Nestled in Pismo Beach, this lovely house for $690 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This beautiful ocean front luxury home will provide the perfect vacation for a quiet get away, or a fun packed adventure. Paradise by the Sea is a 3-story townhome with ocean views from every room. There are 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, a large living space and two outdoor entertaining terraces. A beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area, and a second outdoor entertaining area on the upper terrace. You certainly don't have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the ocean views and our famous glowing Pismo Beach pink and blue sunsets. Wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach fun, excellent restaurants and coffee shops are all within just minutes of walking. The fall is a great time to visit for apple picking and tasting. Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Morro Bay, Cambria and San Simeon (where the elephant seals live) are all fun to explore. It's just south of San Luis Obispo (SLO was voted one of the top 5 happiest cities) and nearby dozens of vineyards. SLO has the largest farmers market in California every Thursday night of the year, and Avila Beach has a lovely one each Friday night of the summer. Great shopping is all around as well as yummy seafood and all types of restaurants for every taste. If you like antiques, Arroyo Grande will delight you. Kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrill as you paddle through caves and along the cliffs. Or, you may want to hike up Bishop's Peak or go whale watching, or deep sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby. Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and walk down to the beach and read a good book. The options are really endless. All of your basics will be provided. If you're renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you'd enjoy some in home gourmet food. More: Bedrooms located on second level. Master ensuite has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk-bed setup (top bunk is a twin, bottom bunk is a full and twin trundle pull-out bed). Primary living areas are on the third level. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Outdoor entertaining spaces are on the third level (just off the living area) and fourth level rooftop terrace. A natural gas BBQ is on the terrace just off the kitchen. Ample seating and a fire table is located on the upper terrace. There is a 2 car garage. Suitable for family vacations. Not best suited for guests with limited mobility because of stairs. *The Pismo Beach area is undergoing several construction projects, including the construction of a new home behind Paradise by the Sea. The home under construction is on Dolliver (Hwy 1). Even though the City of Pismo Beach noise ordinance is enforced, from time to time guest may experience construction noise. Property was great and as described in the listing. The management of this property didn't ever feel the need to ever call me back, as they promised they would "several times". They stated to me, many times it was because they manage 90 homes and were just too busy (so, why would they tell me they'd call me back in the first place???). I was simply trying to ADD (and pay for) an additional day at the beginning of my stay, but, when I was finally able to speak to them, again, by me calling them and not by them returning my calls) I was told that although the house has been empty for a week, they hadn't yet had a chance to clean it (could only hope the last visitor(s) didn't leave old food laying out or toilets unflushed - because if they had - apparently it would have been there for a week). Stains on the couch, cushions on the patio top deck are torn and stuffing coming out. Unannounced, their handyman (who drives around town in a truck) came by and went inside the house, to plug in a device at the front door entry area - which was a bit odd, and creepy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse is ideally situated with a stunning ocean view. The four of us were very comfortable and took advantage of the full living space and the relaxed atmosphere. We made the most of our 3 day stay and enjoyed wine tasting, hiking, beach strolling, a farmer's market and visits to Arroyo Grande (very charming) and SLO. If you have any mobility issues, the numerous stairs could be an issue. Luckily for us they weren't and we could take in the gorgeous views from the top deck.

it was so clean.Oh my gosh the view of the Ocean was great my family love the place. Everything is so close by. We felt very safe there. Everything in the condo was very modern.
