About this condo rental
Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $752 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Situated on the gulf, with beautiful sunsets, En Soleil is the most sought after resort in Panama City Beach, Fl. This 4 Bedroom/3 Bath unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the magnificent swimming pool. With only three units per floor, it is a quiet getaway for a family to enjoy the breathtaking views, white sandy beaches, eagle rays and dolphins playing in the surf, and the most beautiful sunsets. Underground parking and an elevator take you directly the the 4th floor, you are out of the elements and your vehicle will stay cool on our warm days. This 4 bedroom is 2,100 squarte feet with 3 bathrooms. The master suite has a king sized bed with a new mattress and en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second suite has two queen beds, bathroom and two large closets. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed with the bathroom next door. The fourth bedroom is a bunk bed room. All bedrooms and the living room have new flat screen Smart TV's. The unit is recently renovated. New paint, carpet, grill, linens, and dining and living room furniture. The living room couch is also a pullout queen size bed. This unit can hold a maximum of 12 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with linens, glassware, and everything you will need in your home away from home...including a Keurig Coffee Maker and a new ice maker. Washer and dryer and beach towels are included. We also offer beach service with two chair from March until October 30. The beautiful large outdoor space has a new grill and furniture for your outdoor dining pleasure. Pictures are coming soon as we finish renovations! You will be pleasantly surprised by the white sandy beaches, beautiful blue water and the many activities available in the area.

The four bedroom condo was on the fourth floor with an amazing balcony that overlooked silver sands of Panama City Beach it was perfect for our group of seven the kitchen was well stocked the pool was absolutely perfect the owner was quick to respond to help me with just a couple of little things that I had an issue with just some codes! I would not hesitate to rent this property again Michelle was amazing!

The condo was beautiful and clean and had special little touches like providing beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys for the kids and pretty much everything that you needed. We love En Soleil! We've been many times but this was the first time we stayed in Michelle's unit. We were very satisfied. Any time we had questions or issues (which was very few) she addressed them in a timely manner. It was very clean! This is a great choice if you want to be at En Soleil!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The place is gorgeous. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were very pleased. Will definitely be reaching out to Michelle again to rent it.

We had a great time at En Soleil 423. Very family friendly with loads of beach towels and sand toys ready to use at the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and loved having a washer and dryer for all the wet suits and towels. Plenty of roome to spread out and loved the giant balcony. Pool is huge and kept kids entertained for hours. Best feature of all was the ICE MAKER in the kitchen. We may get one for our house. Michelle was super responsive with the few questions we had. This was the most upscale VRBO we've ever rented and will definitely check availability for next trip to PCB!

This is our third year in a row staying at En Soleil, but the first in this unit. Unfortunately, this was the worst of our stays at the property and part of it is no fault of the owner.
The positives: Virtual check-in, communication with the owner, layout and size of unit, comfortable beds, patio size and layout, plenty of beach towels and toys available.
The negatives: I realize the owner can't control the noise issues, but if you rent this unit you need to be aware of what you may experience. The unit is on the end facing west toward rental homes and some new construction. So, during our stay we had construction noise all day. I'm guessing in six months that will no longer be an issue as the construction will be complete. In the early evenings you will hear the drone of music from the bar two blocks away. Both the construction noise and music take away from enjoying the great patio. Then multiple evenings we were awoken at 2 and 3 am to music and the revving of trucks from the other rental homes and public beach parking on the adjacent street. We've always stayed in a middle unit before, and you are insulated from the noise that comes with being on a west end unit. The unit is also on the 4th floor, so your view is ok, but mostly you are looking at the roofs of the rental units to your west. Additionally, as a few other reviews have said, the place could use a deep clean.

Very disappointed! The building, grounds and pool were great! Nasty, dirty and noisy!
With security, you would think we were trying to get in the White House! Host was late giving code to get in also! I will never stay there again! I was very disappointed!

Barbara and I have stayed at En Soleil many times before. However, this was our first stay in Michelle's unit.
We found the place very clean and comfortable. It was very well supplied, the view from the large balcony was stunning. Michelle was available throughout our stay to answer any questions we had.
Parking beneath the complex was a big bonus as the space is just a few steps from the elevator making loading in and out a breeze.
We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning soon.

Great getaway!
Barbara and I have stayed at En Soleil many times before. However, this was our first stay in Michelle's unit.
We found the place very clean and comfortable. It was very well supplied, the view from the large balcony was stunning. Michelle was available throughout our stay to answer any questions we had.
Parking beneath the complex was a big bonus as the space is just a few steps from the elevator making loading in and out a breeze.

