Situated in Santa Clara, this lovely house for $222 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our comfy suburban home is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook elaborate or simple meals, including many spices, utensils, pots and pans and several sets of dishes. The dining room table sits eight, with room for four more at the bar. The spacious master suite has a kingsize bed, his-and-her closets, a large oval tub, separate shower, and a huge vanity with two sinks. The large-screen TV comes with Dish Network and DVR capabilities. The bedrooms have excellent mattresses, which we have been told are the most comfortable beds many of our guests have ever slept on. The cozy backyard has a natural gas barbecue grill, a table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs. Biking and walking trails are just a few hundred feet away from the front door.

When we arrived the first night of our stay the AC/thermostat was broken but the renters took care of the problem by the next morning, refunded us for the night so we could get a hotel and made sure we were taken care of for the rest of our stay! The house was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood. They responded quickly if we had any questions of concerns.

The home was beautifully clean and maintained. Home owner was responsive to our questions and the binder with home and local amenities was very helpful. We needed a bread knife and the owner brought one over saying that it must have been removed from the home. It was close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, even condiments. Very nice. We would stay there again if we went to St. George.

Big house in a beautiful neighborhood! Close to everything. We enjoyed Zion and Bryce as well as some of the state parks. The location was very convenient for the Ironman event. Awesome instructions in a binder at the house and enjoyed several of the recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the use of your beautiful home. It was a pleasure walking into such a cozy warm feeling home. Everything worked good and the location was great. Google maps even found it. I would suggest upgrading the extra beds to queen size, some of us need more space than others. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. It was large, clean and had everything we needed or wanted. We did family pictures while in St George. I even used the iron provided. The bed in the master bedroom was heavenly. We loved the large kitchen table as we had other family members staying somewhere else come and play games here. We really liked the way to enter the home. Easy to use. It was great to have a garage with opener available. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and will come back!

We enjoyed the week at the property. Location suited us well, as it was easy to travel downtown and easy access to the Interstate, as well as the Snow Canyon area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house functioned well for us. The garage was a plus. Everything appeared to work well in the house. Only negatives for us personally were: 1) the foam topper on the main bed was too soft for us and, therefore, uncomfortable 2) the overall lighting in the house was too dim for us. Higher wattage bulbs were needed throughout the living areas including the living room, dining area, kitchen, main bedroom, and garage. The main bath was fine. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay in St George.

We had a great time in the St. George area and enjoy the beautiful home offered to us VRBO it was exceptionally start all the way around and communication was very fast and smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again.

This location was perfect! Out of the hustle and bustle, right across the street from the bike park. Great access to driving to hiking and biking trails. The kids are already asking when we will be back!
