The amazing unit has granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, and an extra-large laundry room. All TVs in this unit have DVD/Blu-Ray players, so bring your favorite discs and enjoy a movie night after a long day on the beach. The stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. As an extra feature (for an additional fee), you could enjoy some downtime in the unit's private hot tub on the huge balcony! There is also a Halo air purifier for added comfort during your stay. Beginning March 1, 2021, the unit comes with 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for a savings of $300/week! Our group of 9 traveled to the beach this year for fall break vacation. Last year we had 15 that came and rented a nice house. Several of us have visited Florida many many times BUT we have agreed that this condo was by far the most impressive! Not one thing could we complain about! I think they have thought of everything. Decor was updated. Kitchen supplies was nice and plentiful. Just beautiful! and the elevators was even Fast! Parking and unloading is easy too! Miss Beverly at the desk is super helpful ! We had rain during our stay but that cant be helped- Loved our trip and we will definitely book this one again!

The condo was perfect for our family. Very spacious and loved the large balcony. Real joy was easy to work with. The property was not crowded even though we were there when the rest of PCB was very crowded. Cannot wait to return.

I really cannot say enough about how amazing this property was. Beverly at RealJoy made the entire booking and checkin process super easy. It was our first time to Panama City Beach and Beverly gave us some great pointers for our tip. Residents at the building were very friendly. The building was well kept, safely secured, and overall a great location. There were some options in walking distance for dining and everything else was an easy drive from the property. This was one of the best vacations we have ever been on and the property and RealJoy Vacations was a big part of making it a great experience.
