Great location, management was great…very responsive to any communication. Let us check in early. Comfortable beds. On the negative, pool is not heated, kitchen is sparsely supplied and unit could use some cosmetic tweaks. A good place to stay short-term

Condo was perfect for our baseball tournament at IMG. Location couldn’t have been better. All correspondence with property mgmt was seamless and condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus we were 15 min from beautiful beaches and tons of restaurant options. The only thing I will mention is when booking it says it is. 2/2. It is actually a 2/1. The one bath was large, so it was fine, but we were expecting 2 baths.

We enjoyed our time at this apartment. The 2 queen beds were comfortable. Nice TV. The kitchen is minimally furnished. No toaster, no coffee pot. butting board or pizza pan. The community grills were GREAT and the pool looked nice.

The apartment was very clean and had lots of closet space! Just wish it had a keurig! The location was in a great spot it was near the beach, stores, restaurants etc. I’m glad I was able to find it since it was such a last minute trip. I booked it the week before! But all around it as great! Also the pool was wonderful!

This was a very clean, nice place to stay. The pool and grill worked out for relaxing after a busy day of sports, and the proximity to stores and restaurants made it easy to grab groceries, coffee, etc. The only negatives were with bedding and towels. The unit had no extra sheets or blankets, no wash clothes or any extra towels.

The apartment was super convenient to IMG where my son is in school. It was clean and everything was in new/excellent condition (Sheets, towels, mattresses etc.). The bathroom and kitchen have not been updated but are totally fine and very efficient and again they are clean. I will stay here again.

This property does not exist. My friends and I arrived in Sarasota and we were left without a place to stay. We scrambled to local accommodations during one of the busiest times for traveling to this area. Also, my credit card was charged by Viagem Inc, not VRBO. Use extreme caution when booking. This was a horrible experience.
