Located just 7 minutes from downtown Port Aransas. Sea La Vista’s location is hard to beat. This house is a three-story getaway, complete with everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy a carefree vacation at the beach. From the second you arrive, you’ll feel like you’re at home in the comfort, style and amenities only available at the best resorts with privacy and beach luxury at your fingertips! The first floor is designed to be the perfect area to prep for the beach or pool with plenty of space to stash your beach toys and chairs. You’ll find an outdoor shower to wash off after a sandy day with privacy from neighbors. There is also a collection of sand toys and a beach cart for our guests to use. Also on the first floor is a private bedroom and full bath with two twin trundle beds which sleeps 4, also with their own private patio which faces the beach and picnic table. Take the elevator to the second floor where it's home to three bedrooms and three full private baths with great views of the ocean including two second floor decks, one being private to the 2nd master. The second master has a king bed, private bath, and private deck with beautiful views of the lagoon. Bedroom 3 hosts a full queen bed and full private bath. Bedroom 4 is wheel chair accessible room and features a queen bed and ADA shower. Upon exiting the elevator to the 3rd floor, where you'll spend most of your time because it’s where everyone hangs out; you'll find the HUGE living room with open floor concept, kitchen and dining space. You can sit out on the expansive deck with water/beach views or watch TV in the living room and play board games. The third floor also features a well-appointed master bedroom and largest full bath complete with a jetted tub, shower, double sinks and views for miles! Other features of our home include an elevator, private bathrooms for each bedroom, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, two car attached garage, additional half bath on the 3rd floor, fully furnished, full kitchen of tools and utensils and much more. This kitchen was upgraded by a Chef with with much of the necessities you'll need and other features you appreciate. The only thing you need to bring is whatever you catch! Beach Access Rd #2 is ONE minute away and extremely convenient! You will be on the sand in 60 seconds! **Slingshot Rentals - We own a 2020 Polaris Slingshot GT Limited Edition & new 2022 Slingshot R which are NOT included in the rental rates. This is a tale of the good, bad and ugly. The house is nicely decorated, nice floor plan and is reasonably well appointed with respect to things you need to stay for a few days. The bedding is clean and the house has a view of the ocean. The elevator is a great plus for luggage, groceries, and those nights when you are too tired to do the stairs! It works well. Rounding out the good, the manager/owner is very responsive and appears to care.
The bad...the house is not very clean (think corners, baseboards, etc.). The owner indicated they paint monthly. Well, I could see where they painted (on the cupboard, by the trash can with paint that did not quite match). He told me that the grunge under the cupboard door handles, on pantry door, on the baseboards, on the vents, was 'normal wear and tear.' Well, when I took a rag and cleaner to the pantry shelves, to the kitchen cupboards, the 'wear and tear' came off.
The ugly- there was a repair man working on the dry wall...he walked through the house up to the kitchen tracking dry wall dust everywhere... ugly but not the end of the world. The beach access is a drive (this I knew) but I didn't realize how much I would miss walking out the door onto the beach. The neighborhood is showing signs of wear (sign is broken, etc.).
Overall, this was a good house for our needs but I would not stay again. And with the pretty substantial cleaning fee, one expects cleanliness and no ask for doing laundry.

The home was absolutely gorgeous with relaxing decor. Gregorio and Ari are very responsive, regardless of it I raised questions before, during, or after our stay.
I guess we need to get back there before the area is so developed that it gets too crowded to enjoy.

There was a leak in the kitchen when we got there making the sink and dishwasher unusable. It was fixed by the next day. The air conditioner on the 1st and 2nd floors did not work at all two of the four days and nights we stayed. The host made lots of excuses and did not even call to have it checked until the second day. The temperature got up to 80 degrees. 12 people had to sleep on the floor in the living area of the third floor for two nights. He didn’t offer any compensation. Finally, the rusted out unit was replaced with a new one. The air conditioning vents are black and dirty. There is a light fixture on the second floor balcony that is hanging and about to fall out with all of the wiring exposed. The house needs some repairs and the host was very difficult to deal with. We won’t stay there again.

Our co-workers enjoyed some R&R while on a week long work trip. This house had the perfect amount of bathrooms, was very clean, and Greg communicated very well. Internet connection was also very reliable for us to work while at the house.

My family and my in-laws stayed here for several days and found it to be great spot. It was a short drive to the beach, be sure to grab a beach permit as you will need it to park your car on the beach, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Port Aransas isn’t too far away, making the location of the house ideal. The neighborhood is quiet with a decent nearby pool.
We had a wheelchair user in our group and several old knees so the elevator was a godsend. The accessible room was tight but not unmanageable and the shower was great.
The only complaint we might have is the temperature on the third floor was pretty cold and we couldn’t adjust it. But there were blankets on the couches so we all stayed comfy when we watched a movie together.
All in all we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Property was immaculate and everything worked!
Finding the exact house was challenging as it is in a development within a development that all has the same street address, but the host was VERY responsive and helpful.

2) The house was very nice and comfortable for our group of 13
3) 5 bedrooms great for our group
4) We loved the kitchen family room as a gathring place.
5) The elevator was great for one of our limited mobility family members.
Some areas needing a little attention:
1) There is absolutely NO beach access by foot, the nearby boardwalks are not available for use, so if you want an early morning stroll on the beach, you must dtive.
2) The house could use more beach towels. We found 7 for our group of 13.
3) The hot tub would not heat. We got it up to 103 but only for a coupke of hours - 85-90 most of the time - Greg telks me they have ordered a cover for it.
All in all a nice, comfortable house.

