Located in Ocean City, this attractive house for $510 per night is a great option for your next trip. Amazing three level townhouse located steps from the beach on 65th street. This luxury beach retreat has 4 bedrooms (K,K,Q,double bunk, double bunk and twin trundle) and 4 full bathrooms with a private elevator. This roomy home can sleep up to 13 comfortably (Queen sleep memory foam sofa on the first floor) and has ample space for all. Five outdoor decks (one is a screened-in porch) provide this location with the perfect indoor/outdoor setting for a great vacation. Gather in the updated spacious kitchen with granite countertops and new refrigerator or make yourself a cocktail at the downstairs bar complete with mini fridge. Your family will love two living spaces to relax once the sun has set on your beach day. Whole house WIFI with 6 TV’s allow for the perfect binge worthy moments or gathering for a family movie night after your fun in the sun. For your convenience, an in-house washer and dryer are available. The townhouse was just recently furnished by the new owners with a beautiful Coastal/beach décor. A 2 car garage is present plus an additional private parking space onsite. Beach chairs, boogie boards and some sand toys are provided for your family to enjoy. Guests will supply sheets, bath and beach towels, soaps, laundry detergent and paper products. An optional linen package (fee additional) is available from a 3rd party and can be delivered in time for your stay (to be booked by you). This midtown location is great for families as everything is within walking distance (Old Pro mini-golf, Rick’s Market, Dead Freddies, Ace Hardware, etc). Property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. No smoking/vaping and no pets are allowed.

The property fit our family of 12 perfectly. Having a private drive was perfect to unload the cars and to travel during the week. In addition, the nearby streets had open spaces for our extra cars. Having a garage to place our beach items was convenient and having it stocked with extra items to enjoy was an added bonus. The location was a a perfect few steps from the beach and had a grocery store a block away across the street! The house had so much space, comfy beds, and an added basement room for the younger adults to hang out! The elevator was perfect for the older folks! The 3 balconies were amazing as well! Most importantly Erik was quick to answer questions and check in during our stay! Highly recommend!! We will be back again!! Made me want to move to the beach!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. All bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are spacious. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, as well as be together all at once if desired. So many decks all with different views! A large two-car garage provided ample parking as well as additional space in the driveway. We had no problem fitting 4 cars. The house is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, a market, candy kitchen, "beach stores", and more. Most importantly, the beach is just a short walk away! The house was clean upon arrival and decorated beautifully. There was a pack n play and booster high chair available for use as well as tons of beach chairs, some sand toys, and a beach wagon! A ping pong table is located in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, etc. Two sets of washer/dryers! Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a small issue with one of the AC units one evening, however, Erik was extremely responsive and had the issue fixed very quickly. Our group had an amazing week and would love to come back in the future! We were so bummed out when we had to leave!

The house was perfect! Plenty of room for our family. The multiple living space and decks were great. Can't say enough about the tankless water heater and everyone being able to take hot showers. Also, the elevator made unloading and loading so much easier. The mid-town location is perfect. Just steps away from a wide uncrowded beach and a quick walk across Coastal Highway to a really nice market for just about anything we needed made this the perfect place for us.

We enjoyed an amazing stay here! So spacious and comfortable. Elevator was very handy. Kitchen was SO well stocked for cooking as well as serving a large group. Perfect, low traffic area of the beach- extra chairs and beach supplies in garage were a nice addition, as was the grill. Excellent communication from the owner through the whole process. Very highly recommend!

This beautiful townhouse was perfect for our family beach vacation. Just like home away from home, this house had everything and even a little bit more. The 'closet' elevator was a 'godsent' that made transportation of luggage and heavy coolers from the ground floor to their designated floor a breeze. With 2 washers and dryers, we didn't have to pack much clothes and keeping up with laundry was easy. Located midway beachside in Ocean City, the close proximity to Rick's grocery store, Domino's, AnnaBelle's BBQ, Shade Shack, Candy Kitchen and most of all the beach, made traveling on foot the mode of transportation. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. We hope to visit again next year and continue to make family memories here!!

The condo was nicer than the pictures depicted. Beautifully furnished and clean. It was within walking distance to restaurants, markets and other entertainment such as mini golf. The beach was practically outside the door. The condo was equipped with all the necessities for the beach, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc. There is ample room for a large group.

A true Beach House

A true Beach House

The house was great. It was clean, spacious and furnished as a beach house should be. The decor made it truly feel like a beach vacation. Hats off to the owners. Multiple floors, multiple outside decks were great for everyone to relax in their own way. The kids loved the space and the adults did too as we were able to hide from them from time to time :). The moms also loved the two sets of washer dryers. The location is fantastic. Steps from the beach and keyless entry made it easy for anyone to quickly go back to the house when we were on the beach. Location was also great in terms of restaurants, ice cream shops and the grocery store. I’d 100% come back to this house. It was an amazing stay.

We had a great week!

We had a great week!

This property is beautiful! There were 9 people our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach is a short walk away which makes it easy to return to the house if you need something. In addition, there are numerous other locations within walking distance; including restaurants and amusements. We would definitely stay here again.
