Situated in Grand Haven, this charming condo for $413 per night is a great choice for your next break. This beautiful third-floor condo has 2 bedrooms plus a spacious loft that serves as an additional sleeping area and 3 full baths in the Grand Landing Association. It is conveniently located close to US 31 and within walking distance to the downtown. INSIDE THE HOME You will love this beautiful, well-appointed condo with balcony access from the living room, master bedroom, and loft area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has an open floor plan with a living room and dining area. A master bedroom is down the hallway to the left and has a King bed and en suite master bath with a tub/shower combination. Down the hallway to the right is a guest bedroom with a set of twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious loft area with an additional full bath with a stand-up shower. Plenty of sleeping space with a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds. OUTSIDE Enjoy an evening taking in a sunset on the private balcony or a nice walk downtown for dinner. Parking: Parking is first come first serve SLEEPING This home sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. Bedroom #1: King Master Bedroom #2: 2 Twin Beds Loft Area: Queen bed w/ Twin Bunk Beds EATING The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A standard drip coffee pot is provided. The kitchen snack bar has 4 bar stools, the kitchen table will seat 4. THE LOCATION Located in the retail space below the condos are a dry cleaner, ice cream shop, and upscale restaurant. Just a few feet in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast-food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven beach! CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows: -100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. -50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. -No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment. MANAGEMENT This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more. Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate! Check-In Time: 4pm Check Out Time: 10am All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy. Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation and a full refund. Loved our stay, condo was beautiful, well stocked, clean and comfortable. We're walkers so we walked every day to the pier, into town and out for meals and coffee. The evening events in town were absolutely charming. We'll be back!

Fine Stay in Grand Landing.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Landing. We were in town for our Family reunion and as it worked out my sister from St. Louis rented a unit in the other building. I grew up in Spring Lake, so we're familiar with the area. My daughter and her family enjoyed going to the beach; my son-in-law and brother -in-law, grandson and niece went golfing. Our son enjoys hiking the dunes yearly. Our daughter's family brought their bikes and rode out to the pier, which is easy with the bike paths. My husband enjoyed sitting outside and reading. We would rent this unit again. There was an issue with the elevator call button in the lobby which took overnight to be resolved.

Very nice but the condo had a musty smell each time we entered but didn’t effect our time. Also the bath towels are thin and could be improved…. Overall a great stay!

My 3 sisters and I travelled to Grand Haven from St Louis to visit the Lake Michigan area. This condo was so cute, clean, updated, roomy and perfect! It was also a perfect location for us. Being able to walk to the downtown area was so convenient! We spent time at Grand Haven state park, saw Big Red and Holland State park, hiked at PJ Hoffmaster state park, climbed the steps at Mount Pisgah, and Rosy Mound. The area is just beautiful and weather was perfect. The condo was near everything we wanted to see! We travel a lot and this condo was one of our favorites by far! It is as wonderful as the pictures shown!

Property was very clean. The candy/ice cream shop, nail salon and restaurants located directly under the property was awesome! The location was a short walk to get downtown. The beaches were a quick 5 minute drive away. Perfect for a family or a girls/guys trip!

I love this property! The location was great!! Love the room! It was super nice and loved the common areas. However we had 5 adults and the single beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. They would be okay for kids but 2 of us slept on thoes beds one of the nights and the other nights I opted for sleeping on the floor instead of the bed. Besides that I really enjoyed my stay!!

The condo was clean and spacious. Perfect for us to stay comfortably for the weekend. I celebrated my 30th birthday with family and friends and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown for shopping and eating!