We absolutely loved our stay here for our yearly family beach trip. It was so spacious and comfortable for all of us and had every single thing we needed. The kitchen and grill were perfect for nightly cooking. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor spots to relax and the hot tub was a dream every evening! Beautifully decorated, clean, and perfect for adults and kids! Also, great communication with the host. We would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, nice place to stay!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful 3-story condo and it made us feel at home. They had literally every amenity needed and more including an elevator for my elderly parents. The host, Greg, was outstanding with his communication and ensured we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend staying here for your beach getaway and the access to the beach was extremely close by. The community was quiet and very well-kept. Don’t look any further and I promise you’ll be glad you did.

Annual family gathering
We loved the house and the elevator was such a blessing! The great room on the 3rd floor and patio had lots of space for 8 adults and 5 kids. The access road to the beach is just over half a mile south, and we loved our time there , but on Saturday, too much traffic and loose sand. Lots of people got stuck. Community pool was great during the week but crowded on Saturday. Hot tub on the patio of the home kept everyone happy! Thanks for sharing your home.

Birthday party/ Surprise engagement
Our stay at the beach house was pleasant and memorable. We chose the house for our big family which accommodate for our daily family feasts but also allowed private moments to oneself. The living room and dining area allowed us to all come together comfortably. There was plenty of room for food preparation and rounds of laughter and games. The many patio/decks allowed us personal time to relax, recenter, and moments to take just sit and absorb the beachy scene and constant breeze. The biggest regret we have is not staying longer.
We loved the home feel, to sink into the bed after a long day of family time was the highlight of the trip. We enjoyed the beautiful aspect of the standup shower very convenient to wash off after a long day outside then sink away in the tub. The large dinner table was a plus allowing our whole family to come together for meals then being able to relax on the big comfy couches.
And the elevator added bonus and a plus if you have older guess or someone with bad knees

Sandfest Weekend Stay
The house was perfect for our large family gathering. The elevator was a lifesaver and made all the difference! Each room had a bathroom and was comfy. The beach was just a few minutes drive away which is great if you have littles.
The only draw back was that the hot tub would not warm up. Kinda bummed about that , but overall an absolute dream stay!!
Would definitely return to this property!

Great house for family beach visit
We enjoyed our stay during a family trip to Mustang Island. The house is great and well appointed. We especially appreciated having the elevator with my elderly parents. It made it super easy for everyone to hang out together.

Girls Bachelorette Getaway
We went to this property 9/29-10/4. We absolutely loved the property. It looks exactly like it does in the pics. When you get to the propert there is a nice sized 2 car garage. Entrance is on the side of the home and ypu use a keypad. When in the garage you enter from there through a separate door from the main house where you find the laundry room and enter the room with the two twin beds with trundles. There is a nice sized private bathroom. This is important if you are considering putting young ones in there bc it also has a door that leads directly outside where you find the hot tub.
Once inside the home through a separate door from the garage you walk straight up the first set of stairs where you will find 3 bedrooms....2 of which have queen beds and the other has a king bed...all of which have nice sized bathrooms and 2 have walk out balconies. You walk up one more set of stairs where you find an awesome living, dining and kitchen area and the other master with another private bathroom attached. There is also a powder bath off of the kitchen. This home does have an elevator which we used the first day but unfortunately we had some bad weather and it did something to the mother board so when we left we had to carry all items down the stairs. This was out of the owners control and he was so wonderful with his communication and trying to get it fixed. Unfortunately it was really difficult to get a maintenance person out before we left but I promise you Greg the owner did everything in his power to try! We had 8 women in this home and we never once felt cramped. The kitchen area is awesome and we had every meal there except one.
Now...on another note....I left my soon to be husband's rolling cart that he uses to roll his drums into places that he plays with his band in the garage by accident and immediately let Greg know. He understood it is a special cart and he and I will work together for him to get it shipped to me and me just pay him separately. Greg is probably one of the best hosts I have ever stayed with and his communication is impeccable. He even gives you his personal cell phone. He also has personal chefs he can hook you up with and specialty cars you can rent from him.

Fun stay
The location was good, it was very confusing on how to access the beach by foot as the book in the room just said it was accessible “through the neighborhood” but there was no clear map or directions. The trash was full when we showed up on a Monday from the weekend guests and the smell was awful - I moved the trash to the end of the driveway but it was still a powerful smell and when we had to put trash in there were flies and maggots. I wish someone could have done something but Greg told me the trash is only picked up on Fridays. Walking into the house the first time was very unpleasant as a result.
The hot tub did not look clean and when we opened it, there were a ton of frogs. Greg said his handyman would come by and look at it, but we never saw anyone come. We simply chose not to use it, but it was August so it would have been very hot anyway.
The house itself is fully stocked and it was great to have an elevator to help my elderly mother up to her room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked and that was great. The neighborhood pool was convenient and located a very short walk away. There was construction going on as the surrounding houses were being built so just be aware of that potential for noise, which is not the owner’s fault of course.
Other than the trash issue it’s was an overall good stay.

Beautiful house perfect for a beach vacation
Loved this house! This was an amazing house for a large family vacation. We had 10 people (8 adults, 2 kids) and there was plenty of space. Great location, only half a mile from the beach access road, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils/gadgets you could ever need. All you need to bring is food. And of course your swimsuit and beach towel. :) Greg was super responsive to all my questions. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here. We will be making plans to come back.

Beach getaway with other couples
The house has a great layout for our trip with 3 other couples. We each had our own room with private bath and the kitchen/pantry was very well stocked since we typically take turns preparing dinner for the group. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze and we loved sitting out on the 3rd floor deck and enjoying the amazing views. Would definitely stay here again.
