Very Comfortable Place to Stay and quick drive to the city centre

The place is very comfortable, clean and i like the vintage, quaint and cosy over all feel of the cottage.

Unlucky for us, that day the shower door played up. A struggle to open.

Fabulous weekend with my family

The feel of the place was lovely from the artworks to the furniture. We had everything we needed. Beds and bedding were very comfy! Easy to find and close to town. Great communication. We had the best weekend. Thank you!

Minor annoyance was the shower door gets stuck so it is hard to open and close. You can't close it when you are in there. I am sure it is a quick and easy fix.

Comforable House

Good sized living areas

Floors were sticky in the lounge room, few items weren't clean, more care needed by cleaners. Otherwise everything else was good in the house, Beds comfortable, decent sized rooms.

Amazing cozy cottage

The whole house. Felt cozy as soon as you walk In the door. The rooms were a great size, beds were comfy. The kitchen was nice & all the utensils you need. Decent size backyards. Lovely bathroom.

Great House close to centre of town

When we arrived we had music on, heaters on and lights turned on. Close to the centre of town. Easy to walk in. Bed were comfy, heaters in each room. Absolutely loved the QR code for suggestions on where to eat and things to do- very clever idea.

It was lovely but just not relaxing with barking dogs.

Everything about the cottage was great, it was very clean and cosy and had everything we needed.

Unfortunately there were loud barking dogs right next to the cottage that barked majority of the day and throughout the night keeping us awake. We also had an 8 month with us which meant we got very little sleep so it wasn't a relaxing holiday :(

Comfortable, great location and spacious for a couple

great location, well setup and great space

the only issue was the house next door (on the right looking at the house) the dog there barks all afternoon and early morning, this was the only issue with the house. Not sure if i would stay there again because of this issue. Being woken up early with a dog barking on your holiday is not great. iIthink the owner of the property should talk to the dog owner or the Council regarding this issue.

Nicely presented property, questionable area.

I will start by saying, I have never written a bad review for anything before. The property was very clean and well presented, however, we had an unfortunate situation occur during our stay. We ended up having to call the local police as a group of men attempted to break into the property three times by banging on the door and rattling the door handle. We were visited by the police at 3am to check on us and search the area. We were obviously very shaken by this and cut our trip short by one day (we also have very young children who were scared). The next morning we attempted to call the property management's emergency contact number and did not hear from anyone for over 12 hours. Once we left the property early we requested a refund for the night we did not stay as we did not feel safe in the property. This request was denied. We thought the property was lovely, however, we would not stay at the property again due to this experience. We are really disappointed at the way this issue was handled.

We did not feel safe in the property or in the area surrounding the property. The property itself was nicely presented.

only issue is being woken up to construction noise before 7am super loud.

loved it and would stay again.

it’s a lovely cosy cottage close to the city, in a quiet street. It was clean and well maintained, everything worked and it’s a great base from which to explore Orange and surrounds. plenty of parking right out front.

the two front bedroom beds were too soft, we slept out the back bedroom which had a nice firm mattress.

Cute and Clean

Property was cute and clean. Contained most of the essential items. Music playing and lights on on arrival was a welcoming touch.

Property was difficult to heat despite closing off all unused rooms.

The cottage was fantastic. Had everything you could need. Nice location easy to get to by car

receiving multiple automated emails from the Hosts your stay group asking me to confirm my details and confirming my check out date even day after we checked out was totally unnecessary Next door neighbours dog barked yapped repeatedly even with doors and windows closed we could hear it Main front bedroom mattress caused us to roll to the middle.

Self catering. Modern appliances. Pretty cottage well decorated. Close enough to the centre of town.

We found the key box very difficult to operate. The bed in the bedroom on the right of the front door was not firm enough for me. Although the shower was good, the shower door doesn't fit properly. My main complaint was the excessive number of emails from the management team - leave us alone!!!

Sweet, quaint cottage with everything you need.

Very well appointed, comfortable and clean. We were there in Winter/July and it was very warm & cosy. Lovely decor and very clean comfortable linen & beds. Felt like a home away from home, on a nice quiet street. The hosts were very communicative & helpful. One of the few places that accepted a one-night stay.

Nothing to fault. Would highly recommend it and would stay again.
