Communication with Cindy was great. We stayed the weekend to go to the Panthers game and it was just a short ride down the road. The house was great and there was plenty of space for the 6 people in our group. Would recommend for a relaxing weekend.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. My friends and I came into town for the mud run so we were looking something roomy and close to the run. This house was perfect. The beds were super comfy, the house was well stocked, and it had a washer/dryer. I loved the decor in the house as well as the front porch and balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

It was comfortable one of the things I was not happy with too many flies as you open the door they was inside and the garbage bins also had too many .the tap bunk bed was very loose so my 7 year old grandson was scared to sleep in it so he slept with me downstairs the host said that they would fix it but no one came.the floor was very dirty my grandkids was wearing white socks I was shock to see how dirty they got.I won’t mind going back as long as it’s a bit cleaner.I was completely comfortable at the property.Thank You

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean although it could be repainted inside. That was just a little thing to suggest. Also the house would be better if the lighting was better. The property manager was so helpful and responded quickly after our arrival when we had questions. The neighborhood wasn’t the best but we loved our stay.

Super convenient and spacious
A great place to stay. Half way between Charlotte and Concord, 25 minutes to Carowimds, 5 minutes to IKEA and 12 minutes to Concord outlet malls.
Very roomy and modern. All the amenities.
2 funny things - hilarious stairway paint job, I’m sure it was meant to cover up marks on the wall but it looks like they let the kids loose with paint rollers.
The downstairs and upstairs ceiling fan remotes activate each other’s space…turn on the downstairs light, upstairs turns off and vise versa, it’s so much fun to mess with your kids! They thing the place is haunted 😂
Everything else was GREAT!

Charlotte Trip
Overall the property was great. Well positioned for easy access to the interstate and city transportation. Trips to the restaurant and bar district were convenient, even if parking is hard to find in Charlotte. Noticed other reviews regarding paint and repairs. I saw the areas of concern but honestly they don’t impact the quality of stay and seem irrelevant. Vesper was a good company to work with and I assume the updates will be complete shortly.

Just okay
We didn’t have great communication at check in and really were not given check in information until the last minute. They tried to say they sent it to me the day before but they absolutely did not. The neighborhood is the ghetto. I think that would have been nice to know before hand. It is a nice street in the ghetto. Lots of homeless and drug addicted people. If I had known this area was like this I wouldn’t have stayed there.
We were also accused of playing loud music which was kinda insane since we were in bed by 11 and had 3 children under 5 one of which was an infant. House is very nice and clean but I wasn’t really happy with my stay for the reasons above.

The property is a little deceiving. The pictures were definitely taken after the house was just built. Cause for a home that is only 2 years old it could be maintained a lot better. The mismatched paint on the paper-thin walls as well as the stains throughout the entire home was what I first noticed. Then I noticed how the home was cleaned where needed not completely there was the fair share of dust on the HVAC vents and behind all televisions. The damages throughout the property was noticeable and not hidden well. The dining room chairs each had damage to them along the bottom where one of the bottom bars are broken off. Then the lack of paper goods for a home that could supposedly house up too 10 adults was very sparse. There was only one roll of paper towels and no napkins. There was toilet paper. I hope you bring your clothes already ironed cause for a full size home they only provide a counter top ironing board, I think Barbie gets a bigger one in her dream house. Also bring hangers as the few that are in the closets aren't adult size either. The TV's are all Roku, the only problem is your better off downloading the Roku remote app to your phone as there is only one remote that works in the entire home. There isn't any that I saw in the upstairs bedrooms. Don't get me wrong it's an okay home just needs improvements and constant closer observation by Vesper Resorts. Also I wouldn't call Merlane Drive a resort road at all as it's across from a disc golf park, but just outside the Hidden Valley area of Charlotte which isn't the most family friendly community. Finally the thermostats are pretty confusing even for those who are tech savvy. Not a great idea for a home that is going to be used by various individuals. Weigh out the pros and cons with there homes before booking as some of the pictures are definitely deceiving.

You do not realize how much space is in these homes until you walk in. Our place was super clean and inviting when we stepped in. Cindy was amazingly responsive! And can’t say enough about the beds. I don’t remember sleeping in a bed that comfortable away from home. Better than the one I have! Thanks for making our experience a memorable one. Will definitely book with you again!

Our stay at Sugar Creek exceeded my expectations. The property was extremely clean. The layout of the house was very nice for our group. The beds were the most comfortable beds that we have ever seen in a vacation rental!! The Roku smart TVs was a huge hit with our group and we were very impressed with the channel offerings.
