Mooi en fijn verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar

Goed gestyled, fijne badkamer met goede douche, makkelijke toegang, ook met parkeren. Ligt centraal !!

Schilderijen achter bed hangen laag en daar stoot je steeds tegenaan. Zou ik hoger hangen, kleinigheidje!

Apartamento muy agradable, perfecta ubicación y parking

En general nos gustó todo del apartamento. Fue cómodo el método de entrada al mismo, la limpieza muy bien, el precio es razonable y sobre todo la ubicación. Está situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, entre las 2 principales calles de la misma. Al ir con coche un punto importante era el aparcamiento. No hay ningún problema, el parking (q es gratuito) está a escasos 40-50 metros del portal. Si regresamos a Almería, sin duda repetiríamos apartamento.

por decir algo, el tamaño del ascensor es muy pequeño, si vas con carrito de bebé y varias maletas tienes que subir un par de veces. Y la presión del agua del lavabo es muy floja.

Very nice and comfortable place

Great central location, very comfortable place, friendly staff. Lots of nice and funky decoration detais. "Homey" feeling.

Microwave: very high and above sink so it was quite difficult for a person of my size (5'4"/1,62m) to use it.

A bit of luxury in central Almeria.

Central location- spotlessly clean - cozy beds. Quiet. Parking close by.

Communication a little difficult especially regarding the rather technical ‘get-in’ process. The arrival process perhaps needs a rethink Some subdued lighting in all rooms would be a great improvement.

Excepcional ubicación, tranquilo, comodo, genial el parking.Recomendado

La tranquilidad y el silencio. La ubicación en el centro y el parking, cómodo, saliendo por el ascensor le Rueda López estas enfrente del apartamento. El apartamento estaba limpio y agradable. Las camas cómodas, aunque pequeñas para dos personas, tuvimos que utilizar las dos habitaciones por el tamaño de las camas, Recomendamos el apartamento

Quizá recomendaría alguna copa de vino, hay una . Las almohadas que sean pequeñas , las almohadas largas son incomodas, aunque también había almohadas individuales. Mejoraría el baño, el caudal del agua del grifo del lavabo es muy flojo, y la ducha también. La verdad que está muy bien el apartamento. Lo recomendamos.

Un buen lugar para descansar

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación, está en pleno centro de Almería, y además incluye parking para dejar el coche. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Si volviese a Almería, no dudaría en repetir alojamiento.

No tengo quejas.

Que tuviera parking ya que es una zona sin aparcamiento. El piso nuevo con instalaciones buenas. Cama cómoda. Calefacción.

El sofá pequeño para 4 personas. Le faltaba horno.

Nos gustó todo, el apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, muy buena situación en el centro apartamento en parking cerca y buen acceso, repartiremos seguro.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos y nos gustó mucho el alojamiento ,lo céntrico que estaba y que no le faltaba detalle de nada y sobre todo el parking gratuito

Almeria Central has better available for the money

The location was good with easy access to Almeria Central. The free parking was the best amenity within 50m walking distance.

We gave notice to the apt management that we will be arriving late in the evening and yet arrived to find a damp couch that did not smell good even after drying, dirty floors, hair in the bedding, and dishes in the dishwasher. We booked for four days and had two rolls of toilet paper and four small bath towels that we were responsible for cleaning.

Loverly clean modern apartment in great location

Great location 10 min walk to beach lots of shops and bars/restaurants struggled to access the property but our fault as hadn’t downloaded the app

Comfier beds mattress was very soft not enough plates:glasses no wine glasses just tumblers

Very central, well maintained. Parking on doorstep. Had everything we needed. Host extremely responsive and helpful.

We were 5 and couldn’t all sit around the table together, but apart from that couldn’t fault it.

A Lovely Apartment let down by poor hosting, access issues and inflexible entry time of 4.30pm.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location, but let down by very difficult access ( downloading apps that did not work for access) and very late allowable check in time of 4.30 pm when most of Spain allows 3.00 pm. I don't have any negative critique of the apartment itself, other than a stay that could have been enjoyable became very stressful.

This apartment is let down by poor communication both by the Host and booking.com. The host demands you scan passports and give personal details the day before, but waits till the very last moment to send you car-park details and access details. They make you down load apps for supposed access which did not work. Sitting out in the hot sun in Spain at the hottest point of the day is not fun trying to figure out access issues is not the way to start a stay. The host cons you buy saying that they will let you know if the apartment is ready early and this is just not true, you wont get in until 4.30 pm so be warned. We have been on the road for 2 months of a 6 month trip through Europe all booked with Booking.com. This experience has been the hiccup in what has been a successful trip so far. A quite Lovely apartment let down by poor access. Avoid the stress book elsewhere.

great location and great value for money, checkout a bit early.

location was very central and apartment was a good size with 2 bedrooms

check out was too early at 11.00am and there was nowhere to store our luggage for the day on checkout

Considering the property looked great initially, 10 mins in and the lack of cleanliness was 😢

Self catering. Quite difficult to get into the apartment.

Cleanliness! Floors swept where you could see them. Owner should invest in a proper flat head cleaning mop to clean u Dee sofas, furniture and especially the beds. Dear avid so much dust and dirt under both! Proper cutlery not disgusting cheap plastic handled ones rusty and falling apart. I had to dishwash EVERYTHING BEFORE USING EXCEPT THE CUTLERY AS IT WASNT DISHWASHER FRIENDLY. Glasses grubby, lip marks. Dining table looked as though it hadn’t been swept under for a month so my husband did it. BIGGER bottom fitted sheets needed for larger bed as the ones on there were too small and kept coming off!

Great host beautiful apartment free parking central location close to beaches.

App to open apartment interior decor was immaculate and stunning location for centre excellent beach very short walk. Free parking in underground manned car park just steps from the property. Host very responsive.

Nothing not to like. The car park was a little confusing and a bit difficult to find. But once we knew what how it all worked it was easy and convenient.

Stunning apartment beautiful calm inviting interior design very clean and comfortable nice shower all you will need for your stay. Excellent location to centre plus free parking. self check in.

app required to check in unlock main entrance and room remotely. which is clever and not too much bother and parking a little tricky to find in a multistory where the apartments have free parking however a bit tricky to find and bit of communication was required to understand how all of this worked and you will need to also speak to the parking attendant so he can check on his list for you car registration which you would have given to the host in advance. not too bothersome but could be smoother. Apartment only a couple of mins walk from parking.

Fun city break

Location was fantastic, all we could need and more just a 2 minute walk away. Very clean modern apartment.

The mattress was a bit hard for our liking, but nothing unbearable. And understandably it was a little noisy, but again nothing unbearable.

Very nice spacious apartment in the centre

Parking is difficult. We received a video which is not very clear. You should enter the private parking not the punlic one. We had to pay 15€ after all. The instructions could be a bit more specific.

Everything is done digitally so it took a long time to get a reply to know what time we could enter the apartment.
