Exclusive 3-bedroom/2.5 bath end-unit condo on the 7th floor of the famous Sea Watch condominium building on 115th Street. EVERY room has sliding glass door access to the 100+ foot long oceanfront balcony (YES....100 feet long -- it's AMAZING!!). Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electronic fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables). This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi. In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building

Stunning views! This place is amazing. The property is just as nice as it looks in pictures. The view is amazing! Owner was very responsive and we will be back next year!

WHAT A VIEW! The balcony is as advertised. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. My family and I had an amazing week in OCMD. Would absolutely stay here again.

I don't even know where to begin to describe this incredible condo! The information listed on site was extremely accurate, however you cannot appreciate all of it until you stay there! The accommodations were a perfect fit for our family of 6 and the ocean front view was spectacular. In the time that we booked our vacation to when we went, a half bath was added and that was definitely a god send, especially for the 4 young adults that had to share bathrooms. The only "weird" thing is that there is really no bathroom privacy in the Master bathroom/bedroom which is hard to tell in the pictures. However, there is plenty of space to have that taken care of down the road if the owner chooses to do so. The owner, Jack, was very thorough in his communication and the upkeep of the place. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Loved that there is a washer and dryer in the condo. Beds were actually comfortable! I would recommend some throw carpets at the bedsides and perhaps down the hallway to collect sand, but that is my personal preference.
Sea Watch itself has many amenities to keep young adults busy, which was good because the weather wasn't the best - basketball, volleyball, billiards, game room, fitness room. Nice outdoor and indoor pool, snack shack. Navigating Sea Watch is tricky at first, but then you figure it out.
On the last day, we saw a pod of dolphins close to shore from the balcony! This was by far the best condo we have stayed at in Ocean City.

This unit is top notch and well equipped in every way. Jack, the owner is very responsive to any inquiries you may have. The unit is at a perfect height to see both the beach and the ocean and the almost nightly fireworks. The location of the complex is also very good as the grocery store, restaurants and bars are walkable and a beer/wine/ liquor store is directly across the street.
You get really spoiled staying at a place like this and we look forward to our next visit.

If I could give more stars, I would. Very clean and bright space with a stellar view from the massive balcony. Lots of amenities in the building. Host is very responsive and a great communicator. 100% satisfied!

Everything as advertised and more. Beautiful Ocean City Condo with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. Balconies at all Bedrooms and Living room. unsalted peanuts to feed "Nubby" the squirrel. Kids will love it. Owner/Host checked on us at beginning and end of stay. Loved our week.

We didn’t want to leave. The hosts checked on us like we were friends in their home. I felt safe and adjacent to any necessities. But, more importantly, we felt removed from most of the OC hullabaloo. That is why we come to the beach- for peace, quiet, sun, and sand.

Our weekend was very relaxing. The location of the condo was nice. We drove 15 minutes to the boardwalk and 1/2 hour to the outlets in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Jack was quick to respond to our questions. Lastly, the view! None better. The balcony is huge and very private. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

This unit is Perfect! The 100+ft balcony is amazing !!! You can truly see the entire coast!!! It has everything you will need for a tranquil visit to the beach! The bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and ALL have the ocean view. It was the absolute best to lay in bed and watch the SUNRISE!! Made for a beautiful start to the day! The washer/dryer was a definite plus for beach towels,etc. My friends LOVED it so much that we booked for next year before leaving!! You will not regret booking this unit!

This is a beautiful condo!!! We had a fabulous time, the condo is very conveniently located to everything. The pictures hardly do the view justice, it’s simply beautiful! The deck is by far one of the largest in OC and direct ocean front view even from the couch when it was too chilly to be outside. Great location, building is close to many great restaurants. Building also offers a lot of amenities that were great for our group. Condo has everything we needed and all the decorations really make for a luxurious stay. Beds are very comfortable too. We really enjoyed ourselves. And Our teens 13-16 had a great time with the indoor pool, cinema and were able to easily hop on the bus to get anywhere they wanted. Owners checked in on us and really wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely come again. Thanks for having us!

