Our Dragonboat team was competing in Nationals at Nathan Benderson Park all weekend- this house was just right for us. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, very accurate listing. Hosts very pleasant to work with

This property was perfect for our girls trip! The responsiveness and hospitality of the be property owners were amazing! Such a cute house! My only suggestion is the lock on the back door, would love for a more updated and secure lock. However, such a great home and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

It’s a beautiful house in an excellent location. We were 2 min from groceries, 10 min from restaurants and 15 min from Siesta Key beach. Ryan and Erica are very nice and made themselves available via cell. The mosquitos in Florida ruin every backyard experience I’ve had so far. I guess it’s a Florida thing with all the water but overall we had a good time.

This home was just what my family was looking for and neededfor our vacation Spacious, close to the beach, and just overall cozy and felt like a home away from home. They had everything even the little things you forget when you go on vacation.
Ryan was awesome at his quick responses when we needed it. This was a wonderful getaway and we are so happy we picked this house. Friends of our for years lived in the same neighborhood, without us even knowing, so that was a hugh plus!!! Highly recommend this home. Neighborhood and neighbors were very nice as well. Definitely will book again when we go back to Siesta Key!

We had a group of 4 teen girls and their parent chaperones who were in Sarasota for the US Rowing Youth National Championships. This house was perfect for our group. It was clean, updated, well-stocked, in a great location, and quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need, and the supplied linens were nice!
We were about 20 minutes from Nathan Benderson Park and 15 minutes from the beach. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We were all very happy with this house and would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect! This property is accessible, clean, comfortable, decorated nicely, and came with so many extras...it seemed that the owners thought of almost everything needed for the weekend stay for us. Anytime we had a question, Ryan and Erica were quick to respond. We highly recommend this property.

This was one of the best VRBO properties we've stayed at. It was very clean and just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The backyard is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. We had one issue with the outdoor lights and the hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a girls week away in the sunshine. The check in process was very smooth. Ryan and Erica were wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions.
House was very nice and adequate for our needs. The outdoor space was not as good as we had anticipated. Outdoor furniture was dirty. Might suggest getting outdoor storage to put cushions and camp chairs in to help keep them clean. Or furniture covers. Fire pit area was nice and enjoyed sitting around that. Outside lights were great.
There was space for 4 adults to spread out comfortably. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Well, I’ll start by saying the property met all expectations as listed . The owner takes great pride and it shows inside and out. We were conveniently located to stores and short drive to beaches and stadiums. Finally, the owner was so pleasant to deal with and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Very comfortable, relaxing, and well stocked
Host was very responsive and attentive. The house was close to beach and activities. The beds were very comfortable. And the backyard was very relaxing and the house was well stocked. This house had 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, very nice living room, dining room and kitchen. It was very well stocked! Beaches are nearby. Groceries close too! Will stay here again! Thanks Ryan and Erica!

We had a nice time staying in Sarasota for a family wedding. This house was great for all our kids to have their own space and they really enjoyed the backyard. It was super helpful to have a full stocked kitchen.

Christmas
I was suppose to stay in this house for Christmas with family but got sick and never made it. However, my brother stayed at the house and advised it was clean, the host is very nice, and the location was good for exploring the Sarasota area. Indicated kitchen was nice but needs a couple of serving dishes for family type dinners. Would recommend this house for future stays in the area. Shopping and beach nearby and owners/host accommodating.