Very large and updated condo with a beautiful view. En Soleil is a great property with nice pool, on the ocean, and feels safe and secure. We are a big fan of the east end PCB and Thomas Drive (quieter and less crowded). Condo is 4BR and 3 bath. The kids bunk room does not have a closet or drawers though. We all liked our mattresses and slept great! Kitchen and laundry rooms had all the supplies we needed. Very large balcony with plenty of seating as well as a grill and dining table. Roku TVs in the bedrooms so you can watch your preferred streaming channels (Netflix, etc). Property host was very quick to respond and helpful. My only complaint on the room was live music coming from some venue nearby that did bother us one night when singer sang until 12:30. Overall, wonderful stay and experience. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The resort is amazing and the location is great. We didn’t venture out much during our stay due to the pandemic but the resort was so nice it didn’t matter. The beach was amazing and the included beach service was great! The couch and mattresses in the extra bedrooms could use a little updating but other than that it was an amazing vacation for our family. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked.

This property was exactly as it was described. The rooms are very spacious, but best of all, the porch is amazing!! We had a private chef cook for us during the stay. The kitchen was fully equipt with all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo!
This condo was incredible! Super clean, updated, spacious, beautiful view. It had all the necessary kitchen items to cook there. Other huge benefits was access to beach towels and beach toys. Since we flew, we were limited on packing and this spot really made our stay so easy and enjoyable!

EN Soleil is by far the best property myself and family have stayed at. We enjoyed the side of PCB the unit is on. Beach was amazing unit was amazing. Will hopefully be able to book there again for years to come.

If I could give it 6 stars I would!
This was by far the best place my family has stayed for our family vacations. We have been vacationing along the East Coast and the Gulf for the past 5 summers. We really enjoy vacationing in PCB and I think we have found the place we want to rent every year now. The condo was immaculate! Checking in was super easy. One piece of advice, make sure you let the owner know if you have more than 1 car so they can get you a parking pass for inside the security gate. I made the mistake of not letting Michelle know before she went on vacation but even though she was on vacation her daughter was able to help us out and get us our parking passes. The pool was another amazing feature for the condo. There were some periods where we had the whole pool to ourselves. If you want a nice place to stay that avoids the hustle and bustle of alot of people this the place for you.The condo was close enough to Pier Park and stores like Walmart that is a great location. The condo is a short walk to a number of surf shops, putt putt, ice cream and restaurants. Some of the close restaurants we recommend are Pineapple Willy's, Hammerhead Fred's, and Bayou on the Beach. The view from our balcony was awesome! The mini ice maker by the sink was pretty sweet as well. I could go on and on about everything this place has to offer why you should rent from Michelle but I will run out of space. The only issue we had was there were not a lot of wash clothes in the condo since we have a big family but we make it work. Overall, if you are looking for a high quality condo to rent that makes you feel like you a living the high life at a great price this is the place for you. Michelle is a great owner and was very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay and once we were there even when she was on vacation out of the country. My family definitely wants to stay here again next year and we hope everything works out that we will able to. Thank you Michelle for letting us rent your amazing place and create alot of awesome memories!

Great vacation spot for families.
Couldn’t recommend this property enough. Great location on the quieter end of Panama City Beach. Fantastic views, (only on the 4rth floor, not a fan of staying 10 stories up) very large patio with grill. Master suite is massive with walk in closet and bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we easily accommodated 12 people and did not feel cramped. The little touches were evident in that the owner put a great deal of thought into making this a family destination. Full hampers of Beach towels, the patio loaded with beach toys for the kids, and the kitchen stocked with anything you might need. The separate Ice maker was very handy when needing enough ice for a large group. Property manager was kind and available by message if we needed anything and the location has become a family favorite.

2019 Family Beach Trip
We are a family of 7 and this is our 2nd year to stay at this condo. We stayed for 2 weeks and still were not ready to come home. It was as good, if not better than our original stay. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and not feel like you’re on top of each other. The condo is phenomenal from the views down to every last detail you may need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked including the separate ice maker which is great. Plenty of beach towels and beach toys provided. The grill on the deck is handy especially for those nights you don’t want to go out.
The owner, Michelle, is very responsive to any questions or needs you may have from the time of booking and throughout your stay.
All of the staff (security/checking) at the condo were polite and courteous and the definitely keep a watchful eye out making sure you’re safe.
Our family loves this location on the beach. It is quieter and not so crowded. There are always plenty of chairs at the pool and room on the beach to spread out. You are close to several fantastic restaurants, and grocery stores. There are also good options if you choose to have food delivered.
Michelle, thank you again. We had a wonderful time and made lots of lifetime family memories. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.
