and ice cream shops are all a short walking distance away, ENTERTAINMENT 5 minutes or about a mile to The Dunes! Other nearby entertainment features the Comedy Cabana, Pirates Voyage, Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Riddles Escape Room, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Helicopter Rides, Water Parks, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, numerous miniature golf courses, all of which can be found within a ten minute drive. Also, it almost goes without saying that Myrtle Beach is "The Golf Capital of the World." Honestly, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach the neighborhood is great quiet the beach is right there in walking distance. The house itself is gorgeous a little tight for storage space but other than that that were comfortable the rooms were large the back deck is really nice and I like that had that high walls ..Just was incredible .. would love to stay again

Everything was great! A short walk to the beach ⛱️. Everything that you need for the beach is there. It's more than enough room for everyone. I will definitely be making it one of my top staying places in Myrtle Beach.

This property was perfect! It was so clean & super close to the beach! Any questions I had Betty was very quick to answer & even offer advise about where to eat/what to do in the area. They provided a great selection of beach toys, chairs & umbrellas. Also the beds were SOO comfy!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5. It was a short walk to the beach and the roll away bed was perfect for our youngest so we didn’t have to utilize the sleeper sofa. It was our 1st trip to Myrtle Beach and we really enjoyed it. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! The owner of the condo was accessible should we have needed anything at all and went above and beyond any vrbo host that we’ve ever had in the past!
Just a note…The life guards don’t allow canopies on the beach before Labor Day, all umbrellas in a line and no tubes in the ocean, just a heads up bc we had no idea.

The property has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach. Short walk to the beach, all kinds of attractions within a 5 min drive, the house is filled with everything you need. The owner Betty is wonderful, so helpful. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation. Thank you Betty for an amazing vacation!

We had a great time staying at the townhouse.it was perfect for our family of four. The location was really good. It was nearby everything, but wasn’t as crowded as the south was. We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience and it was a short 15 minute drive to the park. I would definitely stay here again if we comeback to Myrtle Beach, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Betty was great as a host. Her communication through our stay was second to none.

Betty was so wonderful to work with and easy to contact if needed. The townhouse was lovely, homey and beachy, exactly what we wanted. Close to the beach, quiet, and still in walking distance to good food. Great back patio with a grill for home cooked meals. Love it. We will be back again!

Well stocked townhouse - comfortable bed - nice bathrooms good restaurants close by. As a former inn owner on Cape Cod I would suggest that you eliminate a lot of the beach decorations. They really are dust collectors and leave no room for people's belongings. I was uncomfortable with the padlock on the fence in the patio area - It would not be a good escape from a kitchen fire. Just a thought.. We enjoyed ourselves even though the weather was a liitle cool. A good stay all in all.

This property was a wonderful place to take a break from the northern winter. It was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with essentials, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and we had excellent communication with the owners. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Betty is a gem. The beds are super comfortable and the house is nicely and tastefully decorated . I would not hesitate for a moment when looking for a place to stay at Myrtle. In fact… we have already booked for next winter!

We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped especially since it was Thanksgiving! The property was very clean, super cute “beachy” theme, short and I do mean short distance to the beach. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

My experience with ms.Taylor’s home was amazing! It was extremely clean and also the beach was in walking distance. I 100% recommend ms.Taylor to rent for a vacation. I will be renting with ms.Taylor again.

As we mentioned in the guest book, there are places that seem solid but then comes the letdown. Not here, not by any means!
As a belated 45th anniversary present to each other, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the location, cleanliness, layout, and overall quality of Betty's property. We will seriously be considering making this an annual trek!

Our stay was absolutely amazing even being stuck in from Hurricane Ian. Betty was such a wonderful host. She communicated with us frequently to make sure we were safe and even offered to change our booking dates due to the storm. The townhouse was clean, homey and had more amenities than expected. The location is a perfect walk to and from the beach and we even had beach chairs and an umbrella in our townhouse! We will definitely be staying many more times.

