It was Leo's first trip to Auburn and he had an AMAZING trip. The location of this property is absolutely perfect. So close to downtown, Toomer's Corner and everything we needed to soak up the Auburn family atmosphere.

Our daughter attends Auburn, so when we visit her, Amanda is our "go to" for a place to stay. Always great communication, and each of her units we've stayed in has been great. Clean, just as described, easy check in/out. Walk right out of this apartment and you're right in the middle of downtown Auburn. The location cannot be beat, and there is dedicated parking right by the unit. As stated in the listing, it is near the bars that can be hopping, especially on weekend nights, but for sound sleepers, it's not a big issue. Light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs or use the provided sound machine. Definitely recommend...and we will be back! War Eagle!

Very nice place. Location great to be in the heart of Auburn. Owner very forthcoming that this IS a college town and there is a bar in adjacent alley and they do enjoy a good party and music that runs into the early morning hours. Clean. GREAT communication with owner. Cozy place.

The place is great it is as you see it. The host was absolutely amazing would respond promptly and deal with any issues that may have arise. I overlooked the fact that there is a bar right next door and it is very loud. That is my fault if you don’t mind that it is a great place to see if you are looking for someone more quiet probably not, but I think you to the house cause she was absolutely amazing.

This condo was so convenient for CWE! We were pretty much able to walk to everything and really only had to move our car for drop off and pick up of our student! The unit was exactly as described. There were some little flies sharing the space with us, but that’s to be expected in the middle of a hot, humid summer! We definitely will consider this condo for future stays! After reading the reviews of some of the hotels in the area and their motion sensors on their air conditioners, I was happy we picked a condo with ample AC and plenty of room to relax and spread out all for a reasonable price!

Enjoyed our stay - cute, small apartment right in the middle of Auburn. In between the two largest bars in town and it is loud at night, but the sound machines provided work wonders! Will definitely stay again when in town.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the mattresses, so comfortable. Right over several popular bars and noise wasn't to bad. Great stay.

We knew the location and that the evenings would be loud. We Enjoyed our stay. Would have loved to have a few cleaning supplies like a broom to tidy up. Also there was limited kitchen items (utensils, pot holders etc) But if you don’t plan on cooking you will be fine. Overall met our needs and we would stay here again. Thank you!

The reviews and information about bars/sound at night are true and if you don’t mind staying up late there are no issues. However the mornings are amazingly quiet.

This is our second stay at Magnolia Linen and was just as great as the first. The location is super convenient to the University and shopping/dining nearby, beds are clean and comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics. As others have mentioned, the only ding is proximity to 2 nearby bars. Noisemakers in each BR definitely help. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great place to stay!! It is great for game day weekends. It is close to everything and the noise is really not bad at all. Every room has a noise machine that helps a lot!! I would definitely recommend this place to Auburn families. Also, Amanda the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to communication. War eagle!!

Property is located right off college. Small but everything that I needed . Beds appeared new and very comfortable . Located on 2nd floor of building next the Southeastern Bar which is open past 2am. Bar was hopping and loud but that did not stop me from sleeping and was quite interesting to look at from the balcony

Perfect location. The bars are close as noted in the description but the noise makers blocked it out just fine. I’m a light sleeper and had no problem. Will definitely rent again!

We stayed in this apartment while our son was at CWE. It was so convenient to campus! We walked to all the parent activities. The apartment was clean and as described in listing. The location is so close to downtown and campus. I can’t imagine any place better.

Great pad for a sound sleeper

I'm a sound sleeper so the heavy bass of the nearby bar didn't keep me up at all. Light sleepers should take note that this type of sound cannot be blocked by earplugs. The music also seemed to stop about midnight in case you are a light sleeper but a night owl. The apartment is certainly nice but is also clearly a mid-level remodel on an old unit. Totally fine as long as you are not expecting true new condo feel. Kitchen could benefit from just a few small consumables. All there is is sugar and cheap ground coffee. Location absolutely can't be beat.

If your travels bring you to Auburn Univ. – you really can’t beat this location. Across the street from campus located adjacent to the famous Toomers Corner. Can easily walk anywhere you need to go. And yes – the bar next door plays loud music at night – but – knowing this ahead of time we brought noise machines and ear plugs, did not have a problem.

We really had no complaints. The listing said towels provided and 4 bath towels were provided. I assumed that would mean washcloths as well. We had to run to the store to get those but other than that it was a perfect weekend. Will definitely plan another stay here! Thank you!!!
