This modern Scandinavian house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances & furnishings. It's central location & close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the great restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the NoDa Arts District. The house is adjacent to 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park! - Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule. - We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed! - We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security. - Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted. We had 10 people and our dog stay in this very well maintained and clean home. It was perfect for our stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Across the street at the park and behind the house we were able to play 5v5 football and soccer games. The neighbors were welcomining as well. We made Sunday dinner and the kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans and dishes. After dinner we all gathered in the living room to watch the Cowboys beat the Panthers. Great home and very convenient to downtown and Carowinds.

Although we were a little late checking, the agent was very accommodating! She responded quickly to ANY concerns we had. I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊

The house was perfect for what we needed. The size and number of rooms was exactly what we needed. The house was clean. The surrounding neighborhood didn't look too great but the street in which the house was located was nice and quiet. We wanted to be closer to Mint Hill also. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

House was very nice with a Miami vibe feel on the inside. I really enjoyed my stay there. The locations and events attended that weekend was all within 15mins or less in travel time. And Cindy was so prompt with her communication with me the entire weekend if I had any questions. I would stay there again.