This was my wife and I’s first time in myrtle beach and also our honeymoon. First off, Betty was able to get us in early as our plane ride was quicker than anticipated. It’s a beautiful townhouse RIGHT off the beach and even had beach towels and chairs to bring with us. It’s the perfect spot, surrounded by great places to eat (Angelo’s steak house was amazing) lots of bars with entertainment we caught a live band at the pine lakes tavern which also has a great back patio. There’s so much to enjoy with very little travel. The townhouse was clean and everyone was incredibly friendly, we are from Boston so we are not generally used to that but it was refreshing. Also very close to the airport which was nice after a car ride, a bus ride, a 2 hour plane trip it was nice to get settled in quickly. I would recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy themselves without dealing with tons of loud strange people at a hotel, honestly I think the townhouse was even cheaper. We liked it so much we are discussing the possibility of moving there. Do yourself a favor and grab this gem if it’s available. Thanks again Betty! 😃

The townhouse was exactly as described and much more. Such a welcoming beautiful home, a quick 2 min walk to the beach. Quite neighborhood. The added extra touches were fantastic(towels, beach chairs, beach toys) so much more. The owner was sweet the whole time! Have already recommended her and this house to family members! Made our first trip to Myrtle Beach that much better! Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Perfect! Highly recommend.

My husband and I haven't had a vacation in many years! We are glad we chose the Taylor's townhouse when we finally decided to take one to myrtle beach. The residence is clean, stocked with all necessary beach accessories, and everything else you will find in your own home to make your stay comfortable. The owner is on top of her game. She is constantly communicating with the guests. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Forgot to mention the beach is literally walking distance from the townhouse.

Excellent experience the host Jim and Betty were very Committed to making sure our stay was the best stay it could be. Location was awesome it was literally less than a minute walk to the beautiful beach of Myrtle Beach and conveniently located to many restaurant’s and store’s. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This property is just amazing. It doesn’t sit on the beach, but a very comfortable walk to the water. The property itself was so clean and fit our family perfectly. The owners were very open with communication on checking in, checking out, and genuinely cared about our stay. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, towels, and umbrellas for the water. I will be returning to this property in the future without a doubt.

Great Place and Easy Walk to the Beach
This property was exactly as described, and perfect for our trip. It is just a couple of blocks to walk to the beach, and minutes to get to anything else you want to do on "the strip".
The owners were extremely responsive to any messages we sent. The condo is also stocked with everything you might need that is not a personal item.
This will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Myrtle Beach.

Excellent Myrtle Beach property for families
Betty was proactive in communicating with me well in advance prior to our stay, and extremely responsive while we were there. All amenities advertised was completely accurate, and very much appreciated! While we did bring our own beach gear, we really didn't need to given the items that were provided by Betty and Jim :). The location was absolutely ideal for walking and bicycling around the vicinity! This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at and would not hesitate to stay here again - thanks, Betty and Jim!

Just a short drive to several other restaurants, Cross ocean Blvd and 76th Ave and there is Food Lion right there which is extremely convenient or take a ight on Ocean Blvd little shortcut turn left and cross over Hwy17 Starbucks. Publix and some very neat restaurants awaits .{Micky D;s for the kid in all of us as well} . Betty and her husband have thought of everything, No need for overpacking , I will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent Townhouse Spring break 2022
We had 3 sets of family coming together in Myrtle Beach for Spring break in March. Those from Miami were in a timeshare close by and we were so blessed to find this very nicely decorated, clean and very well stocked place. It is roomy and comfortable for 6 people. The location is great, quiet & very close to the beach. Also great to have the parking right outside the door. Our host Ms. Betty was wonderful and welcoming. She kept us up to date with all the instructions and allowed us to even check in earlier as it was available. We hope to return in the future and we will definitely recommend this townhouse to our friends & family. Thank you for being such wonderful host, Ms. Betty. You are a keeper in our contact list!!

Close to the fun
It was great from start to finish. Betty was great. Had plenty of contact with us. Home was very inviting. It was definitely as advertised. Very convenient for all we wanted to do and the beach was a few minutes away. If we ever come back would definitely love to stay here again

We have rented many places prior to the pandemic and being from Tampa Florida our expectations were high. First the location is within walking distance to the beach.the decorations were spot on for a beach getaway..room enough for a family of 4. the TVs in each room and you could easily open the sliding door that leads to a spacious BBQ/patio area that has a separate entrance so when you come from the beach you can rinse your feet and dry out! the communication with owner was instantly and her recommendations about breakfast was good. if you like classic cars they host a yearly event with over 3500 cars and vendors. it was less than 15 minutes away, so might be coming back.beach chairs,freesbe and everything you need to have a fantastic day.did I mention that is fully equipped with pots and pans,and utensils and a pantry with sufficient food.
