My family enjoyed this home! The kids loved the themed rooms and the adults loved the space! The living room is basically a theatre with the added speakers. There is a great public beach area right across the street! It has parking, although you can walk if needed, bathrooms, and a lifeguard station. It was very convenient. We also enjoyed the pool! Most of the time, we had it all to ourself! Would love to stay her again!

This home was amazing! Was larger than the pictures lead us to think. Short walk to nice beach. Large pool out back was clean. Beach chairs and towels were available as were pool items. We cooked every night but 2. There was more than enough kitchen equipment for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids. We didn't want for anything. Andrew was wonderful to work with. Promptly answered our questions and gave restaurant suggestions. We ate at Finn's and Gypsy Crepe a couple of times. This home is in a quiet area but still close to lots of entertainment and restaurants. This house had everything you need. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for the letting us use your home.

The house was very nice and clean and the property owner was kind enough to give us restaurant recommendations that were close to the house. The property manager was also amazing and answered almost immediately any time that we had questions. We also arrived during a week with double red flags and my children were very disappointed with that but they soon forgot about the ocean when they seen the pool just out the back door of the house. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and would stay here again.

Just left PCB and got to stay at this lovely place. Enough room and space for our 6 adults and 6 children. Space was clean and easy to get to other activities. Beach is directly across the street and although PCB was red flagged our entire stay it was still enjoyable.
Only complaint from me and my crew was the pool was just too warm, it was more like bath water then a swimming pool. The hot tub no longer worked after pool cleaners came in the morning of second day. We did reach out to Manger and she was helpful just wish i had been working for our stay.

We enjoyed our week long vacation so much. It was so nice to have a pool with so much privacy. We were so thankful for all the beach chairs available as we forgot ours at home. The house was really well stocked and we didn’t have to get much other than a few groceries. We had a small leak on our last day and the response to handle the issue was so quick. We would definitely book here again.

House was very clean and was full of items that made the stay feel very much like home. Nothing was worn or loose or felt cheap like many rentals. Beach was very close as were restaurants and stores. Great communication with owner and worked with us on checkin time that’s was very helpful and thanks for the snacks :)

We loved the house! Andrew was wonderful! The pool was wonderful. The beach was just across the street! Wonderful restaurants were on all sides. We watched the GA game at Shoredogs! It was a 5 min walk and must be a local GA game day hang out for those who want to watch the dawgs. We will definitely return and stay again here.
One suggestion would be a mirror in each bedroom. Everyone was always needing a mirror to get ready and be “pretty”! Lol!

We have never stayed anywhere that was not on the on beach in PCB, but this is about as close as you can get. The crosswalk to the public access via the park is only 3 houses to the left (from the front door to to feet in the water is less than 5 minutes). The house felt like home; we had everything we needed and more from extra towels, kitchen utensils, laundry/dish soap, and even pool accessories. When we arrived, every bed had adorable little towel animals with chocolates, such a cute touch. They have really thought of everything to make your trip easier. Take thier advice and back into the drive to make pulling out into traffic easier. I would definitely book here again. Thank you!

We stayed at this house for a long weekend for my birthday with friends and had a blast! Very comfortable for everyone and close to the beach, which was awesome. Super walkable and plenty to do closeby!

We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, close to schooners which was a plus for us. The pool was great. Our teenagers really enjoyed this feature. The beds slept very comfortable. Having the ability to cook and grill was also a plus. We would rent again for sure.

Andrew was great to work with.
Location was perfect for our group. Andrew was super helpful to work with as we were traveling out of state with a large group and needed a few locations. Easy to get to beach, lots of food and attractions located near by. Pool access was great for our littles. Will definitely stay again when we travel back to PCB.

We have visited pcb for many yrs. This house was the best so far! Very clean & very open space for family to make memories & convenient to everything & everyone. We over packed beach towels & chairs & toys bc the house was furnished with all these items. We will definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Yet!
I can’t say enough good things about this property, the owner or the property manager! Andrew asked me to give him feedback on how he could make it better, and never in my life have I not been able to come up with one thing to improve, until now! They literally took care of everything we could have wanted or needed. From the beginning, he was quick to respond to my MANY questions. When we arrived, we were early, and we called Meredith, the property manager. She let us know as soon as the cleaning people left, and we weee able to get in early. The house was everything we hoped for. Andrew recommended restaurants for all meals and coffee. Everything was ready for a beach vacation! They provided chairs, towels, detergent, games, books for all ages, and room for our crowd ! He even called to tell us that his A/C was “telling him” that the air was not performing as it should be. We turned it off for an hour and had no issues at all! We were comfortable the whole time! I highly recommend this one!

Wonderful stay with plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids!
The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling crowded. It was a short walk to the beach that wasn't overly crowded. We plan on staying here again in the future!

Madeline was managing the property and was over on the Sunday to get us set up properly. Another problem we saw was another property started to fill the pool up with the hose and ended up forgetting it and overflowing it! Really not a problem but again, I let Madeline know about it and she promptly paid attention to it. If you have a large family, extended family or just a big group, this is the one you need to be at! You won't regret it! Thanks to Andrew and Madeline for all that you did to make it a great father's day for us!
