This is a perfect location for families looking to get away with many restaurants within walking distance including Alley Opps which includes an arcade and bowling. Fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and more, this gem will have you feeling right at home in no time with all of the comforts you need. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 8. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a full attached private bathroom. The guest room includes 2 sets of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top of both. The second full bathroom is located between the main living area and guest bedroom. The living area features a spacious living room with 2 couches perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Unit offers a full kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a separate dining area with a table seating 6. Additional outside seating area outside of unit offers an area perfect for relaxing or having a meal. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for use during your stay. Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge along with 3 flat screen TVs. 2 parking passes are provided in the building lot and street parking is also available. Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom condo. We felt at home as soon as we got there. Check in was easy. Host should type out and laminate instructions for use of each TV remote, because it took us a while to figure it out. No batteries in the remote for the bunk bed room and there was food from a previous tenant in the fridge. Since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, the winds were blowing pretty bad and we could hear the wind coming in around the windows. Suggest a good synthetic caulk inside and out, around each window and then around the exterior door. Other than that, this place was amazing!

Place was great, nice area! Kevin was very prompt in answering questions. My only suggestion would be to list the actual name of the condo in the listing. Once we pulled on to the street, there are other condos and we had to figure out which was which by looking at the floor and condo numbers.

The unit looked exactly like the pictures, and it was very clean when we arrived. The atmosphere was so peaceful and we were close to the beach so it made it easy to go in the morning and set up for a day at the beach. Out of the 3 years we have come to Ocean City Maryland this was the best and cleanest place we have stayed. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The place was clean. It was a short walk to the beach. Since the condo was on the 3rd floor, we opted to keep all of our beach supplies in the car instead of taking it back and forth up the steps.

Property was just as described. Nice location. Great balcony. Loved the updated bathrooms. Needs a good deep cleaning. Bunk beds are good for kids- very squeaky, though. Kevin was great to work with! Would stay again.

It was in the perfect location. The three flights of steps were a lot but we all made it! Two adults ans 6 kids! Plenty of space for us to enjoy each other and ait out on the balcony.

We had a great time. The location was perfect for 4th of July fireworks. Very close to beach and other shops and stores. Enough space for family of 4-5. Very clean space.

Great location for easily accessing the beach. Couches and beds were comfortable. Decor was a pleasant coastal theme. Kitchen needs some updating, leaky/dripping master bathroom faucet. Kevin was very quick to respond to all questions. There had been a cancellation right before us and Kevin allowed us to checkin early on our scheduled day..much appreciated!

Pet Friendly, the number one consideration for us. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall, we were reasonably happy with the condo. The previous reviews are accurate. Some things to note: The unit is on the third floor without an elevator. If you are handicapped or have other mobility issues this isn't the place for you. Literally nothing is provided with this unit, no linens, cleaning supplies, paper products etc. You need to bring it all yourself or otherwise obtain it. The cleaning company is definitely the in and out type. While the unit is clean you will find some areas lacking. For me that wasn't a problem, others with me it was. I felt the unit was in good physical condition. With a little over 1000 sqft. there is plenty of room for 4 people. The location is good and you aren't that overly far from the beach, about 100-150 yards. If you plan on going to the beach, bring your chairs, towels and umbrella, these aren't supplied either. There is no pool associated with the property, not a problem for me, but if that is something you expect you need to be aware of that. Parking is ample, 2 spots per unit with one street nonmetered parking. Off season, street parking is wide open, during the season that will be a little more challenging. We heard nothing noise wise from the other surrounding units.

Came to OC for a music festival that ended up being canceled due to storm. Condo is in great location, close to lots of fun spots. Fantastic communication with Kevin. Only negative was there was no toilet paper in unit. Would definitely stay again.

Myself, my two daughters, my 10 month old granddaughter & my oldest daughter’s mother in law just spent a long weekend at this condo. It looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean, comfortable furniture, master bedroom had enough room to set up my granddaughter’s pack & play, kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook (even though we did not) and short, easy walk to the beach. I was very happy with this condo & would definitely stay there again.

Nice location, comfortable space, cleaning upgrade would help quite a bit. I'm a neat freak so attention to detail is meaningful to me. The cleaning service here most definitely is an in and out type of service, not unlike most others. Very happy with our stay here. A few small upgrades would have made it a 5 star stay

As soon as we walked in it was just like a little paradise!!! The beach is right down the way from the unit and it’s perfect walking distance. No street crossing and it’s perfect when the littles need to use the bathroom and get hungry without needing to pack up food to take it down with you. The unit was just perfect and I will definitely book it again for our annual ocean city trip!!

The host always got back to us very quickly and even let us check in a few hours early which we really appreciated. It was located very close to the beach which was nice. .. lay out inside was nice as well. I would have to recommend a more stocked kitchen… No baking sheet no potholders and refrigerator crisper drawers were extremely hard to open and close especially the one on the left side. The host knew of the closet door that had the washer and dryer was broken and he said he was going to get a handyman out there to do that but the washer and dryer worked great.
Unfortunately, my husband and I would not be able to stay there again because the three flights of steps were way too hard for us not going up and down daily but bringing our stuff up when we first came and bringing everything down when we left. We just found that too difficult to do.

Great property, great location
Property was as we expected it to be. Great location away from all the hustle and bustle. Nice updates, and having everything we needed was a plus. Host is very responsive. Will definitely consider renting again.