We had such a great stay and the host Jack was great in communicating with us before and during our stay. The check in process was a breeze and everyone was so helpful. We were there for a cheer competition for our daughter, but absolutely want to come back during the summer time to enjoy the beach! The condo is equipped with everything you will need and it was so clean upon arrival. We did end up bringing our own linens just due to the fact we wouldn’t have time to wash what was provided before we left. The best part, sunrise and sunset on the balcony. Can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for oceanfront in ocean city you can stop your search here. First off Jack is easily the best host I have ever experienced on VRBO. His responses were quick and always kept in contact. He answered any question in had and I had many!
Also the parking garage attendee was amazing as well. Made check in super easy . There are a couple different elevators. Just dont use the one closest to the garage. It only goes up to floor 5. All the others are fine ! The arcade was a hit for the kids. So large in there. Basketball court also a hit. We brought our own ball but there are balls in with the parking garage attendees. There are vending machines. The indoor pool was great. Walking distance to a ton of places. Pharmacy and liquor and beer store across the street and resturants which we barely had to use because of the wonderful kitchen we had.
And above all that condo! A million dollar view and the fact that we had some chilly days you still had a wrap around view if it with the sliding glass doors. Plenty of room. Homey. Very clean. I cannot say one bad thing about this place and we will be going back . Thank you for everything Jack. ❤️

House was spectacular and host was amazing. The balcony and views are the high points, but everything else is top notch as well. Be aware that as a beach rental you have to supply sheets, towels, paper products etc. However, there is a grocery store right across street, and coffee, Fractured Prune donuts etc right near property. Amazing stay. Hope to be back.

This beautiful condo is just as advertised and the expansive balcony is definitely a treat! My husband, daughter and I needed a quick getaway to "recharge our batteries" and this condo provided a beautiful environment to do so. The location of the condo in OC is great: very convenient to the grocery store, good restaurants and even a movie theater. And who can beat being within walking distance to a Dairy Queen?! The condo's decor is beautiful and is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner Jack was very responsive from the moment we made our reservation, and he was also quick to respond to a few questions we had once we arrived ~ great communication and customer service overall. We would definitely stay here again in the future and already miss the soothing sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Thank you, Jack, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

That is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about this location as a vacation getaway. Each time we took a look at a different feature, we found ourselves exclaiming with joy.
The views were everything advertised and more. I cannot adequately express the sheer joy of lounging on the living room couch, listening to the roar of the ocean, while watching the sun go down. Followed by the added delight of walking into the master bedroom to another exquisite view of the ocean. I was extremely satisfied with the views we had throughout our stay.
I can go on and on about the quality of every item in the house, but I will sum it up by saying that the pictures do not even come close to conveying the feeling you have of staying in a luxury house. Everything was fabulous!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. Incredibly clean and the view is the bomb. This condo has a front view of the ocean and side views of the bay with a total wrap around balcony with doors from every bedroom and living area. We appreciate the owners attention to details that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Hope to come back soon!

We had zero complaints from check-in to check-out. The unit was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Gorgeous with priceless ocean views!!! Just returned from Paradise 700. Loved it! Condo was perfect. Separate bedrooms for the teens to spread out. Unit was huge and we didn't have to trip over each other which added to our relaxation. It has everything you'll need for a fun family vacation. Tasteful decor. Kitchen fully stocked if you want to cook. I didn't cook but could have if I wanted. I really have no complaints. We had a great time and hated to leave. Will definitely be coming back.

Vacation 2022 at Sea Watch
The unit that we rented, Paradise 700, is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The huge oceanfront balcony is wonderful. The unit has everything you need and the property has all the amenities listed and more.
We took our own bed linens so that we would not be rushed trying to get them and our towels all washed and dried before 10:00 am check-out. Another option would have been to use a linen service, but bringing our own was really no problem.

All East and Southwest and Northwest just wonderful views. The south corner gave wonderful sunset views and the north toward Delaware and west. The east felt like we could see all the way to France. The lap of comfort and all the niceties to make it so.
