Nestled in New Braunfels, this lovely house for $724 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 3/2 home. Sleeps 10. Master: Queen. 2nd Bedroom: Full, Twin. 3rd bedroom: Full, Twin. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. Sitting Room: Sofa Sleeper. 2 Dogs Maximum $25 per pet per day. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. THE LAKE IS BACK, the damn has been repaired. Current pictures taken 2024. Beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath residential home across the street from Lake Dunlap This property is across the street from the river access. You must walk across the street to get to the shared dock and water access. The dock is also a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River! If you have a boat and can fit it in the driveway, there is a boat launch less than 2 miles away at Schumann's Beach boat ramp, there is a $10 launch fee or you can launch for free at the I-35 boat ramp. This home does not include access to the boat lift/slip but you can anchor up and tie off to the dock overnight. Very spacious living room with a sofa sleeper, love seat, comfy chair and additional nook seating. Free WIFI and smart TV (no cable). Take a few steps up into the fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 4. Second living area has a sofa sleeper and a Smart TV. Guest bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen with easy access from the 2 guest bedrooms. Each guest room has a twin over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and en suite bath with washer and dryer. The rustic covered deck is the place to be with seating and a propane grill. Huge back yard with fire pit (firewood not provided) and trampoline for the kids or just star gazing. Right across the street is the private lake entrance with dock. And the best part is you can bring your fur friend!! Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog. Please note the back yard is not fenced in. There is a fire pit (fire wood not provided). You can park 4 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $3000 per month January and February Only. Please inquire for dates outside of this time frame. Loved the home. Floors and surfaces were dirty but purchased cleaning supplies at HEB spent about an hour cleaning and it was perfect. Not a big deal. Great location.

The house was very clean and spacious. AC worked great. We had a blast staying here.

Beds are hard and could use a memory foam topper. There is no dishwasher.

This was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space for a family of 7 to have a Thanksgiving feast! It had 2 wonderful living areas and a spacious kitchen. This was close to the outlet shops, San Antonio and Austin. It was a quite and peaceful neighborhood and close to the water.

We all really enjoyed the house was spacious enough for us all....close to town which was nice for going out to eat was very clean and peaceful would def stay there again....only if the lake was like it used to be so the water access was a little better.10/10 recommend

It was the perfect weekend. We had a great time. The house was the perfect set up for hosting 9 people. We never felt crowded. The backyard was amazing! It had a nice covered deck with a grill and lots of open yard space for games. The house is a easy walk to the river. We drove up stream and floated to the house.

Our family truly enjoyed our time at Zipp Away LD this past weekend. At first we were taken back by the location of the house and not being right on the water. The pictures were a little miss leading but after reading the house description again we quickly saw it stated across the street. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable weekend. We did however bring a few air mattresses due to the lack beds for 2 families. Overall it was a great trip and would definitely rent the house again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Quaint little neighborhood in New Braunfels. The home is located across the street from the Comal River, however, after seeing signs DANGER ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK and a speed boat going by at accelerated speeds we decided that the river running behind the houses across the street was more of a docking area for boats rather than tubing recreation. We had a blast going to the Comal river, Shopping at the Gruene, swimming at Landa Park and on the way out we went to the Natural bridge caverns where they so generously kept our dogs in my kennels in a shaded area in the back. I might suggest a sign and roll of bags in the back yard to clean up after your pets because there was pet excrement left behind by the previous renters. I always carry pet pick up bags on my leashes so I didn't need any bags. The only other suggestion I may have is it might be nice to have a dishwasher installed soon to sanitize dishes properly.

We had a great stay at Zipp Away. Note that the property is not on the waterfront and you have to cross the street (this was not clear to us from the description). All amenities were there. There was a Keurig machine although when I asked they told me just a drip machine. The waterfront and back yard are really great. Firepit was a great success. Yard is spacious. Recommend!
